Universal Bioenergy Announces NDR Energy Group Awarded New Gas Supply Contract With Major Utility
Company Rapidly Obtains More Contracts and Builds Larger Customer Base in the Gas Industry
IRVINE, Calif., Aug 17, 2011 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) --
Universal Bioenergy Inc., (Pink Sheets:UBRG), a publicly traded energy company, announced today that NDR Energy Group, its subsidiary, was awarded another contract to supply natural gas to another new major gas utility customer. The Company is obtaining at least one or more new gas supply contract awards each month from utilities throughout the U.S.
This contract was awarded by one of the largest natural gas distribution utilities in the Mid-West. The parent company, one of the largest investor owned utilities in the nation, provides natural gas and electric service to approximately 2.4 million electric customers and nearly one million natural gas customers. Its parent company, traded on the NYSE, reported revenues of $7.6 billion in 2010, operates one nuclear facility, three hydroelectric plants and more than a dozen combustion turbine facilities in the Mid-West.
NDR Energy's CEO, Ken Harris states, "This contract award represents another major achievement for our company. Our sales team spent a considerable amount of time and effort in establishing ourselves as a strong partner with this quality driven company. Our persistence paid off. This should be a great relationship moving forward. Our agreement with this customer limits us from disclosing the customers name and some details. However, this confirms the continued rapid growth of our customer base. And, we continue to grow our sales presence in a diversity of markets across the United States. In addition, our revenues for this year continue to be extremely strong. We recently added another profit center to our portfolio by venturing into marketing propane. And, we continue to focus on a number of very large multi-million dollar contracts with several major utilities. We anticipate that those transactions may close in the near future. With these continued progressions, we could potentially generate revenues in the range of $75 to $100 million this year."

If you want to track the results of the SPIE Conference then you'll find it here a few weeks after:
http://spie.org/x1848.xml?WT.svl=mddp2
I don't think this amount "$100.10" is something to worry about?
Or did I miss something...
No I don't think so mate, look at the sells since it dived under 0.01, that isn't near enough to get 250k, if you take into account that alot of retailers sold too.
I don't want to be fixed on 250k, it can also be that they can open one dealership with less, but I doubt that.
Those calculations are a rough guesstimate on my behalf but I don't think I'm far off,... If I'm wrong then I'll be the first to admit that.
I didn't say that, I was merely calculating what amount of shares there are to be sold to get 250k and at which price levels it could occur.
Are you tellin' me that the SP won't go down when they sell +- 15 million shares at 0.003's??
When they release something big or show us da money in the books then we could easily surpas a penny...
Barcharts are fishing behind the net.
When the stock goes up fast it still says strong sell and when the sell-off begins after a run it still says strong buy, so good luck with your barchart thingy...
At least you told them before it gets even worse, I for one am glad to be out on this one, and just in time,... (for a change) lol...
I don't know where all those shares came from, is it debt conversion, the comp selling share to pay for services etc...
But I'm sure that not many know how the Auctus deal really works, thats why I said that it will get worse first.
This is just my opinion but I think it will go to 0.001's, and for this motivated reason: at 0.0034 EVCA/Auctus has to sell 73.5 mil shares to get 250 000$. But we all know when so much shares are offered that the SP will go down so its hard to calculate precisely where the SP will go and how many shares they have sold at each down tick level.
Let say they sell 15 mil at 0.003, the SP goes to 0.0025 and they sell 30 mil, the SP goes to 0.002 and they sell 30 mil shares at this level.
15 mil sh at 0.003 = 45k$
30 mil sh at 0.0025 = 75k$
30 mil sh at 0.002 = 60k$
equals 180 000$, but since the SP goes down when there is so much sellin' going on they're still 70k$ short, so the drama continues. Thats another 50 million shares, calculated at 0.0015.
No wonder they increased the A/S to 450 million. Dmn it!!
If my calculations are off then I apologise, but I don't think I'm far off on this one... There is one light point of hope for the current holders and thats EVCA has a non-binding agreement with Auctus so they can cancel it at any time,...
But how are they going to finance their endeavour then?
Thanks for the heads up mate, it looks very grim from now on.
I tried a zillion times to get in touch with TA, Frolov, Sanders or that puppet on a string Eversull but they didn't care about the shareholders at all. Look at the constant dilution they did from Feb to May while replying to some that they didn't sold shares... Yeah RIGHT!!
Not a good sign if TA is GAGGED & we can't see L2 on OTC anymore ... Very dissapointing indeed!
The crying bit was more in general speakin' that I did.
Many have loaded this early on and when the there was no follow-up after the spike most of them sold I guess, and now its in the hands of flippers 'til we see hard core numbers...
Thats 14%/ a year since you're in GNPG since 2009,... LMAO
You are just frustrated that you bought at 0.065. lol
Pretty childish if you ask me to constanly cry about dilution, 178 mil O/S is still very attractive and the comp said no dilution for the billion $ project.
I don't care what happened in the past, I'm more focusssed on the future and when I see only 2 mil shares increase over 2 Q's then I'm not worried at all... easy as 1 2 3
Indeed, give us hard core numbers PGUE!!
indeed...
I'm holding this as a Xmas present, there will be alot of green in my tree, lol
It happens, one has to take advantage of these low prices...
<<<GO GNPG GO>>>
I will try and contact the comp., if anyone has a question I'll include it in my email. Contact me via PM or on the board.
Good for you sir.

