Thanks, Robodoc -
The answers to your questions are in the SEC report.

This is the virtual agreement/lease/disclosure involving the government (owner of the aquifer), the State of Texas, Easy.com, Royal Spring and Royal Spring stockholders.
Thanks -
I asked Investor Relations for the amount of bottled water RSPG is selling to Data Commodities for Data Commodities' contract with the Las Vegas school district, and was advised that RSPG will not release that information to stockholders.
That tells me that a private company's contract with a public entity, such as a public school district, can be withheld from the public. Does Coke sell soda water in your school district? What if you were told that you, as a taxpayer, cannot know how much soda water Coke sells to your district's children because there is a screte agreement between Coke and your school district?
This had to do with Teraflop's question regarding how much of RSPG's daily 400,000 gallon water-withdrawal allotment will be going to its Data Commodities contract with the Clark County School District (Las Vegas) and how many daily gallons of water-withdrawal will be going to the Toga, Africa contract, and how much of those total daily allotments will then remain for other sales of bottled water. I think the answer to those questions reflects the bottomline availability of profit of the company, which is limited to 400,000 of water/day.
In other words, what percentage of RSPG's water-withdrawal allotment is being consumed by Las Vegas and Togo? I think that's a significant question, but Investor Relations says the amount of water being shipped for Las Vegas is a secret.
The SEC filing
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/fetchFilingFrameset.aspx?dcn=0001140361-06-008838&Type=HTML
says RSPG is permitted to withdraw 400,000 gallons of water/day, which equates to 2,909,090 16.9 oz bottles of water/day.
What I still don't understand in the SEC filing is the relationship between Easy.com, "Stelios" and RSPG.
Easy.com's site says it is owned by "Stelios, the serial entrepreneur."
Stelios is described here: http://www.fastcompany.com/magazine/64/ioannou.html
The accounting firm preparing the SEC report regarding Easy.com and RSPG is located in Sherman Oaks, California, which is also the headquarters of Crystal Splash, the company that has a LOI with RSPG.
This all sounds positive, but I am not intelligent enough to read the SEC report (several times), especially the financials of Easy.com, and compute the significance of the relationship between Easy.com, "Stelios," and RSPG, if any.
Can you or anyone else summarize this at a 6th-grade (or below) level?
I agree.
I'm long and I'm going to go out on the limb a little bit more (at least), because I like the background of the founders of the company and the power/fashion of pure/premium bottled water that's millions of years old. I also think the African contract abounds with other possibilities outside the USA.
Old pr (last week), but I don't think article was posted here:
http://bevindustry.com/viewprnews.php?nid=4183
Royal Spring investor relations (Maxwell) says contract between Data Commodities (the company buying the water from Royal Spring, to sell to Clark County School District - Las Vegas -) is private, not public information.
Terarflop (post #453) asked about this.
I am going to try to get clarification next week.
Thank you for the summaries of price/vol. That says it all in :10 seconds or less!
Yes, symbol changed a few days ago.
It looks like (ref: SEC) the company is using its FEMA profits to expand its business from roofing to include structure, and to hire management and staff to support the expansion. They seem to be moving beyond relying on hurricanes. The Navy contract was outstanding for them, too.
I like that story and bought in (long) a few months ago.
As an interesting sidenote, the company used a cell phone-related GPS system (TeleNav Track) to get its contractors to exact sites in hurricane-devastated areas (Google: "Aduddel Roofing Navigates the Storm"), which relates to a semi-controversial site here related to GPS: GHLT (is GHLT an actual company or not).
Here's another:
Google: "ZENX GPS" and refer to "Aduddell Roofing Navigates the Storm with TeleNav Track."
This company (in my "hurricane/disaster basket") uses cell phones with GPS to guide their crews to specific properties in disaster areas they are contracted to repair.
Google: "GPS telematics install"
I'm sorry, but I don't understand (blame it on poor public schools and my inattention to anything other than girls).
It seems like there was/is a relationship between RSPG and Easy.com.
http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2005_Nov_9/ai_n15786400
Thanks, I think I almost understand that.
But there is still an "Easy.com" that exists today (Las Vegas).
I was wondering if the folks at Easy.com are connected in any way with the folks at RSPG, which I thought bought Easy.com.
Hellzhub, I don't understand the relationship, if any, between Easy.com and RSPG.
Do you have any background on this?
For additional background information about RSPG (formerly ESYY), please refer to:

