UAMA has no money and no talent!
It's screwed because it's CEO is a convicted criminal according to The Canadian Press.
$47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel caused loss of all assets and employees.
Court records in bankruptcy also revealed that UAMA CEO has been an undischarged bankrupt for over 10 years.
Latest UAMA Press Release is pathetic.
UAMA management totally screwed up Blockdomes now trying to deflect from that and resurrect TNW Wireless which has not operating cellular network, no subscribers, no roaming agreements and I suspect no actual employees. The "virtual" part of MVNO doesn't mean no employees it only refers to using another "facilities-based" carrier network.
It's all a fraud and a close look at the 2019 or 2020 annual report doesn't make claim for any revenue from wireless.
TNW states they have province-wide licences in BC and the Yukon and that's a falsehood.
As a veteran of the wireless industry I can reliably predict that TNW Wireless will never get off the ground as an MVNO.
It takes money and talent and TNW Wireless has neither.
Latest UAMA Press Release is a FRAUD!
TNW Wireless is not an operating wireless carrier and has NO paying subscribers.
TNW Wireless doesn't have a functional network at this time.
TNW Wireless doesn't have any roaming agreements.
TNW Wireless has no employee base as they all left with the assets in the $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel.
TNW Wireless has not knowledgeable staff with any experience in building a wireless network or in the case of a MVNO building the required business to operate as a cellular resale business.
Success as an MVNO take money and talent UAMA doesn't have!
UAMA wireless (TNW) has no future!
UAMA management clowns can never get this POS off the ground!
Why? They don't understand wireless or what it takes to be successful as an MVNO.
Grandiose visions of grandeur suggest these people are idiots.
Not one employee or officer has ever built a wireless sales organization.
Industry has less than ZERO interest in their technology and it won't help MVNO numbers.
It takes CAPITAL to buy phones, hire people to sell them, hire people to activate them and fix them. UAMA has NO CAPITAL..
Read the 2020 Annual Report for yourself.
UAMA has no CAPITAL to set up agreements with Bell, Rogers and Telus. As Benoit Laliberte still in BC Supreme Court in final stage of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel bankruptcy and Telus and Bell key debtors who won't advance any credit to TNW Wireless. Rogers watching closely and they won't either so its cash with order and just as soon as payment gets into arrears, TNW subscribers will get notice of disconnection on their phone.
Operating as a successful requires a motivated sales force and it all about net adds.
The latest PRESS RELEASE is a FRAUD. TNW does not have province-wide licenses and that is a falsehood.
TNW has already FAILED. Attempting to become an MVNO will end in DISASTER.
UAMA - TNW Wireless will fail as MVNO
I know since I built the largest national cellular resale organization in the US at the time for Pacific Bell.
It take money and know-how and management talent and UAMA has none of the required pieces.
UAMA can't raise money due to convicted criminal history, personal bankruptcy (over 10 years as undischarged bankrupt in Canada) and his $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel. Remember Benoit Laliberte holds the multiple titles of President, CEO and CFO so no one to check his work.
Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch have no experience in wireless and couldn't even keep the network they bought with the acquisition of RuralCom up and operating. Those dummies let premium-priced roaming agreement assets time-out and killed a market-ready business that had investors committed to the previous CEO. Benoit too smart though. He fired that CEO, pitched the documented investors who had offered term sheets and they showed him to the door! Dumb, dumb and dumbest move ever. Benoit and Lawry (Bert and Ernie) have made TNW Wireless the laughing stock of the Canadian wireless industry.
Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch are management lightweights who have never "earned their spurs" by building and growing businesses. There are "stretches" who can build a track record of building value and "shrinks" who manage through their incompetence to destroy businesses. In this context Benoit and Lawry are "shrinks".
Together they've destroyed plenty of investor and shareholder value and they have proven that they cannot be trusted.
TNW Wireless is dead! RIP
UAMA has zero probability operating TNW Wireless as MVNO.

