Joe,
Crede complained about vwkm for months, and he finally sold his 2 million shares (200 bucks). Ive read his numerous posts, he NEVER has anything good to say. Put him on ignore....
I didnt solicit your advice than, nor do I now. Hey If I made a mistake, so be it, I did my own DD, and I lost a few bucks. So if you are looking for an apology, you might want to seek someone that actually pays attention to your posts, I am certainly not that person. Anyway VWKM might be down, but not yet totally out.
hey Wally, i mean Creedy, I still think you are the same person. Investing is not my job, its my hobby. If I lose a couple hundred dollars, Im not going to cry foul to the world. Maybe you shouldnt either...
Looks like old Creedy Bighorns has gotten tired of spreading his doom and gloom here. Now he is on the BKMP board....I wish he would get a real job......
I really feel good about a BKMP runup....I sold my Ford and Lucent stock to accumulate more BKMP....I was in on the USXP run up, and I think this stock has much better potential. USXP hit 4 cents....I think BKMP will run up to at least that.......IMHO
i agree...i once was hopeful...but now im pissed. Im contacting any and all I can, since VWKM wont answer my emails or phone calls. Its time to bring the "HEAT"
You know VWKM may be in trouble, but your story sounds like a load of crap, "oh, I knew about this, but was holding out hope". VWKM is not in the internet biz, so why do they need all those servers? There website is up? Your story just doesnt sound credible. I dont know what your agenda is. Anyway, I found this on the internet, it appears New Screen is still broadcasting, at least up until the 13th of June, which is the date on this website. Anyway check it out.

I was just wondering about volume last week, overall it wasnt very high, but I think there was one day when volume was over 200 million. Just wondering, was anyone able to sell at 0.0001 on that day? Or did anyone try? Im just trying to figure out if there is hope left, I would imagine we will see a PR on the 15th, the day the dividend is paid. I trying to stay positive on this one.
We are all in the same boat. We have no choice but to wait it out. I have to admit I was surprised VWKM did not come out with one last PR to hype the 15 percent dividend. I wouldve thought they would do that maybe 2 days prior.
Mastervest, I agree with the fact that the Philippines is rich in natural rescources. However, it is probably the most corrupt country on the face of the earth. I lived there for 7 years, I would not invest a dime, knowing what I know.
They have destroyed their pristine rain forrests by deforestation to the point now, where rampant flooding occurs constantly. Their fishing industry is decimated by dynamite and chemical fishing, which have destroyed their reefs. Only the corrupt officials and crooked businessman have made money. The Phillipines makes Mexico look like a solid government.
PAIM.....i would just as soon flush my money down the toilet...a filipino mining company. Cmon...take a trip down to Tijuana..its the same thing...
Im relative new to the Pinks/OTC's, but I have been invested in regular stocks for years. Im just curious has anyone had a fantastic run on one of these. My best run was with usxp from 0005 to 4 cents. I would be curious to know. Thanks.
Rasica....are you a female kick boxer? I just thought its an odd combination...to be a speculator and a kick boxer. But than again maybe not.
For those that want to sell and get out, my theory is that VWKM will really hype the 15 percent dividend, plus any good news in between. I think the dividend will appeal to some, enough to get in, and thats probably where you can get out at 0001 or 0002 (outside chance). Anyway, Im still hopeful on this one, but it is getting harder to stay positive.
Mastervest, Ive been accumulating DDSI for over a week now. I like it, and think it has enormous potential.
VWKM vs QBID.....I personally dont think the comparisons have any relevance. I have a good friend, we normally do research, compare notes etc....she decided QBID was a great idea....I passed. I dont think there is that much of a market for gay television...im not knocking it...but what does it really have to offer.
VWKM...IMHO....has alot to offer...I love documentaries and some foreign films.....and Im a conservative...dont give up on this one yet guys. I do think VWKM has alot to offer, despite the setbacks with dilution etc....Im pretty sure someone is gonna jump on my ass for this post...but its my gut.
Hey Crede.....are you and Wallymac the same person...Ive heard that bashers take on multiple aliases? Just wondering. In any case this would be a much more constructive board without both.
You are so pathetic...no wonder you have 2,000 posts....they all amount to nothing. No data...no nothing. I think you are a paid basher. You seem to be up 24/7....better stay up to make your minimum wage.