I am still a believer (The Monkeys, circa 19-whenever) in this company and its founders.
Message deleted by Utah Carl.
I'm keeping track of questions asked on this board and in around a week, I'll see if I can get answers from the company.
I'm also trying to get more specifics of the Clark County School District contract. But the Clark County School District deal is actually a contract with Data Commodities LTD, which has a January 2006 LOI with Royal Spring to supply water for Data Commodities's various nation-wide uses. There is a Forbes article about this, but I can't get the link to work on this site. If you want to read the article, please goog "forbes data commodities royal spring".
Message deleted by Utah Carl (I need to do more research).
I spoke with a representative of Royal Spring Water.
He is familiar with this site. I clarified that we are composed of people nation-wide, not an investors club created by a group of friends.
I said a poster was concerned that the press release regarding the contract with Clark County (Las Vegas) did not specify dollars or quantities. He said that information will be available soon.
I asked about the Togo, Africa contract. He said the plant will begin deliveries to Togo next month, on schedule.
We exchanged names and emails, and I will be happy (and pretentious) to be an informal correspondent between this board and the company, until I can talk the representative into actually joining us in our discussions.
(Please don't offer me a salary...thanks.)
Regarding the contract with Clark County (Las Vegas) announced today, I spoke with a representative of the company. He is familiar with this site. I said that someone here expressed concern that the specifics of the contract were not included in the pr release. He said that info will be available soon. He is very interested in this site and the investors (and potential investors). We exchanged our names and emails.
I asked him if the Hereford plant is up and running. He said the contract would be fulfilled beginning next month, as announced.
Maybe I could be somewhat of a conduit between the board and the company(s), so if anyone has a specific question or suggestion that's simple and straight-forward, I volunteer to try to get a direct answer from the company.
But I can at least confirm that this board is being listened to by the company.
Executed contract with public school system would be public information. I'll goog tomorrow's Vegas newspapers in the a.m.
Get down! That's the ticket!
With Hereford, Texas plant up-and-running, hopefully in the process of bottling the first shipment to Togo, Africa (scheduled to begin next month, according to pr), maybe the Crystal Splash LOI (Sherman Oaks, Ca) will be contracted.
Crystal Splash bottles healthy-flavored water, approved by California for distribution to school districts there, and Crystal Splash says they intend to move easterly across the country (thus, the LOI with RSPG).
Many states, including Texas, are limiting or banning sales of soda water in public schools. Crystal Splash (bottled by RSPG, a Texas company) could step in and provide healthy flavored water to the school children of Texas (and other states enacting similar laws). But they are going to have to move fast, imo, because they have some heavy, deep-pocketed, competition.
The company founders are Israel-connected, which may have something to do with the African contract, so that market will also be interesting to watch. I have a friend doing volunteer work in Uganda. I asked her about drinking water. She says it has to be imported.
Thanks for the advice!
I felt the same way about GHLT.
Got in at $1.39 (long), down 15% so far, but fortunately this board is here to help me with my stupidity problem (have RSPG long and hopeful; in and out of GHLT for measly 25% profit).
Also bought and sold TGE, a 3-d seismic company; made a few $$, but nothing brag-worthy.
You are correct about the vol.
As mentioned in the post, the vol. I gave was mid-morning, not the day's total.
Sorry.
Growth and construction plans can be found here:
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/fetchFilingFrameset.aspx?dcn=0001140361-06-008838&Type=HTML
The plant in Hereford, Texas (panhandle) received final OK several days ago, and is presumably up and running, bottling water under existing contracts and making us money...
Yesterday at around 10am CDT, vol. was around 650k...at around 11am CDT, vol. was around 870k.
Thanks, again. Hope your DQ still stands (our last one was demolished a few months ago).
Thanks -
I did read/study your message #331, but I'm marketing/sales-oriented, with no (stock) technical background.
Does "unproven technical strength," translate into yet-to-be-achieved sales/net income?
"Bottom of the V"
What does GHLT Post #1040 mean by:
"I would not buy RSPG at this time...Needs to try to catch the bottom of the "V" first..."?
Nice and clean.
Nice and clean.
Yeah, I think you may be right.
This weekend I read everything I could find about the company and the co-founders, including listening to an interview of the marketing co-founder.
I sent the marketing co-founder a suggestion of a Houston, Texas contact, the CEO of Landry's (LNY), which owns and continues to acquire restaurant chains across the country (including one located at Disney World) and recently purchased the Golden Nugget (expected to expand the brand outside of Nevada). Royal Spring Water has its roots in Nevada. Texans are loyal to Texas, so I suggested that LNY's CEO could be convinced (for the right price) to create/purchase its privately branded water from a company with operations in Hereford, Texas (who knows, the water bottles could become a trend for cheap souvenirs).
I really like the story of the people behind this company, how they put the company together, and especially the location and rail spur that goes to the site. They currently lease the site at $25,000/month, but they have an option to buy (within 4 years, I think).
I am a believer, and I am in.
For a brief, informative and recent live interview with the co-founder of Royal Spring Water, you can listen for free at

