Doubled up the share count with dilution, doesn't scream buy but it's O/S is still low overall.
Good luck to you I did notice the large block on the ask they could be a flipper from the .0033 to .0035 range. Time will tell.
Yeah I saw that, we have to work off those big bars into July then the 3 year down trend will look much different and poised to the upside.
It would be nice with all the expansion and increased revenues they would get a share buyback program going. This thing could fly, I know a lot of posters are frustrated, call the CEO a crook, pump and dump, ect.
Sometimes dilution is the cost of doing business. Other times it destroys the entire company. I see some potential here got a few shares at today's low of .0035 and I feel pretty good about better news over the next 6 months.
Is this one due for a pop? Why is the pps down from .0225 is it dilution?
It went to.0011 from .0001 that's a large % move
Fidelity, commission is only 4.95 fills on limits aren't direct access but overall $5 vs 5% is a huge difference from back in the day.
When the sellers are all out and we get some buyside volume. We did get some yesterday I think we'll need another PR to move up, that's whenever the company is ready.
I like to be in the other side of people's losses
I'm not in yet and I think I want to own it. I have over 1k stocks I'm watching I just need to know why this would break above .001 before I get in.
Hey man it happens..
.the ways of the pinks. Learn your lesson really good and it will pay for itself 1000x over.
Why didn't you dump on that last up move? Any reason to stay in this?
Why the major decline today, are people expecting lower lows...or higher highs?
Same, I've been trading these things for 15 years I never get bothered by MM tactics. I just try to identify and exploit them for profits. With all trades the key is having a plan in place to accumulate at lower levels in the event of sell offs. Again the key is always to have money on hand to buy when needed and understand where those lower level demand trading zones are, where to place your bid, and how get filled. You can have the right entry but if you don't get filled the entire move goes by you.
Thanks for the knowledge, I have been following all those guys as well. The bigger #CIG company just filed with their "Q" and what a short it was! I'm glad they smartened up when they did, took the small dilution licks and moved on. #CIG is being investigated in the UK and that market already has established major BLUE players and the margins must be razor thin.
Reading the reports on this, I feel much better about my wholesale entry. A lot of big money paid way up for the name! That same share count could be purchased for $2,533. They're price was around .03, 52 week high is .35 we'll see what happens here.
On October 17, 2016, the Company issued 1,333,333 shares of common stock for cash in the amount of $40,000
I got in at .0016 for a trade I wasn't going to hit the ask
.0031 was when you told people there was accumulation, we went to.0015 today? Ok bounce nothing to write home about.
These #s are all consolidated moving averages I posted at the beginning of the week. Big players don't get in at retail, they buy wholesale. Some retail longs get washed out and shares transfer to the people with capital at lower levels. 35m bought at .0019 today vs 35m at .0068 is a 171,500 wholesale entry from retail highs.
They've produced and sold other products, see screen shots of prior posts. If there is never a product or delivery then yes people were taken for a ride. Companies wouldn't go to the hassle of doing trades shows and massive wholesale negotiations for no reason.
Nice find! I noticed the massive revenue drop from 15 to 16 but I never heard much as to why. I wasn't sure if they were still selling that stuff. Any insight?
35m shares all that volume short above .0025 will need to cover before the next run.
Accumulated to a 50% sell off, way to "save the newbies"
Haha!
Haha the a/s always shows how bad management is at this debt game.
I missed the 0, yeah 750b is insane why not go a cool Trill?
Well hopefully they have enough cash and they're not issuing convertible debt. How long till revs expected? I know energy plays can take years. I watched $ERHE burn a ton.
Well most assets in a balance sheet are illiquid so hopefully they'll start bringing in revs.
Some nice volume here....O/S and MCap are high relative to the STOP and lack of filings. Does this name have potential to the upside?
How much in debt is still left to convert? Are we at the bottom yet?
Forget the dilution, is there a viable company here? Chart looks like it could move.
Yeah I am 100% in agreement. I've been in this stock through what appeared to be a far less viable company. There is patent value alone worth at least 10m!
We saw it today with Krispy Kreme buying out Panera after its run to the moon. Big players have way more cash than viable ideas and concepts. They look to smaller plays to leverage other people's hard work.
The wine industry as classic and historic as it is, needs some innovative solutions that will benefit consumers and suppliers.
It means the name change and symbol change are complete
Thanks for the solid info! Quick question, wtf is up with A/S at 75B? This screams...as they say in the hood "Set up to get wet up"! Can we run from .0001...probably with some good news and buy side volume.
My question to you is, what is the upside with 75B Authorized when we know the CD's out there are super sized?
Fabulous post, I couldn't have said it better! NewGen is all about creating multiple products, just read the reverse merger article.
Good read most states like to tax the gell out of peeps.
