.IBMJF IBM OCT 130 Calls from .60 and now .85's are going through. They just shot up as IBM is a monster gainer today.
.IBMAI IBM JAN 2009 145 Calls looking strong today. Nothing can keep big blue down for long.
.FREAF FRE JAN 2009 3 Calls
Sold half my contracts too early this AM. Ridin' free. Hoping for 2.00.
Ouch. I know that says "new home" sales but where are these folks living today? I guess that simply means that the liquidity of people moving around is halting.
My local news paper here has 4 pages of foreclosures.
She's been dealing with the devastation of hurricane Ike.
LOL!
Pirate = Thief
Seems to fit that the scammers would run around with pirate names. LOL!
LOL!
I'm glad Our-Street pointed me to this board now. This is like the CSHD debacle all over again. Except for this CEO can spell better than Rufus.
Penny Stock Entertainment!
Yeah, I read that PR. And noticed there's no mention of an attorney. Nothing to be verified. That's b.s. enough for me. LOL!
Interestingly enough, Rufus DID file a complaint against a Dr. Mensah. No attorney. And Dr. Mensah filed a counter complaint without an attorney. The whole issue just went away. I actually called the Bartow county authorities to find this out.
These guys just find it cheap, at $400, to throw an empty threat out there to get people to shut up. That's how you know they are scamming. Otherwise, they'd have used an attorney to contact the said "associates" and file a suit before issuing a PR if they had really meant it.
I've got to get Our-Street's back on this. He was threatened by legal action by CSHD's CEO as well. It costs a company about $400 to issue a PR. Cheap. It costs a lot more to retain an attorney. Ain't gonna happen.
CSHD's CEO, Rufus Paul Harris, also threatened the owners of iHub with legal action. Never happened.
Nothing will come from a legal threat from a pinkie CEO.
Simply consider what burden this guy has to sue someone bashing his stock on a public forum. EVEN IF the guy is on the up and up. It would be cost prohibited to bring a suit against anyone.
Read this report by our-street.

He exposes Buzz Technologies as a scam. And the scammer calls himself "Capt. Jack." He also has a boat he calls the "Black Pearl."
Same guy as BHUB's "Jack Sparrow?"
By any chance, could this guy have to do with the BHUB debacle? There is a "Jack Sparrow" character involved in BHUB. Seems this Shayne character uses the Pirates of the Carribean references a lot: "Black Pearl" as the name of his boat and calls himself, "Capt. Jack".
Where do these people come from?
We're in trouble, IMO.
FRE and FNM are monsters this AM!
Rolled the dice on these yesterday:
.FREAF FRE JAN 2009 3 Calls
I had actually bought 100 shares of each a week or so back. Looks like today, I could sell half and get my $90 bucks out holding the other half in free shares. LOL! I think I'd rather use it as a science experiment and see how high the stock will go... or not. Hehehe
I'm just interested in seeing what it opens at tomorrow after the news. Calls are gonna be EXPENSIVE.
Oil's gonna drop tomorrow:

"Democrats to let offshore drilling ban expire"
When I believed the b.s., I posted several times that I thought the devices were "given" to Rufus to use as collateral to fund JV's and that Rufus didn't actually own the assets. I thought he could put them on the balance sheet as an asset but wondered where the liability was for the other side.
Of course, I didn't know at the time that Rufus failed on his part of the agreement to use those financial instruments like pay the fee for use.
He created smoke and mirrors. That's it. If he didn't, you'd be able to show that he owns the devices today. At the very least, you'd be able to show where that 18 million in revenue from said devices ended up. It simply never happend.
Being a shareholder does not excuse posting bad information.
LOL!
Nonshareholders shouldn't have to continuously correct silly posts when we come across them. Note, I'm not looking for other fundamentally wrong posts on other threads. Hehehe
Is Rufus still around? Tell him to quit posting fundamentally incorrect statements as well, please.
Masta, you've got to stop posting stuff that reduces your credibility in the market.
A market cap without a publicly posted bid based off the last price with almost zero volume = worthless.
FNM and FRE going nuts today. Even though FNM says trading is halted. LOL!
Man, with all the liquidity in CSHD stock, you could double your money in no time! Wow.
Shorts don't need tripple zeros when there's no bid and volume = zero.
Yeah, I hope it drops below $110. To me, this one is a long term "swing" trade. Remember about 5 years ago, they were under an SEC investigation on accounting principles? I was buying the stock just under $70 (I did not trade options back then)! Of course, big blue came out on top and I got to sell for just over $118 just to see it keep going up! LOL!
I want IBM down to $100 so I can ride again. This time, I'll load up on options with the stock itself. It's the safe bet to hedge the more risky day trades, IMO.
For the record, IBM is holding up their end of the bargain to support the DOW. LOL!
Everyone wants a villian in this financial crisis born from making it easier for some who couldn't buy a house before to get one today. Banks went overboard on the risky loans. And those people who bought sub prime mortgages never bothered to refi because they thought the unbelieveably low interest rate would last forever. Too many villians to name from feel good politicians forcing banks to be easier on borrowers to the borrowers themselves whom failed to act responsibly. Then the banks in between that over extended their exposure to this mess.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080923/wl_nm/us_france_economy_sarkozy
Those behind market crisis should be punished: Sarkozy
"NEW YORK (Reuters) - Those responsible for the crisis that has swept global financial markets should be punished, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said overnight in his first reaction to the latest bout of economic turmoil"
Give it up, Sarkozy. There is no single villain except socialism and government intervention that should never have happened in the first place.
