I used the REGDEX date of March 21st, which is given in "Name of Offering"

I think the April 6th Date is the date that the SEC processed the form. Hopefully that is correct?

So based on the REGDEX through March 21st, which is the latest information we have, he raised 69k between March 5th and March 21st.

Based on the total volume, that puts us at 18% dilution.

If the 18% trend continued, that puts us at 770k raised to date with 42 average trading days left to completion.

It's hard to say if thats accurate or not, but I think we have a couple more weeks left with this. JMO of course...

Keep in mind that the share prices you are looking at a year ago are adjusted for the Nov. 22nd 2006 RS.

So when you see a share price of 1.00, its actually .01. Your 20-50 million figure is more likely 200-500k.

2. $64,800,000 / 54 = an ave. of $1,200,000 per claim

3. $1,200,000 ave. per claim x 204 claims = $244,800,000 tot. claim value.

4. $244,800,000 tot. claim value / 50% discount to the market for sale potential = $122,400,000

5. $122,400,000 / 1,000,000,000 shares (guestimated final tally before 504 completion) = .1224 cents per share.

The one thing i have my doubts about is whether or not shares were issued directly to pay for mines in liu of cash.

If thats the case, not all of that 282 mil went towards the 504.

More numbers for you number happy folks. Took a different average, so ever so slightly different.

15% $725,177.00 51 days left
20% $844,569.34 22 days left
25% $963,961.67 4 days left

Anything higher than 26.5% = done.

Also, im guessing these numbers are on the conservative side, because a LOT of dilution was probably done on some of these peaks. If I were selling the stock, I would sell higher percentages into news, and lower when its stagnant and bottomed.

Another possibility is he could be JUST selling in the higher pps ranges, and not selling below .0010. That could put a reason as to why we see such a strong base at .0010ish.

I like your positive outlook, and agree that it certainly is a good possibility. If the 504 comes to an end this month AND we get some positive news on the preliminary mining, then i would say we will be there at a minimum.

I would like to see the 504 come to an end before more substaintial mine news, because it seems we're at a point where people are hesitant to buy any higher than current in fear it will be smacked back down.

Based on these numbers, I made a nifty excel sheet and figured some averages based on volume. 504 completion depends a lot on the percentage of total trades that are being sold from the company.

Left Column is dilution percent of total volume, right is predicted $ earned to date.
5% $480k-488k
10% $594k-610k
20% $821k-853k
25% $934k-975k
Anything over 30% and we're done with the 504 already. If anyone wants to see the excel file, pm me your e-mail.

I'm going to guess that you can't no matter how much research you do, unless you are on the inside. There are some things that just aren't disclosed to the public. Deal with it.

The only reason we know what or how the other ones were paid for is because the CEO was kind enough to share with us. Theres no reason to expect that he should always do the same.

If you don't have faith in what Berman's saying by this point, even when presented with tons of evidince saying you should, you obviously need to rethink some things, and perhaps move on.

Choose any company out there, and look over their PR's. Theres things that just can't be proved one way or the other. It all comes down to whether you have faith in the company or not. With the preponderance of DD done here, i don't see any reason why anyone shouldn't have faith anymore. Go ahead and repeat your same old points a few more times, see if you can "prove" anything else, but it's getting kinda old.

However it worked out, if he got cash first, or if he paid for the claims in part stock, im not complaining.... 50 new claims paid for with 100 million stock. Good deal in my book!

Understood, but my hope personally is to get bought out by some mining company with all the basework and foundation already set up. No way we could or would want to afford mining equipment on 1 million a year until we started turning a profit.

I definitly agree with your point of view as well. I didn't mean to point out any specific posts, but there have been a few, not necessarily by you, that aren't helping us.

I also don't see why mod's don't block a certain few individuals that are here OBVIOUSLY to only raise doubt. They don't contribute ANYTHING useful to the board.
