This stock rose and fell last week because a few momo players got into it and brought in a few speculators who bought and sold the stock. Pure and simple. Let's move on.

Well something got somebody's attention today. Who the somebody is, that is the question!! If it is someone close to an insider we could be on our way up in a big way. Time will tell.

At a penny that's a $262,000 day as far as dollar volume, not bad but certainly not enough to jump up and down about! Now when we have a 50 mil day and a $5 mil handle, that when everyone will go bonkers!!

I would guesstimate that many of the items that have been mentioned are in place by now and are awaiting a go ahead by RG and Company,IMHO.

For this type of testing to be feasible, Bioserve has to have a built in fixed cost to deal with that is part of their price structure. This is usually why for a smaller sample set, the cost per sample appears high. My guess is they have a minimum sample size of 500. With a budgeted setup cost of say $10000 and paying the techs $25/hr with bennies and each sample taking on the average of 4 hours, with a markup of 100%, it doesn't take long to get to just $250.00 per sample that you charge the customer for a 500 sample size. Of course, I would think that there is alot more tasting involved than I am estimating. But I think you get my point. And also as the sample size gets into the 6 figures, you get a lot of economy to scale items that enter the mix to increase your efficiency to allow lower cost per sample.
I would think that this deal would be very profitable for DNAG as monthly income.

Any guesstimate on the per samle cost? $50, $100 ??
I don't have any basis, but at $50 per sample that's $30 mil in revenues to be split up. Not bad!

Thanks for the post. The last paragraph or two shows the ignorance of the public to accept the technological advances for what they are and what they can do. The technology is color blind as we would expect but of course the true racists in society will never admit that.

I sent an email to PR last week, a message to RG to keep up the good work and Godspeed on his quest for the convertible bond financing. Louise sent me an email back thanking me for the nice email and saying she would pass it along to RG for his review.

It also appears that they are anticipating the funding will occur in the near future and are "willing" and able to keep everything stable until that time comes.
Take Care
David

And that would make sense when you are in negotiations with a financing entity so that the numbers would have a more stable basis.

Or maybe the proposal by DNAG was too good to turn down and Dutchess chose to participate in the spinout possibilityin lieu of taking DNAG under. Saved DNAG's bacon bigtime for the time being I would say!!!

It appears that R.G. is concentrating on the European financial market for the bridge loan. Any port in a storm, so they say. I would wish him Godspeed in his endeavors across the pond.

As you are aware, we really need R.G. to come thru on the financing post haste!! Otherwise all of this great work may be for naught.

Let all of us longs wish R.G. the best in his upcoming discussions with the potential investors in the States and abroad. He has a tremendous burden right now as far as the survival of this company is concerned. I would expect that his latest presentation was met with some interest by the banking community. Let us see if a successful meeting of the minds can occur post haste!!

I don't kwow if you are familar with a company called Newbridge Networks but it was a startup that began in the apartment of a married couple making routers for the computer world many years ago. Turned into a multi- billion dollar company. Those folks did not give a ratts ass what their diggs looked like. Neither does DNAG.

I think it is reasonable to assume that DNAG is keeping their expenses to a minimum and any windowdressing would fall under that category. After all why would they fix up the current office any more than necessary for business to be conducted? I agree with their actions wholeheartedly.

It is all about agenda as to how furnishings are updated and procured. I for one do not want management to be more interested in the appearance of their surrounding at a time when the emphasis should be on production and survival. This is common sense.

If things go in DNAG's favor as far as a bridge loan and decent spin out numbers, I see no reason why DNAG would not reach .20 per share and a market cap of 120mil in the upcoming months. when otc stocks fly the market cap is meaningless anyway for a certain period of time until the irrational exuberance wears off.