Hey dude. Keep up the good work and my apologies for being an ass back in the day.
The more these types are exposed, the better for the market. However, I've learned to play and stick with options on the big boards. You get the volitility with a better chance at getting the direction right.
Rufus is a sick individual.
Masta, it's not that I don't read your posts. It's that I read the filings and PR's. Specifically, when Merril Lynch denied the selling of shares by the Harris family, Rufus threatened to sue. What did Rufus tell you?
Let me guess. You're subscribing to Rufus's version, riiiight?
LOL!
I wonder if Rufus would get an attorney if the DOJ got involved with criminal charges. Hehehe. And I wonder if any of the faithful would take THAT as a hint of what Rufus's priorities are.
Rufus, didn't you want to open your secret board to some debate? For someone purported to win a Republican award, you sure embrace the communist position of censoring information.
Did ya get that filing done to increase the authorized shares to accomodate the 6 for 1? LOL! Are those shares still coming? We're all holding our breath.
Again, who cares if anyone dumped shares in the 2 - 3 dollar range if Rufus wasn't lying making the book value better than $15 per share? WTF cares?
Why aren't you as outraged that Rufus's family was trying to sell?
Gawd. Like I said, your 9 years trading experience hasn't taught you a thing. Put $1000 in CSHD this week and tell us how well you did 3 months from now. LOL!
I can tell you still don't even understand the grey sheets and how they are traded. The "last" price doesn't mean squat. My broker is smart enough to know that if there isn't a bid, your value is ZERO. And they wouldn't sugar coat my account by calculating the value off the last price paid for the security.
Geeze. No wonder Rufus has you tricked.
Glad I broke that addiction! LOL!
Well, at least the Fed made public they were diluting our money system. Which is more than I could say about some pink sheet stocks.
LOL!
I'd like someone to ask Rufus this:
Rufus, how did you declare assets on a balance sheet in which the agreements, as well as payments for said assets, were never met? Also, how did you get 18 million dollars from an asset that you did not own? Lastly, where is that 18 million dollars today?
I predict the answer will go something like this:
"Hey shorty! Everything is where it was 2 years ago!"
LOL! Yup, that explains it.
We knew this a long time ago:
"If you read the GFAs, you can see that in the event of non-performance, they revert back to the original 'owner'."
Why do you think folks posted that Rufus NEVER paid the fees for these instruments? LOL! Old news.
But you just get mad because MA dumped shares. After all, that's what prevented Rufus from running the business and forced him to lie.
BTW - It doesn't take an accountant to figure out that you can't list something as an asset that you do NOT own whether you intend to own it or not. If the agreement is not done, you don't own it. Try selling your friend's car on autotrader that you agreed to buy but never followed through and see how that works. Geesh.
Why anyone would cast anyone but Rufus as a villain is beyond me.
Rufus wanted the SEC to field all the work to prove his NSS claim. He put all his faith in the SEC PROSECUTORS to help a multibillion dollar company.
Yeah, right.
Exactly. If the assets were as Rufus claimed, who the heck cares who dumped at 2 or 3 bucks per share? LOL! The book value was 70+ dollars per share!
It's easier to cast someone else a criminal when you're in bed with a scammer.
The merger never completed. No S4 was filed for any new share structure. And if MA made millions off this scam and YOU JUST KNOW it was wrong, where's the law suit against him? Obviously he has the cash for a mad disgorgement.
Like I said, regarding that and the fact you're uncertain how CSHD stock trades today tells me you've been asleep at the wheel trading for the last 9 years.
Do you even know what the Authorized shares are for CSHD? Do you know the implications of touting a 6 for 1 stock divy (TPR if that makes you happy) without ever filing or even intending to file to increase the share structure to handle it?
The DD is in the rules set by the SEC. Look them up yourself. After 9 years of trading, I'd have thought you already know this stuff. I've even posted examples of what the steps are here.
Masta, if you've been trading for 9 years and you don't know the answers here, I can't help you. In fact, your nine years to my 3 or so. Based on your posts, I passed up your knowledge of the market within my first year of trading.
If you have a grudge against MA, open a law suit against him. If MA blatantly hurt the shareholders by selling, why doesn't Rufus go after him considering MA must have MILLIONS from this scam? Explain that.
What's screwed up in your logic is that a few posts ago, you didn't care about Rufus's family selling their shares but you are REALLY bent out of shape over MA selling. Now that's f'd up, dude.
LOL! Whatever Masta. You don't know squat about the case or how it legally is run. I think at this point, you have to be convinced that about 3,000 individuals are lying for Rufus to be telling the truth.
Keep going up to bat for Rufus. He'll let you down every time.
LOL!
What do you mean? It did just happen in real life to the Harris crooks... errrr... I mean family.
Where to start? It wasn't "that" they were denying trading of CSHD. It was "who" they were denying to dump. Brokers can be astute to this type of criminality. Especially when the family members show up in person at the office. LOL!
