I have yet to see any truth here. No income, no office, no planting, no tours, no building permits, etc. People are trading wind here.

Find one shed of truth and share it. One would be to figure out where they are when they answer the phones.

The question is where do they answer the phones. I asked and didn't get an answer. There is no construction going on at all.

Yes there were. They are for the company next door. There is nobody in that building and the AC units were not working. In AZ that is a big deal.

They are still derisking their portfolio. With Basel 4 coming and EU still a mess they will probably scale back there. Plus with increased capital requirements ROE targets will be harder to achieve.

I have visited both sites they have and both are empty. You need to ask who is answering the phone and where are they. Also searched building permits for Virginia ave address and nothing is listed in past 2 years.

There were 4 guys on the corner that digging. Couldn't tell if it was electrical but that would be my guess. Can go back tomorrow. There were no permits on the building. No evidence of any construction. The area is industrial but the building itself seemed untouched.

Yes. Looked in the windows as well. Nothing going on inside. AC units on the Virginia office where they are supposed to be growing stuff soon was also not in use. A few cars parked there but seemed to be for the business next door.
