CRTC expected to turn down TNW Application. iPCS was a poorly thought out idea that never managed to get traction anywhere. If iPCS did have a viable market wouldn't UAMA, TNW, Investel et al been able to establish a beachhead somewhere? It's a joke! Though, I almost forgot, UAMA Management Team has never been able to capture a marquis account for their new technology. I believe that's nature's way to telling us all the technology is mediocre at best or maybe useless. Pay UAMA $10 per month for data and then roam on Wi-Fi for free. Where is decent speed Wi-Fi free? Someone has to pay for it and cost of added Wi-Fi will match or exceed cost to roam on 4G (LTE) with Bell, Rogers, Telus and Freedom. Further no hand-off between Wi-Fi nodes, so person moving around on Wi-Fi needs to constantly go through log-on process to re-establish connection. Even Shaw which has an extensive Wi-Fi network and coverage drops and requires re-login. AT&T has been using Wi-Fi Roaming for it's US customers when they travel abroad for years and it is virtually free to AT&T subscribers. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
RuralCom had roaming agreements. TNW Wireless Inc. screwed them up and ignored a fast and profitable path forward. Everyone in the Canadian Wireless Industry seems to know this except for certain UAMA posters. Also highly predictable as Benoit's Team screwed this up just like Navigata which could have had a future if not mismanaged to failure. Said it before, say it again, this management team has NEVER built a business of lasting value.
TNW Wireless Inc. is in VIOLATION of ISED Conditions of Licence. This has appeared in both Court (CCAA Proceedings) under oath and in CRTC Application responses. Payment of Licence Fees is only one item, which anyone knowledgable of the rules would know, UNLESS they are trying to MISREPRESENT THE FACTS. Not serving the public, not having a fully functional network are all key violations of the rules, regulations and spirit of the Conditions of Licence.
Link supplied by another poster re CRTC Application misleading!. Bulk of submissions missing including numerous submissions in October 2018. TNW Wireless Inc. falsely claims to be a wireless carrier, when the ISED has not approved the transfer of spectrum licences to them. Could it be because wireless network is DOWN and INOPERATIVE in clear VIOLATION of ISED Conditions of Licence?.
Smart to deploy domes in Quebec jurisdiction??? Court records indicate that Benoit Laliberte has never settled fines and other court orders pursuant to his convictions in 2008 and 2009. Could that bring seizure of UAMA assets (other posters have claimed he owns 80-85% of UAMA Stock), liens, or other punitive actions against UAMA that could compromise investment, revenues and earnings? Court records on file also claim that Mr. Laliberte is an undischarged bankrupt and has been in this status for past approx. 10 years.
UAMA CEO, DECEIVING INVESTORS???. Found guilty on 44 of 48 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and DECEIVING INVESTORS, all following appeal and never overturned. Evidence clear and unambiguous in the attached link:

UAMA domes land use under review, pending tribunal in 2019. Is it smart to "double-down" on the same property?
Presence of criminal CEO clouds UAMA upside. Substantial risk due to falsifying SEC documents regarding prior convictions. SEC could take action at any time.
FACTS: TNW Wireless Inc. NOT bona fide wireless carrier in CANADA. ISED HAS NOT APPROVED transfer of wireless licences to TNW WIRELESS INC. TNW WIRELESS INC in violation of CONDITIONS OF LICENCE.
Presence of criminal CEO taints UAMA. Substantial risk due to falsifying SEC documents regarding prior convictions. SEC could take action at any time.

Earnings eclipsed by UAMA criminal CEO!
Earnings meaningless if UAMA CEO indicted. Company will likely face stiff fines as well, could be forced into bankruptcy or even dissolved upon the instruction of the Court. Don't take my word for it undertake your own due diligence and maybe start with a search under "SEC enforcement actions".
UAMA didn't disclose criminal CEO to SEC. Undertake careful due diligence.
Follow the evidence and Mr. Laliberte's appointment to position as UAMA CEO. Smoking guns are the 8-K report of May 12, 2008 as compared to the conviction dates of Benoit Laliberte in the Quebec Court beginning on February 21, 2008. Evidence is documentary, clear and unambiguous. They claimed "NO" on convictions etc. in the prior five years. Yes, boys and girls that's misrepresentation of the facts and fraud. Serious enough to be a convicted criminal CEO, but very serious to be so without publicly disclosing to the SEC and UAMA shareholders. I expect an indictment of Mr. Benoit Laliberte at some point. Could lead to incarceration in the USA.

