Yes I have Although I'm not sure you understand what you are looking at. It's movement on two separate and very important lawsuits where on both ABHI is on the offense. Typical legal nonsense on pc's part to attempt to get leverage which is just a negotiating tactic because in my experience when you see this much activity negotiations are going on behind the scenes. At this point ABHI has the leverage, they are selling the tech as I write this WLMG etc... and pc depends on ABHI's patent for a huge portion of its income.
Both cases updated!!
According to pacer in the appeal case pc v ambicom (the patent case where ABHI is trying to get the original contract thrown out), the 5th circuit court of appeals has accepted the appeal and now both sides have to present their briefs a hearing will be scheduled later.
In the other main lawsuit ambicom v pc drivers (the 10 million + suit, pc drivers has responded to the allegations and filed a counter. (Typically legal shenanigans).
Both cases are moving forward!!! ABHI is on the offense!! Charge!!!!
Think of it like this, last year at this time the smart people were accumulating this in the sub penny range knowing that the vote was coming in NOV. History is now repeating itself because we can now accumulate at these levels before the inevitable happens (congress legalizing weed). The only difference is this is going much higher than .19 when that happens.
Thank you Zig. This time around will be historic IMO!!
The link below is the most current MCOA annual report, everything is there. Their product began selling last November and this report covers quarter 4 last year and they made approx. $9,000 in two months from their initial product. (A product that is legal, nothing to do with recreational marijuana) the float is decent 500 mil as of Jan 2017 and really its all about positioning right now, and here is their position:
They have the cultivation rights through a JV in washington state,
They already have a product on the market,
MCOA is headquartered in so CAL in the heart of the legalization movement and has a production permit in so Cal,
They are current with all finacials,
Low float,
Experienced CEO (He started MJNA),
Once congress passes one of the several bills currently making there way through committee, this whole sector will explode like never seen before. (On that note HR 1227 has seen great movement recently through multiple committees, this would allow states to handle marijuana however they want). So the object is to find the company best positioned for takeoff. Just look at what happened here in November (Sub-penny to .19).

Outstanding post smitter!!!! Honestly this is something I haven't even considered but makes complete sense on why the wait.
"ABHI is taking on ZERO Toxic Debt and that will be proven when we get current. ABHI is actually negotiating will old Toxic debt holders from the previous Moronic CEO's regime and eliminating them. They cannot convert while we have a stop sign. Hence why we are not current yet."
Hes waiting for a reason. After corresponding back and forth with him over the past several weeks, i have come to two conclusions:
1. I trust this guy, and I trust Cornell both have great track records and Cornell (who ownes the company essentially) is a proven big money guy in silicon valley and has all the motivation in the world to hit a homerun here.
2. IMO ABHI and Voosh are either signing a big revenue generating deal this week or when he said he has some "other news to finalize" this week they may have struck a deal in the lawsuit.
I see this all the time right before something big happens, right before the flashpoint, you have the majority of people screaming for the end of the world running frantically for the exits, while the patient few who have done their homework sit quitely by and wait confidently knowing what they own.
Well said. Nothing's changed IMO, today the volume dried up causing some folks to panic given the history of how this one trades- huge swings- This will swing back up, and when it does watch out. Tomorrow it may dip alitltte but it's going up over 0023 IMO. Then when news hits late this week or next (according to CEO whom by the way said in an email he is waiting because he has "to finalize" some news. Folks this is gonna be copper soon!!!
On that note here's what the CEO emailed me about the PR:
"Yes. My contract has been extended. Will wait about a week or so as we have some other news I need to just finalize before I get a release out."
Regards
News he needs to finalize!!!!
Gonna be huge IMO
I have zero problem with somebody pointing out negative things about a stock, but the 8k in this case is great from every angle. First step to getting current, has the agreement with voosh in writing, accounts for all the shares, and the CEOs salary. In other words Transparency what every good trader craves. This is a no brainer for most but I'm glad you moved on.
Updated their website to now include a "partner" section. They list Voosh, WLMG and PC Drivers with a link to their website. Interesting.
On that topic, I think the next two weeks will solve that riddle.
Outstanding 8k!! Could be a float lock play. Float is just over 39 mil. With huge short interest 73% just yesterday (see link below) lots of covering on Monday and most likely a huge PR. Plus the likelihood of a revenue generating deal above and beyond WLMG PRed next week. I can see silver off in the not to distant future. Hold onto your butts, it going to get fun!!!
otcshortreport.com/?index=ABHI&action=view
Yeah old news that's from the march 10 hearing. Before we got the patent back. Tomorrow is the due date for briefs from both sides in the main lawsuit. Should begin to see some movement on that soon.
Me too!! Once there is movement on the federal legislative side this beast will again awaken and never look back.
IMO he's looking to sign a couple deals that bring revenue in and then get current. How many companies in OTC land get current only to never generate revenue. So I think from my correspondence with him he knows that just getting current really doesn't mean much, but if you have some deals lined up that bring in revenue every month, and then get current then you will sustain shareholder value. Just my take on it.
ABHI share structure just updated yesterday on OTC market. Its coming.

