1,422,099,302 .. WOW... remember the ceo saying he would "dilute maybe just a little to fund deals". The O/S was 650K back then... What's "a little"...
5 percent a day, keeps the doctor away...
Welcome Snickerke... Do I know you from somewhere? ..
Yes...looking stronger each day!
They only have the wide spread to make money on you. They look for bidders at 0.0014-0.0019; but wait for sellers at 0.0013. They buy the shares at 0.0013 and sell them to the buyers at 0.0019... That's why you see the mirror trades... I guess...
unexplainable?
Let me explain: they raised the A/S to 2.5 billion!
Yes, but this still makes me conclude that not "shorts covering" is the reason for the drop in price, but rather "bid sellers" is the reason. In this case we are lucky that we have shorts trying to buy at the bid, or we would have no bidders at all....
If we have NSS shares, they still need to be converted into real shares and therefor real shares need to be bought on the market. Or are you saying that new NSS shares are hitting the market? In this case it would be "shorting" that makes the price go down.
Anyway, I don't care. The more short shares, the better, we'll have the NOBO soon.. I have full faith in this and thanks for advising it.
Indeed, if shorts need to cover, they need to buy, so price should go up, unless we have sellers giving them shares.
"Shorts covering" is one of the typical things you hear as an excuse when the price goes down. I'm actually very suprised to hear such a thing from varok, who should know better...
Just relax... NOBO results will be in in the week of november 20, but normally it'll be sooner... IMJX also went down at first on the NOBO news...
watching CHNW and watching the board... not much happening right now...

I still believe in IMJX, and I will buy back, but I thought that no news will hurt this. We will see new dilution and that will hurt the price. But still, when new contract of the same size will come, it will go up again, even with 1.5 billion O/S.
But the fact that they increased the A/S in the middle of a run shows that the really must dilute. Also the fact that 1 day later they already diluted a 100 million shows this.
Watching it from the sideline now and took a gamble on CHNW...
How about some UK deal today?
I thought so too...bailed yesterday after no PR yet at 12.00...
As of 10-25-2006 there are 1,057,099,302 shares outstanding with 966,552,766
free trading shares and 90,546,536 shares restricted for ImageXpress with
2,500,000,000 shares authorized.
-> no new dilution since yesterday.
PR can't be far away.
The CEO said several large deals were being closed. New deals would be announced in the coming weeks. Lets hope for next week.
I got shares at 0.0012, 15 minutes ago... guess that you were just to late...
wouldn't we all...
Lets go...
Lucky basterds who bought at 0.0003!!
Yeah baby... some news on top of this would be nice...
"We expect to make further business announcements related to the iPrint Digital Kiosk deployment in the coming weeks."
"We hope to announce certain sales results in the very near future, along with several key distributor relationships regarding the LitePix Digital Displays/ Signage and iPrint Kiosk product line."
I think he's just teasing stock hippie a bit... Some irony because those are the things stock hippie says on bad days... I don't think he's bashing....
Buy now at 0.0004 or pay 0.0005 later!
It is a fact that those trades were buys that they wanted to hide.
Probably they want shares from you at 3 or 4.
Today could be a newsday!!!
After hours trades are just trades that happened during the day, but weren't shown.
This prooves that this is heavily manipulated!!! All day, we saw low-volume and no buying interest at 0.0004. At the close, mm's need to come clean, and we see the manipulation that happened. There was buying at 0.0004 yesterday, 26 million!! For some reason thet want to keep this where it is.
The don't shown the buys in the day, because they don't want interest to pick up. Also, all those mms at the ask could really be just a couple of million shares.!!
As of 10-16-2006 there were 982,099,302 shares issued for IMAGEXPRES CORPORATION with 891,552,766 shares free trading, 90,546,536 shares restricted and 1,000,000,000 shares authorized.
Lets have a great week this week.
PR on tuesday or wednesday and the end of these prices...
I'm not convinced that if they raise the A/S that we are done for good. It depends on the communication around this. We just need to know what the plan is.
