Well, yesterday was a lot of MM playtime so the fact that today is more stable is a good thing.
Next week I think we resume the uptrend.
The way I read this it will be neglible....My question is how many share were exchanged for the equity funding. Are they restricted, prefered or common stock?
Viva World Trade Signs a $1,000,000 Funding Agreement
1:43p ET May 18, 2007 (Market Wire)
Viva World Trade, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VVWT) and its Mexican subsidiary Canmex Imports (the "Company," "Viva" or "Canmex"), an importer and distributor of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Mexico, are pleased to announce that the Company has signed a $1,000,000 Funding Agreement.
The first tranche of $250,000 of this equity financing has already been completed and the funds have been received by the Company with the balance anticipated to be completed within the next thirty days. The investor is an accredited individual and an original shareholder of the Company.
Viva and Canmex are now positioned with sufficient cash and product inventory available to meet all current obligations and to continue to pursue their aggressive business plan.
In addition to the signed Funding Agreement, the Company has also received unsolicited offers from professional investment firms to provide funding for its ongoing business operations. These unsolicited offers were unequivocally rejected by Company management as they did not add shareholder value or benefit the Company's current business strategy.
"The completion of this Funding Agreement with one of our original investors and the receipt of other unsolicited funding proposals are a positive indication that investors are connecting positively with our business and are excited about our future prospects. We will continue to implement our plans to become a prominent player in the beverage import/export business in Mexico," said Neil Mikkelsen, President & CEO.

GM Chicks & Chicks with sticks....Rebel we got (News) I'd rather have Best Buy but it's a start; CircuitCity.com Joins Line up of NetDisk Retailers
Last update: 5/18/2007 6:00:11 AM
LAS VEGAS, May 18, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Klegg Electronics announced today that CircuitCity.com has become the newest retailer to add the NetDisk, to their roster of products. The NDU10-250, NDU10-400, and NDU10-500 feature 250, 400 and 500 Gigabytes of storage respectively. The products are available for sale online at .
Klegg recently announce the acquisition of the NetDisk line from Ximeta Inc. The NetDisk is an external storage device embedded with NDAS technology, which allows for the direct connection to any network without the need for IP configurations or expensive servers. The NetDisk plugs directly to an Ethernet router or switch enabling high speed access for all devices on a wired or wireless network.
The NetDisk allows easy backup or expansion through software features that allow Mirroring (RAID 1), Aggregation or RAID 0. Simply connect another NetDisk storage device and follow easy instructions to increase storage capacity or create an automatic copy of your primary NetDisk unit.
Each NetDisk has a unique hardware ID and access keycodes which allow you to specify which computer users have read and write access, read access only or even no access to NetDisk. Since NetDisk requires no TCP/IP setting, the unit is invisible and safe from external hackers. Symantec backup software is also included for added security.
In addition to Circuitcity.com the NetDisk can be found at Fry's Electronics, J&R, CompUSA, Tiger Direct , CDW and many others. Suggested retail prices begin at $169.00 for a NetDisk with 250 Gigabytes of storage.
The Netdisk is fully compatible with the NDAS-enabled Klegg Media Center TV, allowing for limitless storage of Music, Movies and Recorded TV. In addition to the NetDisk, Klegg is expecting to release several new NDAS enabled products this quarter.

Starting to look that way...grrrrrr! I emailed Dennis the other day and told him that the "Something happenning" better happen quick or we'd be back to a nickle quick.
His reply was "Understood" which means what exactly I do not know!
It's all about the campaigne manager Mistress Rebel. Nice poem btw.
Uh huh, that's what ya'll say till it's comin your way!
Did I hear someone say Bubblebath???
Eh...spent the day watching the MM'x slap around VVWT. And yours?
Too big.
Too slow.
Heh, I charge a fee for photo's of my boat!
Yeah but we're a litigation company. There's no O&G involved. LOL
Gotta love those feelings! I had a feeling one of mine was going to correct today and boy did the MM's slap us around good.
Let's hope your feeling is more positive than mine ended up being!
I have two concerns as of EOD. #1 the obvious mirror trading we saw today and what the MM's want to do tomorrow with her. #2 the increased volume on a down day albeit some of it phoney still a poor signal to the players.
On the other side of things the final trade today appears to be .413 which technicly is a fill the gap # as David pointed out earlier. Time shall tell.
That's part of the fun. From my perspective, as I've said before, If you had bought in the 20's you should have cashed half your position in the 40's leaving you with 0 loss and free shares.
If you think the pony can run then play the odds but never bet the farm on a pinky!
Let's be very clear for everyone here. Penny stocks are for making money. If you want to invest for the long term then buy a blue chip.
I allways find it humorous the way the bashers come out of the woodwork on a declining day. While we were climbing they're hiding. We all know this stock is under promotion right now. We also know there appears to be a large short position on VVWT. Are we suprised after watching the MM action today that we have bashers?
Do not buy or hold this stock if you're not comfortable with the game being played. Never fall in love with a penny. Trade it for profit and let the chips fall where they may.
Great then you keep watching and we'll keep profiting.

Me thinks Bang in da boiler room tryin to help shake some shares since the MM's rattled the cage today?
Bang needs to see the sun shining in the Daylight....
Expensive energy drink sells to wealthy tourists at hot and steamy Mexican resorts.
Spamograms can and do effect PPS, Volume and so on and so forth but typical volume would triple on sell offs into spam distribution.
If you no likey then no buyey.
No that should be the final trade after settlement which usually occurs up til 4:15 PM.
Ironic about 20% difference!
That's how they play...shake em then settle at normal correction.
Like I said this AM I expected a pullback and I think it's healthy in the end.
Ya just gotta love these pennies....25% spreads and 20% moves...only in America!
Geez QUIN being greedy or what?

Welcome thunder, what is your basis for that thought? There does seem to be a lot of support on the bids in the 30's which is why I ask.
Heh there is nothing wrong with selling when you're taking profit.
I like to play these pennies so I'm riding free shares. Unfortunately $.50 was not my mark so I didn't sell any.
I am pleased that we have not pushed the 2 mil volume I thought we'd see but still 1.6 mil is more than I wanted.
Or at least 18/20! You know I thought about taking some off the table @$.50 target but I know this shake is orchestrated and there is still upside to this game.
Are we on the bottom yet?
Be interesting EOD...I think we could still close green by a fraction. If not I'll take $.45.