UAMA pattern of fraudulent misrepresentation!
UAMA fraud. Quick change subject.
2020 Annual Report chronicles failures and precipitous situation with crypto-miners, aka Blockdomes in UAMA parlance. Revenues down 70%, stopped mining in early 2020 and even needed to seek debtor protection to prevent the power company from shutting them down.
Quebec Court issued shut-down order for land-use violations a couple of years back. Said shut-down and restore property to pure agricultural use. Cetaq , UAMA, Laliberte appealed and LOST appeal. So likely been operating in contempt of Court Order.
AMF won't lift cease trade order in Quebec either. They know Benoit Laliberte well as they succeeded in adding 3 additional convictions to his 41 convictions for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
Those familiar with this fraudulent s _ _ t-show will recognize Benoit Laliberte's style. Promise the world and no limit to the BS. Like the 2019 promises of a huge cryptocurrency mining campus.
Needless to say that never materialized so now it is time to change subject. "Quick Lawry! Let's get a press release out on TNW Wireless and make it big."
The CRTC just opened up market to encourage MVNOs (companies with desire to brand wireless by creating own brand and buying wholesale access from major carriers Bell, Rogers and Telus).
It's all pure BS and nothing will ever happen to create any upside for UAMA.
Benoit Laliberte is person non grata with the major Canadian Carriers and is still in the BC Supreme Court of BC trying to finalize the $47M bankruptcy in which Telus and Bell were major debt holders.
Expect them to only offer Benoit "cash with order" terms.
Where will the money come from? UAMA has no cash (see 2020 Annual Report)

UAMA falsehoods, lies and fraud!
UAMA does not hold province-wide licenses in BC and the Yukon as claimed in latest BS press release.
Fact is TNW Wireless has been made into the laughing stock of the Canadian wireless industry by Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch.
Operating as an MVNO is a tough business that will require capital and specialized competence.
Benoit and Lawry (Bert & Ernie) have both proven beyond any reasonable doubt that they are incompetent managers.
Even if they got up and operating the competition would eat them alive. I built the largest cellular resale business in the US as CEO and I know what it takes.
However, UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal as labeled by The Canadian Press and he will never be able to raise the needed capital. Banks and institutions are kind of funny about those credentials!
Fraud alert. UAMA peddling lies.
TNW Wireless does not hold Province-wide spectrum licenses in British Columbia and the Yukon!
Saying so is just more of the fraud we’ve come to expect from these fraudsters.
Launching an immediate complaints with the CRTC and ISED.
For the record Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch have NEVER built a successful facilities-based or MVNO witeless carrier and they are both lightweights. And........that is being generous.
MMs diddling with UAMA. No value, no future!
TNW Wireless is DEAD! Really DEAD!
No cash!
No cash flow!
Convicted criminal CEO who won't be able to raise capital.
Dead at the starting gate!
RIP TNW Wireless! Investors can kiss their investment goodbye!

Ignore the pathetic press release of April 19, 2021
Announcement means nothing more than they can become an MVNO which is Mobile Virtual Network Operator.
As CEO I built the largest independent cellular resale business years back so I know what it takes and what it costs.
Simply put......COMPETITION WILL EAT THEM ALIVE!

At the request of the AMF, the Court thereby quashed the acquittal verdicts issued by Judge Céline Lacerte-Lamontagne in February 2008 in respect of charges 6, 9 and 38. UPDATED APRIL 26, 2018 (Toronto Globe & Mail)
The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contract.
Then there's the FAILURE to properly disclose material PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY to investors and in SEC filings. Evidence in CCAA Proceedings before the Supreme Court of BC produced the following:
to be an officer and/or representative of a variety of companies in the TNW Group, most
recently being Teliphone and Investel Capital Corporation.

Annual financials and notes reveal lack of working capital and cash. Look at income statement. If not for the one-time credit for customer-abandoned old processors (the value of which likely over-stated), it would have been a clear operating loss for 2020. Not even close to profitable.
Then there's the cautionary statement on need to raise capital and unknown ability to do so. Valid concern as UAMA CEO labeled as convicted criminal by The Canadian Press. Highly unlikely that any bank or financial institution would lend this enterprise capital. Any equity would/should be highly dilutive given management's track record of serial failures.
Not a pretty picture.