The agreement with WLMG is just the beginning of selling the lucrative ABHI software. WLMG will sell the software directly to the public just like PC drivers (and we know how well PC drivers has done). While ABHI and Voosh continue to work to close deals with big companies on the commercial side. Honestly I didn't expect ABHI to begin to get the revenue generating side up and going so fast. I expect copper just from getting current, with revenue, and cleaned up books at least silver. Below is the email I posted yesterday from ABHI, and below that is an email I got from WLMG just FYI.
Has great value in bringing us a percentage from anything done by WLMG. We will more than likely issue a press release,as we have other things we want to address.

Hello Xxxxx,
WLMG Holding is pleased to have the agreement with Voosh and is looking forward to selling the software. ABHI was very helpful in puttting the two companies together. Please stay tuned for more developments from WLMG Holding.

Hi smitter thanks for sharing.
No doubt this stock checks all the boxes,
No dilution, no toxic debt (private investor that will be repaid through a settlement),
Huge value in the patent and technology ABHI just got back, (like you point out about 40 million plus),
Transparent and focused CEO,
A great share structure and very low float,
A deal with a proven money maker in Silicon Valley (Cornell) whom by the way according to court documents is a major shareholder in ABHI,
A huge lawsuit that IMO will end sooner rather than later (due to the patent being PC drivers main income) with millions going to ABHI,
Like you said and I recently heard from the CEO he is currently in talks with several companies for "big deals" and in an email he said to me "also other things in the works which I can't really get into at present"
I truly believe we will see pennies soon, then silver.
Current federal marijuana bills: All of the following bills are currently in subcommittee where they will be at least until congress passes solid government funding. But one of these will make it. I'll keep everyone updated as they move through committee to the voting stage.
HR 1810- would change the tax code legitimizing state marijuana laws
HR 715-would reclassify marijuana as a canabidiol recognizing the therapeutic uses.
HR 975- would respect the states marijuana laws act.
HR 1227- would require the federal government to allow states to handle marijuana however they want.
Yeah that post is very misleading. The "drugs" in that study were mainly prescription drugs, not marijuana.
ABHI just updated their website, (See link below). It now reflects all the current information, and under SEC filings it was updated on 4-26-17. The CEO is making progress and getting everything set up so when news hits investors can get current info from their website instead of going to an old outdated website with old info. More evidence this company is making all the right moves and setting up for a home run.

Excellent point my friend:
Zero dilution,
Transparent CEO,
Low float that will be locked soon if not already,
Patent just got back that has been generating millions,
And according to my last correspondence with the CEO they are in talks with several companies to use their tech.
This is entry level right now folks!!!
For those interested, below is the link to PC DRivers website. The "Active Optimization " they are advertising is the technology ABHI just got back via the patent. Click on the "go to" icon and you will see its Lazars patent number ABHI now has. Then look at the reviews. It looks like it's PCs main product, can you say settlement sooner rather than later.

I think you might get a small technical rally here short term, but until congress can focus on passing one of the several bills on the legalization, its dead in the water fundamentally. Im thinking mid summer going into the fall this goes big again. However im also thinking ill be loading up in the 02s before then.
3weeks ago.
Possibly real soon. This is from an earlier email from the CEO:
Also, one of the main goals is to begin to generate some revenue to have our own working capital. Conversations are on going in that department and hope to have some news shortly.
Hope that helps.

Hi esi23,
I think they are slowly closing the vice on PC Drivers. Now that the patent is back, if they win the appeal, coupled with the fact up until now it appears at least from their website, that the patent is PC drivers main product, that will force them into negotiations. Especially if ABHI won the appeal then I can see an injunction issued against PC to make them begin to honor the contract immediately while the litigation makes its way through the system. That would absolutely force negotiations and settlement. So i agree i think its gonna be sooner rather than later.
This is just the beginning.
WHY THIS PATENT IS HUGE AND WHY THE LAWSUIT IS JUST THE TIP OF A HUGE ICEBERG
First the creator OF THE PATENT: Michael Lazar (He's Kevin Cornells partner at VOOSH LLC, which ABHI has the exclusive agreement with.)
United States Patent 8,438,378
Lazar May 7, 2013
Systems and methods for tuning an operating system, application, or network component
Abstract
A method, system, apparatus, and media are directed to tuning a device. Values are stored for each of a plurality of device parameters based on device metrics. The device parameters are constraint-matched over changes to settings of the device parameters to identify at least one point within each range of the device parameters that optimizes a performance measure for the device. Tuning values are selected for each device parameter based on the identified point. The tuning values are provided for tuning the device. The device is tuned with roll-back based on the running values.

