I asked awhile back in June about the otcqx which i agree will make the biggest difference here.
HI Edit my name,
Sorry for your disappointment !
Regarding the company financials; I'm sure your very aware that it is highly inappropriate to discuss financials while a company is in tha middle of an audit. As soon as the audit is complete the company will be submitting an application to be listed on the OTC QX. That should take about 90 days. I hope that answers your questions.
Also, now is the wrong time to be cynical regarding the company's prospects; because the company has just turned a very significant corner and near future press releases will show that. So stay tuned!
By the way the interview was only scheduled for 30 min.
The truth about MM's..
( I Real468 am not sure who posted this I read it awhile back maybe it will answer some of your questions, hopefully whoever posted it has no problem with me reposting )
I read about MM's doing this and doing that alot on Ihub. I've done alot of trading and have learned a few things about the market. What I can tell you is that the majority of what people say about MM's is incorrect.
Have you ever put an order in at the ask and it took forever to get filled ? Have you sold at the bid and the order didn't get filled ? Yes, some institutional MM's will manipulate the market to a certain degree but not near the way most people think. Also the misconception that MM's carry inventory is far off. If they carry any at all it's a very small amount. You the buyer and seller are there inventory. They make there money on the market flow, not selling horded shares.
The reason stocks seem to drop on very low volume is that someone is trying to sell below the bid. Just because you see a price quoted doesn't mean there is someone selling or buying at that price. The MM's job is to create a market. Having more than one creates competition. When stocks drop on low volume it is because someone has been trying to sell on the bid but has been unsucessfull. So out of frustration they lower there bid price below the market quoted bid. Eventualy someone will come along and place an order. If that person who is selling gets filled the MM's are forced to bring the bid down to the highest price sold. Thus the illusion the stock is droping on low volume.
Same can be said about the ask. If a person cannot get filled at the ask they may get nervous thinking there going to miss out so they raise there ask. The truth is no one was selling at that price. The MM's were just trying to create a market. If the raised ask gets filled MM's are forced to rasie the ask price. Thats how people are able to manipulate the shell companies. The most recent is SPOC wich has been pumped in the BBpenny haven forum. Because of the fact there is no intrest in SPOC people are able to move the stock with very small amounts of money because the MM"s are on "auto pilot" By placing sell orders at higher prices and buying small chunks the MM's raises the price to compensate. This creates the illusion that the stock is moving. This is how pump and dumpers sucker people into the higher prices where they drop there front loaded stock once the volume and intrest has increased.
Truth is MM's are not out to screw you. There only trying to create a market. The people screwing you are those investors who do not understand the market and don't play by the market rules.
i kno what a loser, who comes back a month later to show everyone how less unsuccessful he was,, LOL
well your not doing alot better in lfwk if you bought on or around june one
avg down .0037
I think weve established a million times this is going to be a long term hold. Stop whining because you couldnt flip it in a week. IF you like stocks like xkem that rise one day and crash the next then your all right you made a bid F*ing mistake buying this stock. Because this company is actually doing something with substance, it will take time, im sure we have all dealt with lawyers before. If you were looking for a flip your shit out of luck, its not going to happen, the pps is not going to run up a couple cents this week just so it can crash the day after.
Get over it already, it feels like a board of whiny women,
and you kno who you are,
coudlnt resist wanted to be 5000 LOl... go atwt!

the real mover is gonna be otcqx and audit results, not letting a share go until that news, but insurance should be good too.

a bit delayed but still useful
yup I linked to an article a few posts back a guy bought and registered (with the sec) 100% of the shares in a company then watched as daily shares were being magically being traded back and forth.
Definitely need some changes.
That was me, it was based on an article from 2003 that I posted a link too,
however I wouldnt be surprised if they were trying to do it again.
Things are hopefully about to change. If you dont understand shorting, naked shorting, MMM take a look at the links below at faulkingtruth.com.
To all those un-aware keep this in mind before you decide to go on a selling spree.

"Short Interest Reporting in Pink Sheets Stocks Begins July 3rd
April 7, 2006 -- Changes to NASD short interest reporting rules will be effective July 3, 2006. These changes will expand the short interest reporting requirements to over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities, including those quoted on Pink Sheets. For additional information, see NASD Notice to Members 06-14 – April 2006. "
Some good reads on this issue, some background on how it could and probably already has affected us, read the following.
"Often, as an insurance policy, bashers are hired to discredit the company on stock message boards such as RagingBull, in effect creating an even darker picture of the company. Then, the lender converts the loaned money into shares of company stock, not at 80% of the nickle stock price that the company envisioned, but at 80% of the market price after they've..."
(This part stood out too me )effectively manipulated the stock price down to almost zero.)

whats this? moving up?
about to recap companies
I made the mistake of selling on the dip with Xkem luckily corrected it in time, im not doing it again with this company.
I would laugh so hard,
fwiw, we just got mentioned again, on pdpr, Mike says happy to support companies trying to benefit the lives of children etc etc
I was able to email them
anyone plan to call them on the interview?
meh the company on before them did great, the host said the revenues were great a record for him to ever be interviewing, there down four cents, the company after got hounded there up 200% wide spread,
Lol I thought the same thing the whole time, Please please let Sizer answer, Wiley just sounded nervous, could be a bit worried the legal aspects surrounding the insurance deal,
Im waiting until third week in July before I start worrying, and we should have heard something by then.
I cant help but wonder what people were expecting to hear.
They didnt give out anything new, I didnt hear anything bad,
so if it was ok to hold yesterday why sell today? Emotional trading, Makes no sense.
had a feeling it would, new nothing would happen until the conference no sense buying monday, and I figured alot of folks would wanna take some quick cash at .006, luckily I was right,
.0043
I did the exact same today, glta
a1 post
exacly, so why are we blaming the company for dilution. Why would they be selling shares if they have cash, makes no sense, unless were purposely trying to bash ?
