BINGO!!
Im just going off what the US trademark site says. There may be loopholes idk im not a lawyer. What i do know is they are 2 different carbs made by 2 different companies. According to APT's website there registered in process of getting US trademark? And husky already has trademark in sweeden but i cannot find anything for a US tm.
Your welcome and same to you. I really hope APT turns out to be legit and are seriously going to turn this around.
Since they are from Sweden i believe there is no protection.
Since the rights granted by a U.S. patent extend only throughout the territory of the United States and have no effect in a foreign country, an inventor who wishes patent protection in other countries must apply for a patent in each of the other countries or in regional patent offices. Almost every country has its own patent law, and a person desiring a patent in a particular country must make an application for patent in that country, in accordance with the requirements of that country.

Ya idk anymore either. I thought i was responding to someone stating that if u set a sell limit order high the broker cannot lend out your shares. That only works for cash accts. if you have a margin acct they can lend them out unless u specifically call them and want them delivered.
This was the original post i was responding too.
Re: kodiak35124 Post# 60722
We have a bingo. If you put in a gtc order to sell, at a rate high enough you will be comfortable to sell at@ The MM's (I believe)cannot use the shares you have for sell
Exactly!! Such as future earnings and growth. AKA "Foward P.E"
Im just going off uspto.gov website. No i have never had to go to court for trademark disputes so no personal experience.
http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/basics/register.jsp
Done all the time especially in penny land
They CANNOT lend shares if you have a CASH account. If you have a margin acct they CAN, its part of your margin agreement. If you DO have a margin acct you can call and request your shares physically sent to you that would keep them from being lent out.
Thats what i said wasn't it cash only accounts
Only works for cash only accounts.
You don't have to register your trademark. http://www.chillingeffects.org/trademark/faq
There not the same Carburetors refer to my other posts and links
here is a list of husqvarna's trademarks http://www.husqvarna.com/us/husqvarna-trademarks/
Apt's registration for trademark http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4807:w09lxl.2.2
They are 2 different carburetors from 2 different companies.
There 2 different technologies.
2 totally different designs just look at the pictures.

Defiantly but sooner than later we wont have that choice. Just like cars/trucks these days everything on them cost lots $$
That may be true somewhat but for how long? Im just talking about motocross bikes. MOST of the manufactures have done away with them and have gone to 4 strokes and fuel injection. Don't get me wrong I miss my 2 stroke racing days and I am long on FROZ/APT. The reason for my decision to invest was because of all there products as you mentioned SonicFlow engine, Motovox bikes and the Smartcarb. There NOT a one trick pony. From what I gave read there Smartcarb's do have good reviews and do sell according to the mx/enduro forums. There's still are a lot of USED 2-stroke bikes out there along with a some manufactures still making few 2-stroke models but its dwindling. Its kind of like how cassette tapes were faded out for CD's. Im not worried though, like you said, there are a lot of other applications that they may be able to provide the carb for. Gotta love the EPA. Anyways just tired of some of the misinformation being posted. GO FROZ! TO THE MOON!!!
Uh fyi all the new motocross bikes are all fuel injected now. Smart carbs wont work on them.
Thanks for the detailed explanation! Defiantly one if the more complex share structures I've seen. From what I see this isn't black and white and there are a lot of possible ways they can screw us. Im long few hundred thousand shares at .009 avg. I'm gonna wait till we get a better insight from APT on there intensions and see what the financials have to show before I buy anymore. Hoping for the best and time will defiantly tell.
Isn't the C series preferred 1 for 100? Or am i not reading this right?
(c) one (1) share of the Company’s Series C Preferred Stock, which Series C Preferred Stock shall be convertible after eighteen (18) months by the holder thereof into shares of the Company’s Common Stock equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the number of shares of the Company’s Common Stock.

