My math has the following conservative guestimates:
Q4 200% Rev Increase over Q3
2017 2,000,000ish in Revs
This includes announced contracts and monthly estimates planned to be delivered before 10/1/2017(start of onci 2018 Q1).
Does not include any revs from most of the 9/2017 contracts that most likely would not be delivered before 10/1.
Does not include Cogosense's non-ONCI pre-aquisition revs.
Does not include anything else we dont know about.
Much of the recent revs wont show up in fins til Q1 2018 imo. 2018 rev increases will be bonkers even if the the increased salesforce just keeps locking up dealerships. Big auto comes to play and other rev streams start kicking in 2018 moves to f'ing bonkers.
Anyone else given much thought to what we might see in December?
Limey...The practice they bought is profitible. My concern is the capital it will take to execute the plan of opening or buying 30 practices. Again, long term concern to make sure my shares dont get a cavity. Not a concern at all for short term holders.
If big auto comes through concern is minimized.

I understand that piece but for the last 6 months they could have had an On4 website and switch when hexagon is ready to roll.
A website is the home of a company and some go there when looking for info about a company. My concern is others perception when doing their own DD and not following or relying on ihubbers.

ONCI is selling product and reducing shares.
They are so confident in their recent sales track record they have quadrupled the salesforce.
In order to keep up with sales they are ramping production capacity.
CEO just through 150m of shares due to him in the trash. Reduced AS/OS by 1.4 billion. And getting rid of 30m preferred shares.
Chrysler has new units to test with changes they requested.
Ford and other automakers still in the mix.
Enterprise Car still in the mix.
Ford Fleet testing 1000 units.
San Antonio currently pilot testing.
Bought Cogosense (previously zoomsafer, previously aegis mobility). This company had its own partners and revenue.
CEO and many investors of ONCI recognize distracted driving is a problem similar to drunk driving and we have a solution for consumers and fleets.
Last, this CEO is confident enough in "the perfect storm" to start prepping for uplist.
Those that currently do and will start evaluating this company as a business as opposed to a ticker will reap big rewards in the future.
Ill even be OK with RS 12-18 months from now if it will help get us on a big board.
My only issue is the website. Though Fly has been brought on to assist. Should be done soon.
Agree and with fleets having the hardware and the admin portal to manage and track is above and beyond the stand alone apps.

The perfect storm is Distracted Driving is now a big thing. TV news stories, online, etc. No one can put their phones down while driving - truck drivers, bus drivers, kids. Employers, spouses and parents will line up to throw money at ONCI.

The the Lockheed pictures of the their array and the description didnt do any bragging about to extendible roll up feature like dss has for their project that actually is in space.

If it was ASTIs array they are fools not to come out and say something high level like our panels are being used for a large space solar array that isnt jaxa. We cant disclose the name of this customer but this is our biggest most awesome project yet and the big revenue will be reflected in Quarter "x".

Pure spec regarding the NDAs but I wouldnt be surprised if part of the deal with Ford for example would be that ONCI could say they did business with them and for how much but not what for. Ford has ONCI tweak the app for Ford so it appears to be a Ford named app and they market it as their own.

And why waste time ramping salesforce if there isnt a level of confidence in attaining additional sales. If the each expanded sales rep can do half of what the existing 4 have done we'll be in great shape even if none of big auto comes as soon as we hope. 50m in recurring rev from dealerships is better in my mind then a 10-20m starter with bog auto - though big auto is still key to crazy pps gains.
Only problematic piece for me is the website. Which I can overlook knowing what I know but some investors will be put off by that.
Q4 Should contain any new revenue that ONCI is able to recognize for Q4. My educated guess is delivered products and services - Meaning the 1.2m contract may only show what has been delivered by 9/31. I would doubt the customers paid the 1.2 upfront or prior to 9/31. And so on for all of the other deals.
Share strucure will be reflected on 12/15 according to announcement.

Which big auto will be first to let everyone know via tv commercial that if you buy their cars your kid wont die from texting and driving on the way to school, prom,etc. And point out they are the first and only with integratation between car and phone. With not much besides name differentiating new cars could be an important strategic step to get eyes on their product. Time will tell.
Im not in the auto industry but an NDA in my world is part of the overall contract documentation. Purchase agreement,T&Cs NDA, BAA, etc. All one package of documentation. Doesnt mean thats the case here but to me the NDA news is yet another confirmation this company as part of portfolios should be in the investment bucket and not in the trading bucket.
18,000 Dealerships in US. With a few salesmen we locked up about 50. With the new army of salesmen we'll lock up a shizzle load more - 100k here, 400k there, million there. This channel/app will churn out 50m in revs or more in next 12 months.
Then sprinkle in fleet business, other apps, rental car companies, utility companies, cabs, uber, insurance and potential for 1 or more major car companies to pre-install. Sky is the limit.
Why expand sales team from 4 to 20 if you werent selling something.
This will keep churning upward, taking some breaks along the way and folks will take some profits to play other tickers but we will get to a point where we uplist and more folks that dont play but rather invest will take notice.

Maybe there was another game in town today - the food company that had 67m volume today from avg of 5m and was up 400%. Some ONCI profits went to the other table for a roll of the dice. Similar to last week when there was some fda news. ONCI volume dropped then returned.
The news and action at the other table was the shiny object TODAY. Tomorrow the winnings from that table will be back at our table and Berman is the dealer for the next 12 months. Though there will be shiny objects at the other tables on a few given days.

Without the big auto makers rampming up salesforce will explode revenue. Dealerships, any business with fleets - utility companies, 18 wheelers. Taxis, Uber/lift drivers. Any business on the front line of making sure their drivers dont text and drive for safety and/or economic benefit.
Big auto will be the cherry on the top.
Ticker is worth the risk and patience for the ginormous return.

Any thoughts on when we will have a website - either onci, hexagon or something on cogosense/bsafe sites that says they are owned by On4. Maybe FLY will be working on this? I could easily see new investors being turned off if they cant even get to a company website and new money is what we will need to get where we need to be - just basic credibility. Maybe instatrader could pose this question in next discussion with SB.
Also, we may want to keep our Q4 expectations in check because of rev rec for these newer contracts. It looks like 15m annually from Marys good work but rev rec for Q4 could be only what is delivered by 10/31.
Please dont confuse raising legit questions for bashing as I am long ONCI.
It would be rare that in modern times salesman roll up to a dealership with a truck full of product. The contracts would specify delivery dates, services like training or anything else the customer needs to get rolling. NDAs may also be part of the contracts. Seems foolish to think a contract signing reported in the last couple of weeks, even if the customer was known would have the product already. Just sayin.
I guess my question is for instatrader or anyone else as I havent seen it asked. When the Cogesense ink is dry would our Q3 numbers be revised up to account for non-onci cogosense revenue and the full revenue that is no longer shared. Or do we think Fridays release already accounted for that.