Hey Crede thanks for the education, I was not aware that posts and boards moderated equal credibility. By the way I guess you are no longer an assistant moderator, so you cant delete posts you dont like. I will stack my balance sheet up against yours anytime.
hey welcome to the pinks/otc's.....if you cant take the heat ..get out. I knew you would respond. You are the king of bashers. You dont belong in this environment...If what you want is what you are saying...you need to invest on the AMEX/NYSE/NASDAQ...etc
Your posts are old...your story is tired.....I suggest you get out...You are the main one who posts the same tired info. Come up with something new, or sell and get out.
I agree...some of the posters are so predictable...i can pretty much tell you what they say.....no info....dilution....astrom is a crook...doomsday is coming.
Why dont you guys sell VWKM and buy 4 shares of Microsoft...they have a full IR department...that can answer your questions all day.
GLTA
Dividend...this maybe a dumb question
Does anyone know if the 15 percent dividend in June will increase the A/S.....or does that depend on the O/S at that time? Just wondering.
Good post Seaghost.....Im in this one for the long haul. I have to beleive something possitive is going to happen. Probably this summer from all indications. If there is one thing I have noticed about these boards is that everyone wants a stock to pop overnight. It would take an enourmous amount of luck, or insider info to pick an overnight sensation.
C'mon guys, Even if the further dilution is true, we still have a chance. It seems like everyone has thrown in the towel. I know dilution is the cancer of a penny stock, but this one does have alot of positives.
Before you read the below, let me reiterate, Im long on VWKM, I just think this is good info for members in general, I found this on another board.
Shares Outstanding are defined as the total shares issued and held by all investors. Public Float is the number of shares that are outstanding and available for trading by the general public, excluding shares held by insiders and restricted stock.
Don Penny, who is considered by many to be the Godfather of the OTC BB, believes that shares outstanding and float size could be the most important facts to consider when investing in penny stocks. Many times on the OTC BB, which is infamous for a lack of information, share data is either outdated, ambiguous or just unavailable. The SEC with its recently implemented filing rules on the OTC BB have certainly helped investors, however due to the nature of these stocks the current share data is always in question.
Shares outstanding and float data is constantly changing on these stocks due to insider selling, equity based acquisitions, reverse splits, forward splits, Reg S filing, private placements., and most notably debt payments. Most acquisitions on the OTC BB are paid for with equity and sometimes these companies are so short on cash that they use stock to pay for the electric bill! Dio caro! All of these corporate actions affect shareholders, and most times shareholders are unaware of dilution until it is too late.
According to Don Penny, dilution is the cancer of penny stocks. Some securities become so diluted that it would take millions of dollars worth of buying pressure to move the stock in any significant way upward. You can find many penny stocks with huge daily trading volume yet the Stock price barely moves $.01. Good examples include MVEE, MPTV, BICO and AREE. These stocks appear to have a ton of investor interest, but their floats are so diluted that it would take a major change for the stock to break out of its trading range. All things being equal, Don Penny prefers stocks with less than 15 million shares outstanding and less than 10 million shares in the float. These stocks may not be the as liquid as others, and you may have to stomach severe price fluctuations, however these are the penny stocks that really may “go to a dollar”. These penny stocks are exciting in that, with one favorable news announcement your investment can triple overnight.
One of the best examples of dilution can be seen in BIOCONTROL TECH (BICO). According to EdgarOnline, on 3/2000 BICO had 956,100,496 shares outstanding. Believe it or not, in October 1995 there were only 36,809,118 shares outstanding. There have been no forward stock splits. Every year it seems that BICO issues more shares.
Each time a company issues more shares, the percentage ownership of all current shareholders diminishes.
On the OTC BB too much dilution can be deadly. Generally the stock price will slowly move down getting closer and closer to zero. Then, the company will simply disappear all together or resort to a reverse- stock split, and you the investor will be left with fewer shares than you originally purchased. Over time, the company will begin to issue more post-split shares and the dilution cycle of disappearing wealth will repeat again. You original investment can be almost completely lost.
Question
I have a question, its unrelated to vwkm, but recently with a couple of penny stocks ive noticed, negative volume....i.e. volume for the day -220 million, what does that imply....dilution?
Mastervest, good post, I have over 40 mil shares also. Im keeping the faith
Sorry If my previous post seems nosy. Im just trying to guage if I might have gotten in too deep, even at 0001 or 0002....
Hey guys/gals, Im new to the board, but a recent investor in VWKM...just curious do alot of you have significant share amounts...I got in at 0002 with some...but 0001 with most. I guess what I mean by significant is over 10 million?
