Naked short is 100-1000X the float, just like I said.

No sense turning in the shares to TA to reduce the OS every day, let him finish his work, and turn it in together to save paperwork and fees.

That way, OS is 100-1000 times lower than the number of shares sold, imho, when they are done. That will faciliate the impetus for legislation and regulatory change.
