Yeah, it's already fixed and the new design looks great.

We are probably too hard on these guys, but lots of us have real money in the game, so picking up mistakes now before the customers see it is a good thing. A logo misspelling is pretty bad, but they haven't even released the product. Just pretty funny at this point.
I still have not received my million shares though which makes me sad.
It was literally on https://hardrushseltzer.com/ yesterday and not updated until after it was mentioned here, so it was absolutely a valid concern.
What method would you prefer to transfer my million shares to me?
That's exactly what I thought. Hey I love the enthusiasm from him, but it makes Tony and the brand look bad if the quality is low.
This specifically is Hard Rush, Inc. and not APRU, so maybe he (unnamed investor) is helping Bob with this stuff.
I'm pretty sure that this is Bob's and not Tony, but I could be wrong. I don't know how they design a misspelled graphic... LOL
Yeah, I agree... don't make promises that you can't keep.
He literally said that he doesn't, so I think it's fair to believe him. I'm sure the major stuff works its way back to him though.
lol good point!
I see both sides though where it gets way too quiet especially when we were promised updates, but I do believe that they're all keeping busy. Ronnda is the only one that is vocal about being busy, so right now she's the only one that we're tangibly seeing that is doing anything. Someone had to give her the products and arrange the travel in the first place though.
Right... kind of like last year where there was complete silence, and then now we have an entire new product line of Element C. It takes a decent amount of money and time to formulate a great tasting product with multiple flavors, then design the cans, plan the production runs, etc. Not only did they pull that off, but they also had to support the current stores and supply, plus introduced Apple Rush cans, and a nicely updated website. He also has the sanitizer business, I think some chews... it goes on and on.
Bottom line is that silence doesn't mean that they're sitting at a desk listening to the clock tick. I know on days where I'm busy, I don't have time to update people. They had plenty of time to update during the pandemic, but now FL is open for business and they very well could be extremely busy. It's all speculation on my part, but we've seen this silence before big things too.
It looks like they have the opportunity to correct it though, so it would be interesting to know what actions Bob/APRU plan to take.
He said “bi-weekly”, so it should be this week. Has anyone reached out to find out when the next one is?
Right... even if it's one big dumb seller, why wouldn't they let the price grow organically? I understand if it's a single or even multiple dumps, but it's kind of crazy how this trades.
The good news is that big dumb sellers are what allowed me to get in at a low price.
I’m just under 1.8 million
I can definitely see the problem as I ordered 4 cases from them directly, and the cardboard case does not show the flavor and hides the flavor of the cans.
I just don't understand why it hasn't been fixed yet as Tony addressed it. Maybe that's part of the delay with the video where he's waiting for good news. It seems to be a pattern lately where he likes to put out good news close to these videos.
Either way, Paul Guilfoile has the expertise and is heavily involved, so I'd doubt such an experienced advisor would lead them down the wrong path.

From the Facebook group when asked about Hard Rush release date 6/2:
Bob Corr the flavors currently are Pom & Grapefriut and additional flavor suggestions are coming to our attention from Japan recommended flavors. as I love all the Apple Rush Flavors, blueberry is a must. and as I taste some plain fresh orange with high tasting organic orange, wow clean alcohol SELTZER and juices become unlimited. as we get permits in order for Florida intro, will post it. and we're in a rush to get them out
Bob Corr black cherry and 6.% alcohol SELTZER tastes great
Bob Corr hey that sounds great we start WITH 3 flavorsand add more just like white Claw is doing now
It's hard to say with this stock. Newswires don't seem to move it much, so it kind of has a mind of its own. June has been when this normally explodes, but I'm not seeing signs of that happening yet.
I don't think we'll see a big move until a big deal is signed. If the 7-11 deal in Japan is signed, that's 20,000 stores and will send this skyrocketing to new highs. As you had mentioned, they made some significant progress with Japan, so that should actually happen at some point.
Awesome, thanks! It definitely makes more sense.
You're actually right about this one. He did a double dip on Memorial Day... lol
I'm happy that they're busy working and not just sitting around trying to prop up a fake company to investors though.
It's actually only been 6 months since we've heard from the Busch family, and we don't know what the Buschs are involved with internally that doesn't make it on the Newswires.
"Philip A. Busch, President and Owner of Southern Eagle Distributing Inc., said, “We would like to welcome Jason to the APRU team. We look forward to his high energy, organizational skills and overall operational wisdom to help APRU grow additional avenues for sales and distribution. We are thrilled to have his support with the online e-commerce ordering that has started and we are excited for the efficiency that Jason can bring to the table. His experience as a successful business owner will help build the team necessary to accelerate our overall business plan.”