I bought stock in this business based on then-available information. It was my first pink sheet purchase, and I was using "mad money," so it would almost be ok if I lost it. But I am not in the category of saying that I don't care if a business is a scam, as long as I make money.
Then I came across a retraction of a press release. The press release was the main reason I purchased the stock in the first place. The word "retraction" was an understatement.
The story, from my personal viewpoint, then unfolded in the following posts (with the links to information and photos that you asked for):

840
854
873
876

I am not a pumper or a basher. I made 25% on this stock. Many will make much more. I look at boards as groups of people sharing factual information (with links) and opinions. This board (and others on Investorshub) serve that purpose in a civil manner.
This is my first experience at Investorshub, and it was educational and profitable. I'm using Investorshub to help research investing some spare change in another unrelated company. I've created several small business in my life, and this site fits my DNA.
Thanks!
I finally got around to reading the SEC filing, which includes the business plan. I hope other potential investors will read it, too.
http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/fetchFilingFrameset.aspx?dcn=0001140361-06-008838&Type=HTML
The company is still on the birthing table, but I think I'm going to buy-in next week.
The fact that they will be using pure water from deep underneath the Great State of Texas (not to mention near-by rail and interstate highway connections) is a great marketing/distribution plus. All they need is more money and a top-of-the-line, first-rate marketing team.
Based on photos of the "world headquarters" (taken by greenspirit) and other reports, information and opinions posted here, including links to the inaccurate information dispersed and then retracted by GHL (after they got caught, imo), you could have just as easily been kicking yourself today for not pulling out. At least that's the way I rationalize pulling out. I could have made a few thousand more, but I'll settle for the 25% that I made within several days, especially since we could have been caught in a landslide and lost it all in a heartbeat.
Thanks. I've just begun looking at Royal Spring (bought several shares this morning).
Initially scanning a few releases and articles, I get the impression that Crystal Splash is going to use Royal Spring water and Royal Spring's bottling operation in Hereford to market, produce, bottle, ship and expand Crystal Splash beyond California.
The Texas Legislature recently put tight restrictions on the sale of soft drinks in schools. I've read that other states are also doing this.
A Crystal Splash plant in conjunction with Royal Spring in Texas seems like a good idea, if that's what they have in mind. Do you have any info regarding this speculation?
Thanks, again.
I read your post about Royal Spring having a contract with Crystal Splash.
Crystal Splash is a California company created by parents to produce a healthy flavored water for kids (they also sell Crystal Splash to school districts). The water they chose to use is Royal Spring.
Crystal Splash's story is brief and interesting, and certainly (hopefully) Royal Spring's marketing will exploit the hell out of it because it underscores the healthful and clean/pure benefits of Royal Spring.

Thanks, Greenspirit. You are an officer and a gentleman.
We should all keep a look-out for the next corporation going public in the GPS-equipped bobblehead industry.