ODIS Inc. Affiliate to Present at Premier Optics & Photonics Conference
Invitation to Present Two POET Papers at SPIE Conference in California
SHELTON, CONNECTICUT, Aug 16, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
OPEL Solar International Inc. ("OPEL" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: OPL) announced today that its wholly-owned U.S. affiliate company, ODIS Inc. ("OPEL Defense Integrated Systems") will present two papers on the Planar Optoelectronic Technology ("POET") at the SPIE Optics and Photonics Conference to be held August 21-25 in San Diego, California. SPIE is the international society for optics and photonics to advance light-based technologies. The society advances emerging technologies through interdisciplinary information exchange, continuing education, publications, patent precedent, and career and professional growth. Dr. Geoffrey Taylor, Chief Scientist at ODIS, and members of the ODIS Team will present a paper in two sessions of the conference.
"The SPIE Conference is one of the most premier Optics and Photonics Conferences in the world today," said Leon M. Pierhal, CEO of OPEL. "Dr. Taylor and his team have presented regularly at this conference, and this year is no exception. Two invitations were extended in recognition of continuing achievements of POET to make a significant mark in semiconductor technology."
The first session is 'Design of microdisk modulators and detectors for high-speed integrated WDM systems'. A new modulator structure for intensity or phase modulation is described. The modulator is an integrated component within a Planar OptoElectronic Technology (POET) circuit that enables the integration of complementary transistors for logic and control. Modulation is obtained through the control of charge density in a modulation doped quantum well which results in a blue shift of the fundamental absorption edge. A microdisk geometry is used to achieve a small footprint, resonance-enhanced operation, and low switching energy. The device is ideally suited for on- and off-chip WDM interconnections which maximize the bandwidth potential of optical waveguides.
The second session is 'Resonant optoelectronic thyristor switches as elements for optical switching fabrics'. Optical switching nodes are described that are suitable for high density optical switching fabrics. The basic element for the optical switch is an optoelectronic thyristor which has three properties considered essential for the switching fabric. First it is binary with on and off states. Second, it is a static storage element. Third, it may be written with optical and electrical inputs. The thyristor is configured as a microdisk and two coupled thyristors constitute a 2x2 switch. Multiple wavelength fabrics may be considered with negligible crosstalk (-20dB) between channels. The routing pattern is written sequentially and optically prior to data transmission.
POET creates high-performance devices by fusing light and electronics together on a single chip. Specifically, POET is a III-V semiconductor technology that enables monolithic fabrication of IC chips containing both electronic and optical elements. By offering components with dramatically lowered cost, together with increased speed, density, and reliability, POET could potentially allow ODIS to alter the landscape for a broad range of applications, such as for server farms, tablet computers and smartphones.

I need to do my research on this but so far so good...
Just found out about it, I need to do my DD before jumpin in...
Much excitement here...
They can't hide forever...
Thanks, your question will be included in my mail.
I will try and contact the comp., if ayone has a question I'll include it in my email. Contact me via PM or on the board.
GNPG is a long term play, therefor I like this part;
"...our new Xentx orders and Lumea acquisitions will not begin increasing revenues until September. During this quarter, we have expanded our sales and marketing efforts and they are just now beginning to positively impact our growth."
Can't wait 'til the next Q('s)...
The Q report is also delayed so we will have to wait a couple of weeks to know by how much they increased it. ;-(
Has anyone here been able to find out what the current share structure is?
NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING
What is so mysterious about it if the retailers are selling the shares they bought lower when news hits the wires?
Just same ol' same ol'...
... and the move continues...
Do you have a dilution-fetish?
I just checked some posts of you and I left about half of them out...
- in @ 0.065
- Adding More
- buy (( or )) sell better than crying ;)
- or fat shareholders duliting the share
- it " cost them nothing " .. IF Outstanding shares are increasing day by day
- by the way are they taking more time counting the money or the increased Outstanding shares?
- Who will be selling tomorrow , me ? you ? OR the company !!
will seeeee millions .. of playable shares ..
- duliting the shares is faster than 1 2 3
- showing 176.53M .. soon will be 250M
- I think 2-3 millions / day is enough .. to reach the 250m soon
(They increased it with 2mil, at this rate you'll have a long beard before we have 250m. lol)
You most certainly complained alot about the "alleged" ss increase... lol
Wouldn't be surprised if they release news tomorrow after the Q...
The dilution has just begon IMO and the comp. doesn't do anything to stop the free fall. If they had any news to report and even a tiny bit of respect for the shareholders they should release something fast. But they don't!!
If there ever was a connection with Dezer and he got shares of EVCA then he won't be to happy with his "investment" so far...
Those who bought at .003's will soon have +30% loss because its clear that the dilution isn't over... yet...
At 3's EVCA/Auctus will have to sell 80 mil shares to get a financing of 250k$, so after a heavy selling week I think that maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of the shares to be sold have gone through...
Thats why I think that those who have bought in the 0.003's are goin' to see a hefty haircut... JMO
-- Net Sales from the quarter were $9.1 million.
-- Selling, General and Administrative expenses were further reduced by
11.7% reflecting the Company's continuing efforts to reduce costs while
improving efficiency and productivity.
-- Depreciation and Amortization were reduced significantly because the
Company wrote off all of the intangible assets at the end of the last
fiscal year.
-- Cash provided from operations was $270,000 which represents an
improvement of $383,800 over the prior year.
-- Total operating expenses were reduced to 22% from 26.7% from last year
reflecting an improvement of 21%.
Yep called it low .6's and has a looong way to go mate.
I particularly like that late Friday dash to the bell...
Now if the overall markets can behave for a while this should go higher, if not, nice loading opportunities hehe...
Cya7
Chart looks wonderful, thanks again VZ³!!
Chart is ready for the next leg up...
Yep these cheapies won't last forever... should be really interesting next week & beyond <<<GO PGIE GO>>>
Who let the dogs out... lol
Oh yeah... <<<GO PGIE GO>>>
If someone has a paying membership with StockCharts.com could you contact me here or via PM?