Thanks for your SS breakdown. I have been trying to keep my own counts as well but have a few questions. On the preferred "class B" Matt Schissler is the only holder and has 500,000 and conversion of 1 to 500 correct? Are those restricted and are there any more that can be issued? The "class C" can be converted 1 for 100 common shares in 18 months right? The preferred "class E" are eligible for conversion in 12 months at a 1 to 500 right? Now what about the preferred "class A"? There are 9,118,108 authorized. From what I read none are issued yet but do they really have a conversion rate of 1 class A to 9,118,108 of common shares??!! That would be over 83 Billion, hows that work without raising the total shares authorized which is currently a whopping 20 Billion if they do decide to issue class A shares? Thanks
The Company will issue 2,735,501,964 shares of restricted $0.00001 par value common stock to the shareholders of APT.
As consideration for the sale of their APT Shares by the APT Shareholders to the Company, the Company shall issue to each APT Shareholder, a unit (an “ Exchange Unit ”) consisting of the following.
(A) shares of the Company’s Common Stock on the basis of 282.97 Exchange Shares for each APT Share sold by an APT Shareholder.
(B) an equivalent number of shares of the Company’s Preferred Stock, which Preferred Stock shall be convertible after twelve (12) months by the holder thereof into shares of the Company’s Common Stock.
(C) one (1) share of the Company’s Series C Preferred Stock, which Series C Preferred Stock shall be convertible after eighteen (18) months by the holder thereof into shares of the Company’s Common Stock equal to one hundred percent (100%) "1 for 100" of the number of shares of the Company’s Common Stock.
Just put in plug. I had book marked this with qcor thats why thats showing.
As the form 4's state
Kai Long Global Investments Limited
http://www.hongkongdir.com/kai-long-global-investments-limited-xfcclf/
And this is the co some think the 4's state
Kai long Investments Management
http://www.hongkongdir.com/kailong-investment-management-asia-limited-bfqqfyl/
The first one is the one on the form 4's not the second as some here suggest. Look for yourselves.
Ya and how about his short call on QCOR too LMFAO! Adam F, Jim Cramer, Andrew Left "citron" and Martin Shkereli of RTRX really thought they had something. Where is QCOR now +80 and being bought out by MNK.
I was not able to get on till later afternoon with my iphone or pc.
Thats the way i understood it as well. Theres no way iron ridge will return any of those 435mil shares. And i does state clearly that they received those already.
Hmm cant find the "sell button" on my keyboard... Damn guess i gotta hold.
Nice work. I was thing about the same 4 the price .10. So if we can get some clarity on matt Schissler of Pyrenees Investments stake/role in APT's future and something about the share count we will be set..
Here are some comparison companies I looked at to see where FROZ could/might trade at someday. All depends on if they make changes to there share structure and on there audited financials of coarse.
If you use the following companies below market cap's and divided them by FROZ/APT current Outstanding Shares this is what there share prices would be today compared to there current price. You can see how the high amt. of OS is hurting us. Hopefully APT has a plan to buy back some of the S/O and retire some of the S/A and no more dilution.
Can-am current pps 14.31 with FROZ O.S it would be 0.1526 pps
KTM current pps 97.10 with FROZ O.S it would be 0.2610 pps
Husqvarna current pps 16.18 with FROZ O.S it would be 0.9225 pps
POLARIS current pps 132.45 with FROZ O.S it would be 2.2251 pps

Well if he is long then more the reason I would think others would be wanting answers to some of his ?'s. JMHO
Thanks bullseye for your info and questions u have raised. It would be nice if everybody would take a more cautious approach instead of blindly pumping. Im long 100,000 BTW and hoping for the best but i do have concerns about Schizzler's involvement in the future of APT. Its stupid for anybody to turn a blind eye IMHO to ?'s being asked. Maybe Bullseye is a basher or is short, IDK but before i decide ill do my OWN DD before ruling anything out. Ya gotta remember shorts always have more to loose and they statistically do there homework in more depth than the majority of longs. So I read what there say and then do my own DD to see who's right. The share structure is a major problem and one would be naive to ignore it. It will be nice to get some news on there intensions on that instead of the BS we received today.
in 2009 so what

They can always get more A/S. Then dilute. Hopefully they won't.
thx dont post much but always lurking in the background lol