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts.

Having a criminal CEO hampers UAMA upside. Unlike other posters I'm in favor of UAMA taking the rational steps to fix it. Replace the criminal CEO and watch the stock climb in value. Short-term earnings only have a short-term effect and then become expected. If earnings subsequently slip so does the stock price. Those who really understand business and the market get all of this. Others simply lack the sophistication and smarts to fix the problem.

As a "friend of the Court" I have passed along copies of severable "laughable" comments on court conviction evidence posted on this Board to the Attorney-General for the Province of Quebec. Who knows maybe that Court will pursue Benoit Laliberte for the $1M fine that has been reported by others as unpaid. They also now know details of the "domes" in their jurisdiction, thanks to "laughable" comments.
UAMA failed to disclose criminal record of CEO.. Undertake careful due diligence.

If UAMA cared about minority shareholders they would replace criminal CEO.
Verifiable Fact: UAMA CEO is criminal found guilty on 44 of 48 counts, following appeal. Evidence clear and unambiguous in the attached link:

Calling out court rulings as "laughable" when they refer to the convicted criminal UAMA CEO may end up getting posters more attention than they wish if identified as "persons of interest". If nothing else to unmask you and identify you to the court. SEC Complaints and investigations are no joke and I doubt that even Benoit Laliberte would not label them as such.
For posters who criticize or minimize court rulings!

Waiting to be sued, though "unclean hands" problem for UAMA. My countersuit for damages in US court will bankrupt UAMA.
Evidence clear, UAMA CEO is convicted criminal and never disclosed to SEC or shareholders.
UAMA CEO is undisclosed criminal, never disclosed to SEC or shareholders. Evidence is documentary, clear violation and unambiguous! CAVEAT EMPTOR!
Disclosure: I am also an aggrieved creditor whose contract was breached by Benoit Laliberte like many others. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

SEC issues $3M fine, 5 years jail time! SEC will act on undisclosed criminal record as per linked case. Some posters say it is nothing, even claim laughable, though facts and close examination of the evidence will show UAMA at substantial risk for failing to disclose criminal background of CEO.

Be fun to see reaction when SEC acts!
No threats, just facts and SEC Complaint on file.
If UAMA cared they'd replace CEO!
Earnings can't overcome CRIMINAL CEO! Everyone but desperate poster understands.
When UAMA 3Q Financial Report published look closely for the following:
1. Understated cost of sales and expenses. UAMA CEO has record of not recognizing contractors and suppliers and breaching contracts and agreements. (This from court records.)
2. Misrepresentation of status of TNW Wireless Inc., a company which is not a bona fide cellular carrier.
3. Misrepresentation of the CRTC Application.
4. Misrepresentation as to the potential upside for TNW Wireless Inc. or iPCS.
5. Misrepresentation as to on-going CCAA Proceedings of former operating subsidiaries controlled by Benoit Laliberte.
6. Misrepresentation of the on-going Receivership of Investel Capital Corp, the highly-touted parent company whose assets now in hands of the Receiver.
7. Misrepresentation on upside of SNAP litigation as there is a question as to ownership of the patents and IP.
8. Misrepresentation on the outcome of the land-use tribunal regarding lands used for domes in Province of Quebec.
9. Disclosure of criminal background of UAMA CEO as never before disclosed as required by SEC Regulations and US statutory law.
The UAMA 3Q Financial Report will be unaudited so investors should undertake due diligence and proceed cautiously. Less than one year ago the audited year-end report contained a "going-concern warning". CAVEAT EMPTOR!
