i like the looks of that chart rocket. i'm going to put a portion of my hfbv shares in my retirement fund and not look at it for a few years. This stock has all of the elements of being a really nice winner. Solid management that can access distribution - so key! a decent stock structure with no evidence of dilution thus far, and hopefully tasty products (haven't tried them yet).
excellent post! key here is the unchanged stock structure for a long time. this hopefully indicates they'll do financing at higher prices as opposed to diluting the heck of it down here. smart ceos want higher stock prices to minimize dilution to equity holders.
maybe wealthy celebs are buying...after all we do have larry johnson the basketball player as VP and NFL hall of famer Jim Brown as our president. I bet they know a few weathy dudes. This is the most stoked i've been on a stock for a while. The trading clearly shows no dilutive financing nonsense since this began running. The trading says it all..it gaps up easily and with some nice news we go boom.
let's have an atomic dawg keg party!
took a starter position for the heck of it. if i see some good prs in the future i'll load the boat. good luck all
i've been in this one a while and added a bit more, i'm liking the action here and it looks like next week will be some fun!
I care. I make educated decisions; not seat of my pants buying in pink sheet companies. That's a recepie to watch your money go poof.
I really wish companies would stop issuing vague prs in situations like this. It usually indicates to me that they intend to reverse split the stock because they didn't address it in the press release. what they usually do is leave it vague because they want a last chance to get out of the stock before the reverse. just my experience on pink sheet companies. can someone prove me wrong? if so, i'll be a buyer.
i was going to buy some of this but I can't seem to find out if they are going to do a reverse split on this with the tranaction or just increase the auth shares. Until i find this out, I will be on the sidelines. The IR company listed has not answered thier phone all morning - looks like they need a different IR firm.
agree 100% rocket!
absolutely, its a trading dream so far. could it be that this company might actually know what its doing? future looks good so far
can u forward their email to me - i also have some questions. thanks!
WOW WE'VE GOT A REAL GEM HERE GANG! BEST ACTION I'VE SEEN ON A LEVEL II SCREEN IN A LONG TIME
looks like .01 is coming. this stock trades like a dream
looks like there is not much supply of stock left..the level II action is very encouraging. let's get back to .04!
nice action on this one..sign of good things to come?
i love the way this baby is trading...if it keeps up like this we'll be seeing pennies soon.
looking forward to tomorrow...looks like we cleaned up most of the loose shares on this one today because we were seeing gapping up on the ask side towards the end of the day.
looks like no more supply left to sell....0055 next stop
i'm going to need a case of atomic dawgs to drink after all this excitment lol
next stop is .005 on level II ....brekeout time!
I need an atomic dawg too so i can get even more amped up on this stock! look at her go! looks like we're on the train to wheeville.
lookin good! off we go! Some things I would like to see from the company: and updated outstanding shares on pinksheets and a better title to their next pr regarding the new ceo. A better title would be Former Hanson Beverage Exec joins HFBV. when traders look at the news wires "new sherrif in town" is catchy but, lacks the same punch as something that touches on hanson beverage. Imagine the following we would have if hanson beverage shareholders knew about us?
what happened with investsource?
what happened with investsource?
looking very nice. I added a position on this one today. Former Hanson Beverage head of promotions will be new CEO...looks pretty good to me. management is so key for these little companies.
it must have been a disappointing call...no good reaction in the stock price. I thought we would have seen a breakout past $1 on that earnings news, but it just goes to show there's not guarantees in this market. sure surprised me.
nasty shakeout this morning
looks like were going to be primed for another nice run tomorrow :)
looks to be a super indicator!
we just bought some tickets to wheeeville. look at her run. I bet we'll see a small pullback around the close and then tomorrow - bammm
10K is filed but no press release from company yet pumping their success. I bet we'll get a pop after that. Looking at the filings, it looks like the debt conversions have slowed down significantly, which is also boosting their earnings. Looks sweet gang.
just bought a chunk of this - the 10k shows .11 EPS for 2007. wow. trading at a PE of 4? looks like a steal.
there have been plenty of developments from this company that they have not prd. I've been watching this company for years. anyways, at least they have put out a couple of paltry news releases lately. maybe its a sign that things are changing and i hope that's the case.
so we're getting a pr then?
now the big question is: will the company actually put out a press release on this? pown is notorious for failure to put out news on their developments and they are not the most shareholder friendly company. Anyways, i'm in for a lotto ticket on the outside chance they will actually pr this
i bought into this a bit on friday...anyone know the reason for the run-up? this thing hit around $9 not too long ago...it would be great to reach that again!
I finally played this one right....got my balls handed to me on this one trading it a couple of months ago. got in again a week ago. looks like we're on a train to wheeville soon. Go NUBV!
Companies no longer value their shares or shareholders. Looking at the dollar volume vs the share volume over the last 8 years shows that while the dollar volume has been similar in some of the "early years" compared to today, the share volume has skyrocketed. This is because companies have changed the way they look at financing. In the .com hey day the majority of the companies raising money did so at high prices because capital was easily raised back then. Now that the bubble fizzled out along with many day traders, the liquidity just isn't there and the pink sheet companies that are desperate, do 504 financings and sell, sell, sell and they aren't shy about it either. They whack out bids and don't even care how low their stock goes. Instead of being patient and selling wisely, they get whatever they can out of the market as fast as they can. Or what they will do is sell lots of stock in intervals over a long period of time to sucker in people who think the stock has finally stabililzed. I've almost totally stopped buying pink sheet companies because of situations like we are seeing here and I focus more on the bulletin board stocks these days. Anyways, I'm going to get off the soap box here otherwise I'll be writing a novel about this stuff.
what the new management of this company needs to do is to reduce the authorized shares way down to at least 500 million to restore confidence here and put out a pr stating that. has anyone confirmed the shares outstanding as of today? This one may be beyond repair, but i'm just throwing the idea out there.
