I think it is more likely that Baltia will draw flies.
Agreed the buck stops with Tony. I would not interpret the swiftness of the SEC's action as being a good thing for Baltia.
You were saying?
My crystal ball hasn't failed me yet with Baltia.
Right, that being from the same people that told us they had the money to buy Songbird, the same people that said the financials were ready several months ago, the same people that said we would be updated "in the coming weeks" several months ago. You go right ahead and trust your crystal ball.
Whatever shorts may exist will easily be covered in the trips or quads next week. Baltia will not be clearing anything up with the SEC.
Hmmm, Vic's loan will never be repaid, Air Logistics will never be paid, ST George will never be repaid, last year's new preferred shareholders have been defaulted on and still no required 8k notifying us of the suspension. Nah I don't think they'll show up.
Its kind of like thinking oil at any price would affect Baltia.
IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter commence at 9:30 a.m.,
Thursday, May 31, 2018, in the Commission Headquarters Offices, Hearing Room 2, 100 F Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20549.

That would be nice, but I believe we got to wait for the ALJ to make a decision at the hearing.
Good point, ain't nobody better at doing nothing than Baltia.
And Tony still defies the SEC by not notifying shareholders with a required 8k within 4 business days of the suspension.
Would it be the revoked DOT economic authority and/or the withdrawn application for air carrier certification with the FAA?
We'll soon see which side of factless opinions prove right again.
They will be a no show at the hearing and the registration will be revoked shortly thereafter.
All I've seen posted here are the items dated May 7, 2018. I haven't seen the delinquency letter dated Baltia received on March 6, 2018 posted here.
I don't believe it stated the SEC would "shut them down on May 22, 2018" either, but I do believe they gave Baltia a timeframe in which to cure their delinquent filings. So Lampl's claim of the company being caught off guard is utter BS.
Show us your copy of the letter.
Barry was Honest? He was no different than any other salesman who will say whatever it takes to make the sale.
In a partial defense for Tony, the engine lease occurred before he joined Baltia as VP of marketing in March 2011 to Feb 2016. when he became Interim CFO. When Logistic came looking for their past due money, he did declare those financials as unreliable.
Agree, Tony and crew not likely to see jail time, though it would not hurt my feelings if they did.
Rufus Paul Harris is my favorite Stink Pinky CEO behind bars, he got 23 years.

Kindly send any information you have on delinquent filings to the Delinquent Filings Branch, 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549-2521, e-mail address DelinquentFilings@sec.gov, telephone (202) 551-5466.

How does someone with over 30 years of experience in Aviation certification not warn Baltia's wall street genius you need 3 years of current financials for the DOT's economic authority? https://www.transportation.gov/sites/dot.gov/files/docs/Certificated_Packet_2012_final.pdf
If they only needed some money to pay the auditors, why not go to the 13d filer who supposedly has so much to lose? Surely he would have come a running once again with his checkbook in hand.
Baltia can resume trading on the grey markets beginning 5/22/2018, until or if the registration gets revoked.
Trips will be short lived then it goes to quads.
I have no problem with the SEC revoking Baltia's registration, making it completely untradable.
I've never made such a claim. I, like others, never had to go out of our way. I don't know if it helped or not, either way, Baltia made it very easy.
Oh boo-hoo, I sure hope my complaints helped.
That explains why they were caught off guard. LOL
It would appear that Johnny didn't have any to lose after all, other wise he would have been there with checkbook in hand.
Going by Baltia's history of amended financials, I still think it would have kept them from being suspended.
They're not scrambling to fix anything. And there is absolutely nothing the shareholders can do to help.
They have 4 business days to file it, my guess it should be filed today.
They get away with it by staying current with their reporting requirements. They only have to give the appearance of trying to do what they claim. The proverbial "dotting the I's & crossing the T's" routine. Tony stopped doing that.
Tony could have avoided the suspension by filing, they didn't have to be reliable, just filed. They could always go back and file amendments the same as they have in the past.
The fault of this suspension belongs to no one other than Tony, Baltia's very own Wall Street Super Genius.
He promised at the SHM to be fully reporting.
Why didn't he file the financials he said were ready back in November?
Even if they were unreliable it would have prevented the suspension.
It helps prevent noobs from getting burnt on this stock. They are fair game to lose their money in any of the thousands of other Stinky Pinkies not yet suspended. Rest assured we're working on their demise as well.
Some of us knew a long time ago not to be holding. Others placed their blind faith in the Baltia's BFFs, now they're stuck with bags worthless stock.
Yes, the corruption Baltia suffered from the FAA was much much worse, the inspectors were guilty of actually doing jobs, instead of:
A Federal Aviation Administration inspector has agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud for allegedly failing to conduct safety inspections on Hansen Helicopters Inc. aircraft in exchange for money used to buy a small plane for his personal use.

Talk to your broker, when they're able to get up off the floor from laughing, ask them to start buying.
No funds were being held for purchasing Songbird beyond 9/1/2017.
The non refundable deposit was released by 9/1/2017 which was a Friday.