Management and particularly Benoit Laliberte, CEO are ignorant of wireless industry and how to make money in this business. Farcical presentation before the CRTC was destined to fail. Garbage in, garbage out! Benoit himself screwed up the RuralCom acquisition. RuralCom CEO had built market-ready business and had outside financial support to quickly build and expand the business as a wholesale cellular provider. That business model well-proven by the likes of Commnet Wireless LLC and others. RuralCom CEO had premium-priced roaming agreements in place with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile. Mr. Laliberte thought he'd fire that CEO and go directly to the documented sources of capital. Those sources of capital showed him the door!
His incompetence, business ethics and convictions aren't attractive qualities for a business partner.
Note that Benoit Laliberte has never built a business of lasting value. Any real company would have dumped him years ago. He's unfit and he's not capable.
Bottom line: A grim outlook for UAMA. Expect it to fail in 2021.

Highly unlikely that any bank or financial institution would lend this enterprise capital. Any equity would/should be highly dilutive given management's track record of serial failures.
Not a pretty picture.

Consider these strong signs of deep decay in this fraudulent enterprise. UAMA is failing fast!
UAMA shut-down Blockdomes in 2020!
UAMA revenue dropped 70% in 2020. Devastating.

UAMA latest in CEO's legacy of failures and fraud!
Serial failures of Benoit Laliberte! UAMA is latest!
Read 2020 Annual Report to see how bad things really are!
No working capital and examples of failed initiatives and policies everywhere.
Mr. Laliberte is a wonderful clown and a really bad manager.
He has never managed to create any business of lasting value.
In fact, he has a long track record of failures from Jitec, to the $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel, to TNW Networks, TNW Wireless and a host of numbered companies.
Abundant evidence of fraud and attempts to deceive investors. From fraudulent SEC and Pink filings to his failure to divulge his personal bankruptcy and $47M bankruptcy of Teliphone-Navigata-Westel as "material information" in public filings before the SEC (when Inelco and Teliphone were listed on NASDAQ and before delisting). Plenty of evidence of fraud surrounds Benoit Laliberte and, in a perfect world, he would have gone to jail for his convictions on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors back in 2008 and 2009.
UAMA is, in keeping with his track record, failing fast. It has no working capital, is losing money on operations and it's Blockdomes aren't making money.
Any real company would have fired Mr. Laliberte long ago. He's proven his lack of management talent and his incompetence as a business leader well beyond any doubt!

UAMA is failing fast! Absolutely no upside.
Only source of revenue has been Blockdomes. Note that I did not say cryptocurrency mining.
They stopped mining in 2020 and they apparently only rent Blockdomes now and can't even rent them all. Only operating about 70% of them.
Huge problems with Blockdomes currently:
1) Quebec Court has ordered shut-down of miners. Appeal upheld shut-down order.
2) Processors are now old and over three (3) years old. UAMA acknowledges they need replacement with state-of-the art processors though doesn't have the money to update them.
3) CETAQ (UAMA) sought creditor protection in Quebec to prevent power COOP from shutting off the power.
Read 2020 Annual Report and note operating statement and balance sheet. Both are troubling!
Operating statement shows very little revenue from actual mining-related business. Would have lost hugely if not for one-time abandonment in place of miners by previous mining client who cancelled business arrangement. Why did they cancel you ask? Likely because of Quebec Shut-down Order and wished to avoid becoming a party to Contempt of Court charges for continued operations on land specifically designated as "agricultural use only".
Eposes UAMA management for the clowns they are. Nobody in the management team has anyrelevant past management experience. Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO was found guilty on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.

Funny now latest Laliberte challenge to get AMF cease trade order removed.
Seems "sticky" and likely more going on than we know.