THE MONEY THE PATENT HAS BEEN MAKING:
The headline taken from PC Drivers website, BTW PC drivers charges $9.95 per month for this tech.
Over 4 Million Users, Let’s See What Some Have To Say!
When ABHI lost it in 2016 from the official court document, due to the past CEO Hwang not having the funds to oppose the motion:
Proceedings before this court commenced in June of 2016 when PC Drivers registered the default judgment in the Northern District of California. Dkt. No 1. Initially, matters proceeded quickly for PC Drivers, as the court granted its unopposed motion to appoint Michael Warda ("Warda") as the receiver for U.S. Patent No. 8,438,378 ("the Patent") in August 2016. Dkt. No. 19. In support of its motion to appoint a receiver, PC Drivers filed a communication from Hwang indicating that AmbiCom would not oppose Warda's appointment and that it would cooperate with the receiver in selling the Patent.
This email from 4-19 (Wednesday), the current CEO confirming ABHI purchasing the patent back after the latest round of court hearings:
We've paid for the patent yesterday and now have the rights back. Their are different components to the judgement, which included the patent on the monetary side, that we would like overturned. Our Texas attorney filed an appeal yesterday in regards to those components. Most have to deal with the licensing and distribution aspects.

4 MILLION USERS AT $9.95 PER MONTH WHAT DO YOU THINK THAT WILL DO TO THIS STOCK PRICE. NEVERMIND THE LAWSUIT ABHI OWNS THE TECH AND CAN NOW SELL IT!!! THE LAWSUIT WILL JUST BE EXTRA WHEN IT COMES!
Sorry RYJO couldn't reply on the private side. Today's hearing was about the sale of the patent since ABHI bought it back the hearing was cancelled. On to the appeal.
I like the chart and I think it may pop, however according to the 10q the CEO (only employee) only spends 20 hours a week on this business. That plus the massive increase in shares recently and dilution over the past year has me wondering how high it can go.
lol i have to admit i missed you AMBISUX. yes even though your screen name gives away your intentions i actually enjoy our "banter". The investor I reference comes from the PR where the new CEO is announced and it is in black and white a new investor will fund the co. (see below) and I have always posted links to what im referencing just look at my posts today. you crack me up the only difference between you and i is I actually look under the hood, you just work for PC drivers or someone with an interest in bashing this stock. please look at all my posts you might learn something about this stock, and MCO* my other favorite.
San Jose, CA, February 1, 2017 (Newswire.com) - AmbiCom Holdings ( OTCQB: AMBI ) announced today that new management is being brought in to restructure the company. A new CEO, Alain Lewand, has been appointed and additional hires of industry leaders will be coming shortly.
New management will be responsible for securing additional financing, clearing up debt related issues and becoming SEC compliant within the next several months along with seeking additional revenue related assets to bring into the company.
AmbiCom has also secured a line of credit from a private investor to assist in this turnaround. Funds will be used to pay down debt, get the company current in its filings and increase awareness of AmbiCom and its related new ventures.
We have also commenced legal proceedings in Federal Court, against PC Drivers Headquarters L, P, for breach of contract related to a mutual agreement between the two companies. The complaint stems from substantial unpaid revenues due to AmbiCom from PC Drivers, as it pertains to the agreement finalized by both parties a few years ago. Updates will be made available as we progress.
AmbiCom's management would like to thank all shareholders for their patience and continued support during this transition. Our goal is to make AmbiCom a leader in the technology marketplace with solid financials, increased market share and an enriched stock value.
What? he screwed alot of people by waiting till he got the patent back? It would have been foolish to release an 8K without it. What about the voosh deal is sketchy? ABHI owns the rights to Mr Cornells tech that he created, thus he needs ABHI in order to sell a product he truely believes is worth millions, by the way a investor with deep pockets apparently agrees. We are connecting the dots and it looks real enticing to us. You should take your own advice sell and hope to get back in the trips. BTW we've been trading in the same channel since he said he was going to release the 8K.
On a side note i find either the diamond or the devil are usually found in the small details. Look at this situation, someone is putting up a large amount of money (the investor, not ABHI) to get this co back on its feet, the lawyers fees must be crazy plus an appeal of this sort is gonna run potentially in the hundreds of thousands. They just paid to get the patent back, and are paying the accountants and auditors to get current. This all tells me someone with big pockets believes they are going to make a ton of money here.
please excuse my lack of computer skills. click on the question mark at the bottom, it should put the pacer page up, with the appeal at the top.
Please find below a copy of the pacer doc describing the appeal, note the date 4-18-2017. You may have to click on it to view.

To make a very long and boring story short, back in 2015 ABHI ran out of money. PC drivers sued ABHI saying it owed them a relativly small amount of money. ABHI couldn't afford to defend itself in court back then thus PC driver obtained a default judgement. (look up my post from several days ago for more clarity) The default judgement gave PC the right to the patent, which ABHI just bought back.
it involves the patent lawsuit nothing to do with the huge 10 mil lawsuit. The default judgement invovled the patent. Now the patent is back home and the appeal has to do with other aspects of the default judgement.
