Watch and learn what? Didn't you buy in here at .10 years ago? Sorry, couldn't resist. LOL! Hope you're right.
IMF. Have you asked the Pandey's what they think? eom
No. Most are simultaneously kicking ourselves and thinking that a day or so ago $1,000 would of got ya $10,000, $2,000 would of got ya $20,000 and so on and so on. The rest who have held are just sitting around watching the ticker in amazement. Let's keep her going!
I'm working on it, but I still won't be positive about Swifty until after I hear what he has to say on Thursday. He's put me in too bad of a mood over the past year to give him an automatic reprieve.
Would of been one helluva good move. Hopefully not so bad as it stands now. I know that my 4.5 million share headache is feeling a little bit better now.
If it goes up the same percentage or more tomorrow you may have to visit your doc and get a new ticker.
Wow. Nice one day ride! They'll be a lot of bruised legs around here from us longs kicking ourselves for not adding big time at the bottom if this continues. Hopefully, it'll ride so far that it won't matter too much. Nice.
Still not a large dollar amount traded here yet, but it sure is looking nice for a change. There's always a certain amount of leakage before these kinds of events, and I hope that there is some positive leakage going on here. I still need a penny to get to breakeven land, and regardless of how tempting it might be, I don't plan on selling at a penny if this continues over the next couple of days. BOL longs.
A CC? Wow! Not sure if it means anything, but interesting that they made the announcement at a time when very few will see it before Monday. Market reaction on Monday? We shall see. I will be anxiously awaiting this event.
The only "intelligible" proof of anything that you have provided for this board is who you work for. That has been very clear from day one. Tell ROB hello for me before you retire this evening. I'm sure he'll tip you well for the heads up. Hope you fellas have a nice evening!
I'm less worried about fraud and corruption among Nigerians than I am about our own swiftboat captain intentionally trying to sink the ship. He needs to be thrown overboard before he completes his mission
I have no plans on moving to a dumpster, but unfortunately that is where many xkem shares may end up. I usually enjoy mortgage burning parties, but I'm afraid that xkem stock certificate burning parties may not be so jovial. Maybe we should invite ROB to join us for one? Maybe he'll be dumb enough to show up? Naw!
This board is starting to get a graveyard look to it. I know there's not a lot to talk about around here given ROB's silence, but let's hope that this is not a bad sign. I've always suspected that they just want to wear the old shareholders down so they'll accept their fate and simply give up. We shouldn't let that happen.
Call ROB and ask him. I'm sure that he would be happy to "tale" you if you can find his undisclosed location.
That's what many are waiting for here. I have no doubt that it will happen. At least it will provide some solace.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's being whipped at this very moment by ROB and Basu, but it's probably recreational compensation for services rendered rather than as a means of punishment. I suspect that his vote was pivotal in allowing those two coyotes in the hen house.
I'm afraid that his/their plan is already a work in process Imf. It needs to be derailed one way or another. Goodnight.
Letter writing will do no good imo. It has to be done in the courtroom if you want a chance to vote them out and try and derail this gang's plans. Pretty obvious to me that they have no desire to build a real company here.
The question is did these guys ever actually have any intention of building and running a company? Based on their behavior, the answer to me is an emphatic no. I would love for them to surprise me, but it just doesn't look likely.
Yep. We don't even own a small piece of the pie anymore. More like crumbs at best.
Lunch sounds great. I just hope there still is a xkem to discuss by then. I am way up in yankeeland (Dallas) until probably sometime around the fourth of July. With the way this thing is collapsing, I'm not so sure that we won't get bad news before then. Maybe today. Just incredible what ROB has done here. Since I don't have PM privileges here, you can contact me at drcpas@juno.com if you'd like. I haven't used that account in forever, so I really don't care if someone wants to waste their time spamming it. You might want to use your screen name in the subject of your message so I can pick it out of the spam. GL.
I wouldn't sign that alleged letter to your illegally sitting BOD because you were the one collecting the personal information in relation to it, and that being the case, I suspected that nothing good would come from it. Furthermore, the conversion scenario I mentioned may be "laughable" to you, but I don't think it would be "laughable" to long-term shareholders of this company should it occur. Who would they sell to? Have you ever heard of a little pump and dump? It happens every day and is not exactly unusual or "laughable" to the shareholders who end up on the receiving end. Btw, thank you so much for your advice in regard to manhood. I truly wish that I were free to elaborate as to what I think of your opinions/status on that issue as well as other issues.
Bondholders? Oh OK, kind of thought that. Umm, my apologies. TIC. PS: I would never speak FOR you.