I think you're getting me confused with someone else, but I do advise people to email them with questions for the weekly, well not this week or the next, videos.
Totally valid to point that out, but it doesn't sound like this panned out though if you do more DD and look at the release of Element.
"The process is completed through APRU's internally developed infusing process, which was developed in-house at APRU"

Did you even look at how old that information is? That is all pre-Tony and not in play with APRU LLC. Grantastic would even tell you that, although I'm not sure if he/she is working today though, so you may have to wait.
Oh wow, how did I miss that. Nice catch!
Jason went live if you guys missed it.
He didn't quit! They're too busy to babysit us with info, but I'm totally okay with it since I'd rather them make progress with the product. They're both traveling and having meetings, which also you can see that Tony used his iPhone for the update on Tuesday.

Yeah, Sarah is there and posts photos that have been posted before.
Is it not in the NJ Shoprites?
I would assume that the video is going to wait until Monday now as it doesn't make much sense to do one now and then again on Monday.
I'm not sure what he's going to say but maybe it was to do with the Japan deal which was covered in the Newswire. I think he should have responded with that on Twitter though, but it's kind of what we've come to expect.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/APRU/news/Apple-Rush-Company-Inc-releases-letter-to-shareholders-outlining-plans-for-2020?id=247868
"Having plans to become fully audited, and become fully reporting sometime during the second quarter of 2020, we will complete the tasks of cleaning up the structure of the business. This will help us move forward with the OTC market, as we plan to up list to OTCQB, making it possible for institutional investors to look at what APRU has to offer."
We also know that they had the goal of uplisting this year, so it would seem more likely to increase share price instead of dilute.
You're right though, I'd rather see money spent on getting the product out there and letting it grow organically via product sales. I guess we will find out when the video comes out.
We know that promotions are used for pump and dump scams, but is it also a tool for legit companies trying to build their exposure?
Now this is kind of funny when reading their disclosure:
http://newpoweralert.com/disclaimer.php
"Never invest into a stock discussed on this web site or in our newsletter unless you can afford to lose your entire investment."
I still feel completely satisfied that APRU is not a scam, but definitely want to hear Tony's take on the promo.
I just received my $120 order yesterday from applerush.com and Sarah helped when I reached out to them on the status of my order. Sarah has been working there for over a year and kind flies under the radar as an excellent employee (excellent customer service and communication). This is a real company with real products and real employees. The executives from Southern Eagle Distributing are involved, and I can't find any evidence that they'd ever been tied to stock scams in the past. If this is a scam, they accidentally also have a company and product that has national/international potential.
I saw that .... LOL!
I have no idea what the update will be, but I feel like it could go either way as far as good or bad. We're overdue for something big and the weekly updates point to that. It is strange that this is taking so long though.
No update yet, so not sure what's going on.
That was from April of last year though, so I'm sure it's more of a long term projection since the product isn't even out yet.
I would assume 10am, so it should be shortly.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too.
Now that's the kind of enthusiasm we're looking for!
Send me your address and I'll see if I can get Ronnda to send you an APRU T-shirt!
"I love it." - Sincerely, Grantastic
Are you able to show that they are split 50/50 for Apple Rush too? The trademark shows as owned by Bob Corr, but obviously the revenues are going to APRU.
He didn't specifically mention "Hard Rush" but an alcohol version, which could be Element or something else. The timeline is also not something we have any visibility in to, but it does look like hedge is correct that it will take several months. We don't work there though, so all we can do is speculate.
Yeah, that's why I'm thinking this has to be an Amazon backlog issue. They definitely were understaffed due to the additional covid19 demand, but that should be calming down now.
I'm pretty sure there were a few pallets sent, so they may be in the process of checking them in.
Like Zooey said, we're always looking for the next thing to complain about. The complaint was that these were gone from Amazon, and that was resolved. I'm sure Tony didn't just send 2 cases to Amazon just so he could release a "sold out" Newswire... lol
I don't know when it became available again or how many they sold, but they are sold out again. I would have picked it up myself had I not just ordered 100 from the APRU site.
