"what has this company ever done in a timely fashion? "
File extensions
Very true.
Bid .0030
Ask .0031
I did to. I've got some flipping money ready,
May see the .0020's if they don't produce soon.
Late filing and the Ebay stuff ain't helping matters.
Looks like there going to be another record LOW set today.
Bid .0035
ASK .0036
"Remember that is how we all found out about this event."
EI didn't tell us anything until after we found out ourselves about it. Just like when they Did a R/S. A poster found out before EI said anything.
Let's get things straight.
What do you mean "He's getting documentation"?
Did EI Send him something?
OR
Did EI buy this stuff?
Ebay seller is not selling these things new.
As is where is.
Email the guy and find out.
This is getting funnier by the minute.
EI just needs to buy the things and be done with it.
No it's not an AON
I wonder why my sell order is not working?
5,000 was just sold at .0038
ETNL SOLD 5000 CASH $0.0038 $11.89
I have a sell order in at .0037 and the bid is .0038 and I can't sell.
Open Orders
Symbol Action Qty Order Type Price Status
ETNL SELL 51000 LIMIT $0.0037 OPEN
What is up?
Is ETNL still trading?
Good Morning,
That could be.
Then if that was the case then selling them on Ebay wouldn't be a big deal.
"Or they were not up to specs, as I stated before about the AKC lids....Why is it always EI's fault?"
"Why is it always EI's fault"
Why?
The list is to long.
POST OF THE DAY
Hope to see the Quarterly filing today.
You bet I do. The writing is all over the wall.
There is a lot of things that don't make sense.
Hey Basser,
Another way to look at this is that maybe the reason they are a former Supplier is that EI owed them money and they cut EI off for none payment.
Maybe this is why they went out of business.
Maybe this is why the inventory is being sold on Ebay.
Good point. Good DD.
Basser,
They have all the time they need I guess. I know I keep my reciepts and I don't have to ask a creditor for mine.
If this was my stuff I'd working around the clock to get it back and off of Ebay.
The point is, the longer they leave it up the less creditablity EI will have from the shareholders.
Lets see how long it takes.
"Gee whiz LC this just all came out on Friday and late at that. Maybe you might want to cut them some slack since it basically happened over the weekend. Do you think that they might be able to work on this during normal business hours when they should be able to get in touch with the creditor a little easier."
Your missing it Basser.
"Since EI has the patents and license agreements on these items and had paid for the inventory do you feel that a creditor has the right to seize them to settle a debt issue with the supplier?"
Your assuming: "had paid for the inventory"
If they have paid for this they would have the items and we would not be discussing this EBAY stuff.
SHOW A RECEIPT AND EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE.
Hi IKAG,
Good points. I guess we will have to wait to see how this pans out. I persoanlly believe that EI has dropped the ball on this one and we shall see this in the near future.
I guess one of the things that stand out to me is that if these items are indeed EI's, why does someone else have them and whenever someone pays for something you get a receipt for it.
Produce the receipt and all it done.
I do not believe buyers are concerned with these issues. I believe there's just no buyers.
All of these item have the full protection from PayPal for the full purchase price.
So if there's any problems the Buyer would be able to get all his money back.
This is one of the benefits when buying items through PayPal.
If a buyer has a problem he files a complaint witin 45 days and PayPal automaticley freezes those funds that are in the sellers account until the issues have been resolved.
I would like to bring up a piece of information that some that are not fimular with Ebay might not know.
When a seller is selling something on Ebay and a person has a question you can email this person and ask that question. The seller has an option whether to answer that question in secret or to post that question and answer for everyone to see.
This seller is being upfront with all the questions and answers. He is not trying to hide anything.
Questions for the Day:
EI, if these items are infact yours, why do you not have them?
Why is the Ebay listings still up?
Where are the MILLIONS the shareholders have given your company?
IS THIS THE BEGINNING OF THE END?
These items that are selling on Ebay seems to be the EI's Inventory WHICH ACCORDING TO THEIR LATEST 10-Q WAS VALUED AT $636,239
It will be interesting to see the value of their next Quarterly filing for the Inventory value.
IF IN FACT THESE ITEMS ARE LOST TO THE CREDITOR CLINT NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR ALLOWING OUR INVENTORY TO BE WIPED OUT.
NO WONDER EI'S ACCUMULATED DEFICIT HAS BEEN INCREASING
According to the latest ETERNAL IMAGE INC FORM 10-Q
Dated and Filed on 8/13/2009
ETERNAL IMAGE HAS ACCUMULATED DEFICITS OF $20,342,569 AS OF JUNE 30, 2009.
"As reflected in the accompanying financial statements, the Company has incurred significant losses from operations and negative operating cash flows, which have been financed primarily by proceeds from stock and debt issuance. As a result the Company had accumulated deficits of $20,342,569 and $14,538,168 at June 30, 2009 and 2008 respectively."

WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY THE SHAREHOLDERS HAVE INVESTED?
IS THE END NEAR?
Why would a company wait until the very last day to file?
I came across this and thought I'd share this info.
Some were wondering the % of Royalties paid for the MLB License
When the baseball deal was announced, Eternal Image Chief Executive Officer Clint Mytych said the company is paying a yearly royalty to the league that he wouldn't specify. Under the deal, Major League Baseball Properties also gets an 11 percent commission on sales of all funeral products bearing team names or logos.
Good luck to ya.
Hi Al,
Go Gators. I hope they whip Steve's butt today. We need our offense to be great.
"The more flak that Ebay gets on this, the more likely they will cancel the listings. I reported them as stolen. A little help here could go a long way."
Al, Why do you want posters or shareholders to send complaints to Ebay concerning these listings? Isn't it EI's responsiblity to do this since it's their items.
Ebay will not cancel these item unless the owners can prove that these items in fact belongs to them.
When you say they have been stolen. Do you know this for a fact?
If they are then EI will not have a problem removing them with the proper documentations.
This is just my two cents
Hey Basser, I was just posting what he had posted on the listing. Don't know anything else about the guy.
I really don't think he'll risk messing up his Feedback score of 100% by telling something that wasn't true.
I wouldn't
I wonder what EI's Feedback RATING would be if they had one?
" Do you believe him hook line and sinker?"
DO YOU BELIEVE EVERYTHING EI TELLS YOU?
Common sense: Sound judgment not based on specialized knowledge; native good judgment
"Give me a break, Do you believe him hook line and sinker? A couple of posts ago you talked about common sense and for those that take this as some sort of verification that is something that is sorely lacking. "
Common sense: Sound judgment not based on specialized knowledge; native good judgment
Hope all is well with you IKAG
Have a great weekend
Listing correct info. is very important in recieving a great feedback score. When the seller says over 450 he's basically saying that you will get at least the 450 plus some. If he was selling 10 then I would totally understand being totally precise.
This is why you can ask questions to the seller.
He is not trying to mislead anyone.
I'VE BEEN A TOP RATED SELLER ON EBAY FOR AWHILE AND HAVE 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK SCORE.
THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
A person that is interested could ask the seller to be exact.
This came from the seller on Ebay:
On Nov-13-09 at 15:48:22 PST, seller added the following information:
I have personally talk to the American Kennel Club and you don't have to have any kind of license to resale these urns I just want to make sure that is clear with everyone. Any other question feel free to email me thank you.
"What is the source of your information that led you to believe that EI was having as you say problems retrieving the merchandise."
Common sense would answer that one.
Does EI have the merchandise? NO
Does someone else have the merchandise? YES
Is someone selling the Merchandise? YES

IF EI DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEMS AND SOMEONE IS SELLING THE ITEMS, THEN I WOULD SAY THAT EI IS HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THE ITEMS.
MY POINT EXACTLY. IF THEY BELONGED TO ME I WOULD HAVE THEM
Not if they pay with paypal, which is the sellers choice of payment:
PayPal Buyer Protection
PayPal offers more than just quick checkout on eBay. We also help keep your identity and financial info secure. Plus, with PayPal Buyer Protection, we cover all your eligible eBay items for the full purchase
price-with no limits and at no additional cost. So go ahead, shop with confidence. PayPal is with you
every step of the way.
Find out more about PayPal Buyer Protection terms, conditions, and eligibility.
IF YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ITEMS OR THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE YOU CAN FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL WITHIN 45 DAYS AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
BUT IT WITH WHAT?
SHARES?
"then you go there and buy it, and take him to court later."
Exactly. A CEO of a company would not be asking shareholders to do this if he had all the documents in hand. There's more to this that's for sure.
"The important thing to remember is that these urns were paid for by and are the property of EI and therefore not subject to seizure to cover the suppliers debt. "
"PAID FOR"?
SO WHY DOESN'T EI HAVE THESE ITEMS IN THEIR POSESSION?
INVOICE WITH PAID IN FULL WOULD BE NICE.
If EI owns these things and they are theirs, all they have to do is contact EBAY themselves and get them removed.
It's that simple.
Asking others to do that brings up a red flag to me.
I can't believe they asked shareholders to do that. Why don't they?
"Finally, we ask that our shareholders complain to eBay about the fact that they are allowing what could be legally classified as stolen goods to be sold on their website and by doing so they may be facilitating an illegal activity."
They look like the vatican caskets.
It seems someone didn't pay their bills.
Time will tell WHO?
There's a lot of unanswered questions.
Where did all they money go that shareholders invested?
These items should have been removed by EI. Why weren't they?
?
