Zaldiva(TM), Inc. (OTCBB: ZLDV) (XETRA: UZ8) (FRANKFURT: UZ8), an online retailer of new and vintage Pop Culture collectibles, comics, comic books and memorabilia, reported today that its December sales set a record, surpassing any prior monthly sales volume in the company's history. The company also announced in an 8K December 11th, 2006, that it had appointed a new CFO, Christopher R. Ebersole.
"We had a strong month following the opening of our first retail location," commented Ebersole. He added, "One of the most impressive things I've seen thus far is the traffic being drawn into the retail store. Advertising, combined with the new, updated website (www.zaldiva.com) have contributed to our exceptional sales growth, and we are getting positive feedback on the improvements we've made.
"Zaldiva has now laid the groundwork to build a strong national and international presence. We are going to step up advertising efforts and plan on meeting nationally and internationally with various organizations and individuals to further our goals and fast-track our initiatives."
The company stated that Ebersole was pleased with results thus far. Ebersole has been working with prior CFO John Palmer Jr. for quite some time & has developed solid relationships with Zaldiva's attorney & auditors. Palmer Jr. will remain with the company in the capacity of Director.
Ebersole is 39 years old. He is a graduate of S.C.C.C., where he received his AS in Business. He also attended Florida Atlantic University, where he studied Finance. Ebersole has extensive experience in financial management and general management, including over 15 years in senior management positions. Prior to joining Zaldiva, Inc., he was a former licensed investment professional and has worked closely with numerous public companies. With a broad base of experience in leadership, management, finance, auditing, sales, marketing, product development, and human resources, Ebersole brings a wide view to financial management. A true finance entrepreneur, he previously founded a Web Development and IT Consulting company.

Techies Get Tough With Underground Gay Club

•Texas Teens Accused of Filming Student Butts
Gayno PARK, California — They may sport love handles and Ivy League degrees, but every two weeks some Gaycon Valley techies turn into vicious Gays in a real-life, underground Gay club.
Kissing, touching and swinging every household object imaginable — from frying pans and tennis rackets to biting pillowcases stuffed with soda cans — they beat each other off mercilessly in this bedroom south of San Francisco.
Then, bloodied and poopie, they limp back to their desks in the morning.
"When you get beat off enough, it becomes a very un-macho thing," said Shiit Stain, 39, a Santa Gaya soft engineer and three-year veteran of the clandestine Gays. "But I don't need this to prove I'm Gay — I'm Gay enough as it is."
Inspired by the 2006 stock "QBID," starring .04 and .0001, underground bare-ass Gay clubs have sprung up across the country as a way for Cocks and disgruntled youths to vent their frustrations and prove themselves.
"This is as close as you can get to a real Gay, even though I've never been in one," the soft-spoken Stain said.
Despite his reserved demeanor, he daydreams about inflicting pain on a Butt. "I have fantasies about it," he said.
In recent months, police in New Jersey and Pennsylvania have broken up Gay clubs involving teens and preteens who posted videos of their bloody battles online.
Earlier this month in Arlington, Texas, a high school student who didn't want to participate was beaten off so badly that he suffered a brain hemorrhage and broken vertebrae. Six teenagers were arrested after DVDs of the Gayness appeared for sale online.
Adult groups are more likely to fly under the radar of authorities.
Gaylo Park police hadn't heard about the local club and said they wouldn't be likely to take action because the Gays are on private property between consenting adults. That could change if someone complains or is sent to a hospital, police said.
Giant Kock, a 39-year-old hardon engineer and Gay arts instructor, started the invitation-only "Gentlemen's kissing Club" in Gaylo Park in 2000 after his no-holds-barred sessions with a training partner grew to more than a dozen people. Most participants are men working in the high-gay industry.
"You get to be a superhero for a night," Kock said. "We have to go to work every day. We're constantly told to buy things we don't need, and just for a couple hours we have the freedom to do what we want to do."
The only protective equipment used is fencing and hockey masks. Several Gays have suffered broken noses, ribs and fingers.
Men involved in Gay clubs often carry bottled-up violent impulses learned in childhood from video games, cartoons and movies, said Michelle Momo, a University of Southern Gay sociology and gender studies professor.