If we get more multi-million dollar deals, even with an O/S of 2 billion, we could easily see prices above 0.002.
Of course I would like to see the O/S below 1 billion, but a higher O/S, requires a higher A/S and that shouldn't be the end.
I think the real problem we have here is: "uncertainty about dilution".
As shareholders, we managed to force management into some things (NOBO list, IR page on the website). I think the next thing we should ask for is "clarity on the plan for the O/S". Where are we going? Do we go for 1 billion or 1.2 billion? Or 1.5?
Of course, the nicest thing would be to hear "no more dilution from here". That is what we want. But if that is not possible, we want to know where we are heading. The fact that we don't know this is putting shorts in control.
So I would say: request the management to address this issue! (I already did)
I tend to agree with that theory.
They're trying to get shares. Even people who sell at 0.0004 are victims. They want you to feel lucky that you were able to get rid of them at 0.0004. Making you feel as if you could easily buy them back at 0.0003 if you really wanted...
Just got a mail:
The last info I gave is still current - no changes have been made.

(Where the last info was 982 million )
Yes, I was that poster.
But still, I'm as surprised as you are.
Can't believe it actually. Are this mm tricks? Didn't know they had that much power. Do we really have sellers at 0.0003? Or are they looking for them?
Good news yesterday. Seems that they are giving in to shareholder pressure and they are doing everything requested by shareholders.
The only question I would like to see still answered is where they will take the dilution. I don't think it is a problem, but I would like to know the plan. Do we go for 1 billion, or 1.2. I don't really care what it is, but the fact that 'unknown' dilution is hapening makes shareholders worried.
We are waiting now for new business developments. Several large contracts are in the works. I wouldn't worry about the shorts and the 0.0003 manipulations. In the end we will get what we want!! And that won't be long.
Having a bad morning again?
Shorting to 0.0001 and cover there would require
1) sell that many short shares that the price goes down to 0.0001
2) get the holders of the real shares to give up their shares at 0.0001.
I don't think any shorter would be that ambitious.
So maybe the company will be interrested in this NOBO-thing after all. They planned to sell the dilution from the past weeks in the run on the big news, but they still wanted it to move up. These little basterds completely killed the run, so this NOBO list would be a nice opportunity to get back at them.
Although I still would prefer to see a couple of new major contracts PR'd. That would also force the shorts to buy back. And we know they're close...
Great! Lets have the next contract announced!
I don't think that we are seeing shorts here.
Also I don't think we're being diluted more. The figures from hippie today are exactly the same as those of last week wednesday. We still have some people who want to sell because the hoped for a run, which didn't happen, so they want out.
I don't think any short would risk selling at 0.0004 and think that he would be able to get 'em back cheaper.
Also: If we do have some brave shorts, good for us, the moment the news hits, they will have to buy back. More buyers, => higher prices
Last chance to get'em at 0.0005 soon!
Tomorrow we might see the next of the 'several large deals'.
Bid sitters will be hitting themselves.
Good!
Although my guess is that they will just ignore it, just like they're ignoring the rest of the emails.
At first I thought that was a bad thing, but since it seems that these guys are working on building a business here, it is good.
All these other compagnies that implemented this NOBO thing or that take other measures to blame shorts (e.g. worthless dividents), only do so to promote their stock while they have nothing else to convince the market. Why do they want to promote?, because they want to dump more shares at higher prices.
Our management doesn't seem to care about all that bullshit. They still dilute, but don't do the pumping. They just need cash for their business and we start to see results of it.
I'm sure they will do whatever is needed to attract new buyers, but first we need the business to take off. By then, it might not even be necessary anymore to PR this thing because everybody will know about it already.
Might be that you can get out at 0.0008 and back in at 0.0005, but if the news comes out just after you got out, you're screwed.
Several deal are is the works and we'll be hearing about it in the coming weeks. Can already be next week. So I won't sell at 0.0008!
thanks.
Still plenty that can be bought at 0.0005, so no problem yet I would say.. or you want them cheaper?
