Posters who attempt to diminish published court rulings should seek legal advice. "... any act done calculated to bring a Court into contempt or to lower its authority is a contempt of Court and belongs to that category[
Discounting, dismissing, or minimizing court rulings is punishable. "Further, any act done or writing published calculated to obstruct or interfere with the due course of justice or the lawful process of the Courts is a contempt of Court.
For posters who criticize or minimize court rulings! "Any act done or writing published calculated to bring a Court or a judge of the Court into contempt, or to lower his authority, is a contempt of Court. That is one class of contempt.
Meet UAMA CEO: Court found him guilty on 44 of 48 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.

SEC will act on undisclosed criminal record. Some posters say it is nothing, even claim laughable, though facts and close examination of the evidence will show UAMA at substantial risk for failing to disclose criminal background of CEO. The unnamed manager was Zoernack, who had two criminal fraud convictions, had previously filed for
bankruptcy, and had numerous money judgments and liens against him.
Record states this violator was to pay approx $3M fine, serve 60 months in jail and barred for life.

Failure to disclose criminal background to SEC. A punishable offense. Serious. See link:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/opinions/2008/34-59137.pdf
UAMA should be aware, Fourth, a person found to have committed securities fraud cannot discharge this debt in personal bankruptcy. While not strictly a new remedy, this provision makes it easier for the SEC to enforce any monetary judgment it obtains against an individual
CAVEAT EMPTOR! CEO is convicted criminal. Search under "Benoit Laliberte convicted". All you need to know about this enterprise.
Quarterly earnings will be meaningless if CEO indicted. Company will likely face stiff fines as well, could be forced into bankruptcy or even dissolved upon the instruction of the Court. Don't take my word for it undertake your own due diligence and maybe start with a search under "SEC enforcement actions".
Posters who deny the evidence might want to consider they are representing that the Court's findings and convictions are not relevant or somehow not in accordance with the law. Denial of the Justice system is often rewarded with a subpoena to appear and explain actions to the Court. People who act publicly to deny the Court's authority can be found in contempt.
UAMA never reported CEO's criminal past to SEC! Their SEC filings repeatedly said "NO" in answer to questions on criminal past. This is fraud and subject of SEC Complaint. Posters would be wise to pay attention as SEC oversight could bring them in as co-conspirators under US law.
UAMA misled the SEC in numerous filings. Undertake due diligence.
Follow the evidence and Mr. Laliberte's appointment to position as UAMA CEO. Smoking guns are the 8-K report of May 12, 2008 as compared to the conviction dates of Benoit Laliberte in the Quebec Court beginning on February 21, 2008. Evidence is documentary, clear and unambiguous. They claimed "NO" on convictions etc. in the prior five years. Yes, boys and girls that's misrepresentation of the facts and fraud. Serious enough to be a convicted criminal CEO, but very serious to be so without publicly disclosing to the SEC and UAMA shareholders. I expect an indictment of Mr. Benoit Laliberte at some point. Could lead to incarceration in the USA.

Press Release re TNW Wireless is a joke! An apparent attempt to pump the stock with a line of BS. It's now the only way Benoit Laliberte, the convicted criminal can raise money. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

CAVEAT EMPTOR. Where's the revenue coming from to support the 5G network. TNW has NO ROAMING AGREEMENTS and NO SUBSCRIBERS. Just more fluff to temporarily "pump" the prospects. Remember with Benoit and his team, they have NEVER built a business of lasting value. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Sell, sell, sell and dump this junk stock. Nothing has changed and it will be worthless when the SEC indicts Benoit Laliberte, the undisclosed criminal CEO.
Fact: TNW Wireless cellular network is DOWN, and INOPERATIVE. BSBB announcement will only encourage CRTC to turn down the application if they haven't already. What about the roaming agreements with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint? Not tested and gone stale? 5G in rural Canada? Where are they going to get the spectrum. No operator in North America has deployed 5G at 850 MHz, which just goes to prove how poorly thought out this press release was. A desperate attempt to raise the stock price so UAMA can raise some capital to pay bills.
Today's new release just fluff and meaningless!
Blind supporters of UAMA should fear the facts and the SEC.