I don't hear a trombone, but I hear the clicking of a ratchet and a fat lady in the background clearing her throat. I definitely don't hear the sound of sick Nigerians screaming at ROB Swift for more Nicosan. Even if they were screaming for more Nicosan with cash in hand, I doubt very much that ROB has any desire to produce and sell it to them. I guess that building and operating a legitimate company is too much trouble when you can make your money by sitting on your arse and running a company into the ground.
The bottom line in this argument seems to be that fiat backs Swifty and Imf backs Pandey. Without a doubt I am in Imf's corner. If it is the lesser of two evils then so be it, but the bottom line for me here is that I would LITERALLY go with a person whose name was picked out of a very large hat to run this company over ROB Swift. The guy has done nothing but live up to his first name since he has been here.
This kind of behavior is indicative of a group that has no intention whatsoever of running this company in its present form, or it is an example of a totally inept management which has no clue as to what they are doing. Probably a combination of both. They have been here for over a year and cannot complete simple tasks such as updating a website or picking up millions of dollars worth of PAID FOR equipment? Simply amazing.
Don't really see how a website in this day and age needs to be someone's idea. It is simply standard business practice. The fact that they have not kept an up to date site is a very telling fact indeed. They obviously just don't care. You can literally find a kid on a street corner these days to update your website for a few bucks. This gang's gaul is incredible.
Amazing isn't it. I remember you from back when I first started looking at this thing. Luckily, I left and decided not to look too long.
You can tell how interested ROB is in completing the facility by his decision to leave millions of dollars of equipment sitting on a Lagos dock. Somehow I don't think he gives a damn.
Yeah right fiat. Management is doing everything just right and things are going wonderfully here. Also great to hear that we are doing so well with our herbal formulation that comparisons to "big pharma" are valid. If you compare the market capitalization of xkem with the "big pharma" companies I am sure you will see the similarities. Give me a break.
What? Last night you said this was going to be in the 3 dollar range by years end! Now you say maybe 1 or 2 cents? Geez, make up your mind. I've been spreading the word to all the poor people I can find, and they are counting on that 3 dollar a share price by Christmas!
That's a tough call Rambler. When one grand will get you two million it's awfully tempting, but on the other hand something pretty devastating to this already devastated share price could happen at any time. A total crapshoot.
I doubt Swifty has any real operational plans in regard to saving this company in its current form, but I bet I know what his immediate plans are. I'm sure his puppeteer has handed him his ratchet and given him instructions to get to work. He appears to be an expert with that thing. Working that tool to perfection is about the only accomplishment that I have seen out of him since he's been here.
I agree. Unlike certain posters on this board, Goldrush seems to be legit. It would be nice if Swifty and Company would say something in regard to the efficacy of Nicosan. I guess that is one of the many things which they consider to be top secret.
True. You don't actually permanently lose your tax loss write off with the wash sale rule. That loss is simply delayed. It is delayed by increasing your tax basis (cost) in the stock that you purchase within that 30 day period by the loss that you would have taken had you not violated the wash sale rule. How it affects you in a particular taxable year really depends on your tax situation.
Whatever more that you may have, please do not write it in a letter to your Swiftboat Captain. We plainly see the results of that little excursion.
Pretty depressing article to say the least. I wouldn't be surprised if xkem does not even have an experienced and capable marketing person. If they do then he should be fired. Well, over a year of production and Nicosan still seems to be a mystery drug even in its country of origin. Just incredible how slowly things have progressed over the past year, when it was so crucial to expedite EVERYTHING at this stage of the game. Sorry if I sound like a recording, but what has transpired here since Swift took over is simply amazing. It's almost as if he/Basu wanted things to turn out this way (tongue jammed into cheek).
Sounds strange that a company which actually has a little revenue would be trading at roughly the same level as a dead shell, but I bet that dead shell doesn't have 16 BILLION fully diluted shares outstanding. Totally insane what has happened here.
Simple arithmetic my friend. You are saying Pilgrim will hit three dollars by the end of the year, so you are basically saying that a 33 dollar investment in Pilgrim at .001 (if it drops slightly) will get you almost $100,000 dollars by the end of the year. I am incredibly excited to get this wonderful news, and I plan on spreading the word to anyone who will listen. Since just about anyone can come up with 33 bucks, just imagine what this can do for the poor and homeless in this country! Spread the word brother! Spread the word!
So you are saying that if you are able to put down a ten dollar investment here at .001, you will end up with $30,000 dollars by the end of the year. Gee, that sounds reasonable. Happens all the time. I heard that there is some place that will pay 33 bucks for a pint of whole blood. I think I'll drive down to the homeless shelter and spread the word around that everyone can be worth $100,000 by Christmas. This may actually be the end of poverty as we know it! Yippeeeeeeee!!!
