gloat away :), just tell us before hand so we can gloat too LOL.
Do you see alot of upside for this left? Container shipping company. They must be getting hurt right now, but who knows the future.
And if peace and some sort of stability return, then the undoing of all the damage catapults our dinar into the investment of a lifetime. It can occur, but i don't see it happening upon a mystical "reval" or "lop".
Just time, and growth.
If you guys feel bad, shoot, i held alot of these and dumped them on the news of the R/S. I thought this was sure to be a tanker.
sounds good to me. Institutions are willing to sell them the dollars to use. IMO, it points to growth in the future. We sit, hope and pray. Time will either make us rich, or look like fools.
relax fella... believe it or not, there is some honesty still left.
bye bye netflix
mill pricing is on the rise. Inventories have bled off. They will make a rebound in price, profit however is debatable.
yes, but the jobless claims fell! See the good news, now we're shaking those freeloading good for naughts off our backs.
That's what they want us to see.... i feel for those poor folks, the job market is horrid and this is absolutely surreal.
no short interest in the B shares
http://www.nasdaq.com/aspxcontent/shortinterests.aspx?symbol=BBI.B&selected=BBI.B
A shares 28 Million shares or so
http://www.nasdaq.com/aspxcontent/shortinterests.aspx?symbol=BBI&selected=BBI
things like this in time will make BBI go boom.
I totally agree with the Ban on waterboarding. I can think of far scarier and more elaborate ways to get them talking, and i mean to the point that the next guy coming to the "interrogation" room will be spouting everything he knows before he even crosses the threshold.
waterboarding is for surfers :)
Good Morning folks.
i guess depressions make it easier for the banks to stick it to everyone. Such hard times, and the banks profit like mad, LOL.
same for me. I'm holding for a bit lower.
hes flying all over the place to keep those folks working LOL.
That is exciting Raw.
well that is encouraging news.
I'm in the same shoes. BBI has been the safest thing for me to turn yet. This is a good range. I'll be picking off some more soon.
Now that would be a very interesting idea. And an excellent catalyst to want those B shares. That would be my ONLY reason to buy the Bs.
imo, it's sticker shock. Folks aren't thinking, they see a low price and do the ole slap hands on face and yell like in the movie "Home Alone".
These same folks who are all emotional over the price will see it start coming up then they will stampede when they realize that BBI is just fine. They will most likely realize this while they are renting a movie from them. LOL.
All imo.
the short interest should start covering if it hasn't already. There is simply no room left to make alot of money for the shorts.
yes, i tend to look at the sell volume as support. It takes buyers at that level to maintain it. If you have large volume on a low, then your support is solid, others are just panic and throwing.
Now that makes sense to me :)
Got to learn where to look on IHUB :). It's under the SEC tab. It's a registration form for employee benefits using common shares. I'm not certain, but i don't think they actually have to issue them immediately i think they can use them as a "pool" to issue out of over time but i could be wrong on that not sure. I'll ask around and see what i find.
In the pink sheet stocks, this is another version of dilution and a death sentence to a stock price. However, those guys are crooks and simply using the market as a living and finding succors to buy stock in bogus companies that actually own an asset but have no interest in working for the benefit of the stock holder. You see many of them doing S8s, Regdex filings, Form 15s then they raise the O/S via state, etc. Really dirty bad peoples that should be shot. Those types of runs are what everyone refers to as a pump and dump due to a run up in stock price so the bad guys dump their shares on volume and walk away.
The aforementioned nightmare is not a concern to a NYSE held security. And actually, seeing it now, and the form 4 filings, IMO look for a huge run on BBI coming soon.

yes, i'm holding. Thinking on avg down.
S-8 is a concern to me, however those shares are hitting corporate big wigs etc. According to the 4s filed the day before everyone ponied up more shares. More important than that...
They are HOLDING them!
IMO it means they expect share appreciation not depreciation, otherwise those shares would be hitting the market like rain on the ground.
I'm not much on the Kiosk deal. I'm a brick and mortar browser myself. I suppose kiosk is good if you know what you want and you hit it and run, but i like to browse. Store frontage is easier to browse than sitting there ticking off the 3 guys behind you at the kiosk.
Thats due to being in business longer, having more cash, and the BLOCKBUSTER name!
Just admit it, Blockbuster equates thoughts of outstanding movies... if you saw a blockbuster sitting side by side with a red box, you'd go to the blockbuster one whether you did it via conscious choice or sublimenally drawn.
Ok, i'm getting spanked something awful today lol. My poor poor heini.
that would be devestating short term, but i do see where that would increase volitility and make this a big winner for those who had the balls to buy it when everyone panics and sells it.
BK filings and stock prices have nothing in common.
I see BBI pushing out all the competition in all those areas. Big Names like to stay beside Big Names.
actually, they have moved into the Kiosk business too. With bigger kiosk.
a buck a day is no better than rental rates from Blockbuster. The boxes may be a little more convienient, i don't know.
brick and mortar will always exist. I to like looking through the stores.
Look at all the dot coms and the great ways of doing business and how they were all going to change everything.. now 99% are DOA, while only a few offered a real product that everyone can use (or at least those with net access).
I don't see Brick and Mortar dieing, merging perhaps, but i think we'd be 20 years away from seeing media outlets like BBI going under due to bad management or something.
well novice, buyers will eventually come. For whatever reason, and it could be price motivated and gamblers. The question is how many buyers are needed to get a good pop.
i can see buying the Bs for a conversion to As perhaps.... but i dunno.
I can say i wish my A shares were Bs today though LOL. Dang the market.
