It is clear as day what the MMs are doing.
This is 100% MM games they want shares
Sale!! some cheapies
How are we looking on L2? This will run so hard
BIOA is all wound up
Locked up nicely here
Then news and .1++++
Slow and steady to .08 folks
Exactly. Have to hold this one long long term
Now he’s freaking out lol
Shares are what? Ohh yeah, that’s right they are locked. Flippers will have to buy in higher
Q1 results high probability we will see them today after close
Can’t wait to see what this next run has in store
They will sing songs of bioaq! My play of the year
Been in this for awhile I’m holding
How’s L2 looking? This has been holding here like an absolute champ
I normally would never do this with a penny stock, but I am actually planning on holding some or all of this for possibly years. Or if we end up getting a buyout and equity in another company I will be holding that as well. Also if you research Canadian stocks in CCAA they are not given a Q. This case was dismissed so a lot of misinformation is being spread on here that doesn’t apply to this Q. I think the Q actually can and should fall off.
PR could be today and/or monday
I agree
You’d have to imagine a gap Monday don’t know why anyone would sell
Not here my friend. No one wants to miss this sale for tickets to next weeks show
Anyone think we could see a massive squeeze right before close?
With all the news coming up and potential news dropping today I think the fomo is in people want to be a part of it
Next leg coming slap the ask!
If they are using a stalking horse bid they will have one company start off the bidding on the lower estimate and give them special reduced fees to start the bidding because the first bid will usually get outbid with a lot of bidders. Then the buyout price will run from there.
Stalking horse bids. The CCAA regime is flexible enough to allow for ‘stalking horse bids’. This approach is well-known in the US, but is relatively new in Canada. In this process, the debtor company enters into an agreement with a ‘stalking horse’ bidder for the sale of particular assets or the entire distressed business. An auction process is then undertaken to obtain the best offer possible. The stalking horse bidder provides a price that underpins the auction process. The stalking horse bidder enters the process knowing it may be outbid and thus negotiates compensation for its transaction costs, usually in the form of a break fee that it will receive if it loses. The stalking horse bidder resembles the ‘white knight’ in a takeover situation.
You called it sage. Shorts covering their hides here! Look at that chart light up! Massive Squeeze coming?
Someone knows something. Q coming off today!?!
Everyone is sitting on the sidelines smh fomo hasn’t even started
Can you provide a link?!?

Option#2: Share sales under the CCAA. An alternative to the sale of the debtor’s assets is a plan of arrangement involving the issuance of new shares of the company to the investor, with outstanding shares being diluted or extinguished. The cash, debt or equity securities contributed by the investor can then be distributed to the debtor company’s creditors pursuant to the plan of arrangement. Approval from the debtor company’s shareholders is not required, merely approval from the creditors – unless the court orders otherwise.

Based on what we have seen and what the company has said in court and everything going on with the bidders, it looks like we will have a buyout of assets (option 1) this makes me think they are not pursuing option 2 and I don’t see any new stock issued because they won’t have to offer new stock since there assets are so valuable they can use them to pay their debts and much more..
Do your own DD and see what’s going on here.

It looks like this is the CCAA plan for bioaq. Read through it. This stalker horse strategy would trigger a buyout to the highest bidder which means more equity left for shareholders.
You all get to have your day to. I’m still holding still up. Nothing has changed
That’s what I’m thinking as well but this run could be bigger
Eod of day gap fill to a nickel. Blind movement no reason for it. Still strong.
Thanks. Great summary of what’s to come. Ticket sales for the event are looking to get cheaper and cheaper until the sell out
For the ones who were here long. Remember the day this retraced to .02 and did this? It’s consolidation next high will be bigger
Looking forward to zooming out on this chart in a month and having a good laugh at these dips
Exactly right.
Gain or loss selling into this is probably the biggest rookie move you could do
People are selling for a loss for nothing lol. If you can’t take a price fluctuation good luck
