Happy 420 to all who partake.May our pot stocks start rising like smoke off the end of a doobie.I heard Cheech and Chong "Earache my eye" on the radio yesterday. It still makes me laugh after all these years. The young uns around here may not even know it.Check it out---
Nice EOD bounce,to an otherwise lackluster day.
NICE-that's living large. You and Bidnessman with your RV's,that's fantasic.I'm (unfortunately)probably 13 to 15 years away from that life.Unless my TRTC and other stocks help it to happen sooner. For now I just enjoy my vacation weeks with backpack and canoe in the Adirondack forests.Enjoy.
Very well measured response AC7880(I can almost hear your teeth gritting from here).I love some of these other companies that get suggested by "our friends",that have NOTHING but wet dreams as their business plan. TRTC has real assets now. Valuable licenses, sticks and bricks buildings, dispensaries, cultivation facilities etc. Real world stores with real world employees selling real world products, unlike so many of the absolute scams on the OTC.--That there says it all.Cheers.
I'm sure that you have a better roster of names at your fingertips than I do.Posting here is NOT my job,so I don't maintain files like some.Truth is that we've watched Derek, the CEO of Terra Tech, and his company navigate the waters through legalization -first medically and now recreationally-in Nevada and now California.TRTC/BLUM has done so while following the maze of rules and regulations by state and county where they operate.Even with the federal haze surrounding the industry,Derek has overseen the build out of TRTC/BLUM to the tune of 35 million plus in sales, while managing to not get arrested or shut down.In fact TRTC/BLUM continues to expand their business as we speak. So yeah,Derek and whomever he is employing appear to be doing a FANTASTIC job following ALL the necessary rules and regs in this quasi-legal business.
I'm re-posting PLEASE GET INVOLVED PEOPLE-Everybody needs to get involved to promote the change in the laws.PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO SUBMIT YOUR COMMENTS WITH THE LINK PROVIDED -https://www.marijuanamoment.net/heres-where-you-can-tell-trump-to-support-marijuana-rescheduling/ -Thanks DD8 for the link.Changing the laws will better all of our investments in TRTC and other stocks in this sector .PLEASE GET INVOLVED FOLKS,WE GET CLOSER EVERYDAY to ending the madness of prohibition. Thanks for helping the cause.-Grizz
Wild west out there in the short term,I don't doubt that.It sounds like anyone who wants a license gets one, FOR NOW.I'm also reasonably sure that a WHOLE BUNCH of those that initially acquire a license are going to flat out fail and be gone in a short time.TRTC has already built a decent company,THAT IS A FACT LIKE IT OR NOT.They are NOT just trying to get off the ground, they are already in business and flying.A lot of the new licensees will either fail to properly meet the rules and regs, which Derek and TRTC are masters at sailing through by now,or they won't have enough financial backing to move forward. The quantity of licenses issued doesn't worry me in the least.Quality operations like TRTC/BLUM will survive and flourish, while the inferior ones fall by the wayside.TRTC is all about QUALITY PRODUCTS and a QUALITY EXPERIENCE with A QUALITY BRAND.Truly a seed to sale operation, they GROW it,PROCESS it,MANUFACTURE THEIR OWN BRAND NAME PRODUCTS that they sell at THEIR OWN RETAIL OUTLETS.They are at the top of the heap, they just need to keep on doing what got them to the dance.
You are absolutely right about that. Those of us who are NOT flippers are investing in TRTC/BLUM for that "ground floor" opportunity to get into this massive new MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR business opp with the potential for a HUGE payoff. It was just a short time ago you could buy Canopy for under $2.00.TRTC IS that opportunity to get into a US mj stock for just a few bucks a share. No company is in a better position IMO.No reason that TRTC can't get into that $20-25 price range within a couple of years. They are building it right,IMO.Right now it's all about the politics. That is starting to change and when it happens I think it's gonna happen real quick.A lot of folks will be chasing it then, and we'll already be here.Patience is the key here, for now.
Latest BREAKING NEWS,from a file taken from the office of Michael Cohen.. Back in 2007 Derek Peterson,CEO of Terra Tech, had a puppy that peed on the floor.Apparently Derek promptly told the dog NO in a very firm voice, and then put said puppy outside. What other monstrous acts has he performed???????
Probably just the 20%'ers cashing in their little gains they've made the past week or so,that they'll then pay short term taxes on.TRTC will soon be too much to be a part of that club anymore IMO.
Really trying to reach there aren't you roid-boy?A lawsuit filed in 2011 with a trial date in 2014 ? So how'd that shake out?Apparently it did not have any effect on TRTC/BLUM,as they are still the LEADING PUBLICLY TRADED US mj STOCK AVAILABLE.Way to stay on the cutting edge.Your motives are quite transparent.
Very nice article about DP and TRTC/BLUM.Thanks BriarPatch.
Send 'em over,I have a need. "I feel the need for weed".
I'm jealous AC.Two inches of snow yesterday and 28 degrees in Buffalo this AM.Cabin fever getting BAD.Have to keep drinking Jack to keep the blood flowing.Only 260 shopping days til Christmas.Buying myself more shares of TRTC cuz I've been a good boy, dammit.
Really strong volume so far today.Soon those rotten peckers will have no more shares to dump, with the NEW and improved very low share count for TRTC.
That would be FANTASTIC to get the tax issues cleaned up.No Business in the sector can show any profits until the tax laws change.Guarantee freedom to the states on MJ and make tax laws the same as every other business in America .GIT ER DUNN.
Sometimes you're better off with the devil that you know vs. the one you don't know.My hope would be that other Sessions clown gets evicted in November.Texas likes to let the people do what they want, vote out that clown who won't allow the will of the people to even be heard.
OH yeah I SEE what you mean.It DEFINITELY makes everything SO MUCH more interesting.POLITICAL climate WARMING up to state MJ PROTECTIONS.That is FABULOUS news.TRTC WILL be THE American canopy,IMO.
So what you're saying is that it looks like it's A GREAT TIME TO BUY into TRTC stock.Couldn't agree with you more.BEWARE of making too much money by investing in TRTC stock. Thanks for the input.
HempAmericana Gears Up for Booming Industrial Hemp Export Market
NEW YORK, NY--(CannaInvestor Newswire – April 16, 2018) - HempAmericana, Inc. (OTC: HMPQ) (“HempAmericana” or the “Company”) is excited to announce that it has begun to actively explore international distribution partnerships as the Company gears up to take advantage of booming global demand growth for Industrial Hemp. The move comes as the Company nears the imminent launch of full-scale production activity at its new, state-of-the-art Industrial Hemp extraction and processing facility in Augusta, Maine.
Management believes that one major factor driving accelerating demand for Industrial Hemp exports from N. America to large international markets is poor domestic production in countries like Germany. Because of slow legal progress, Germans plan to support one of the fastest growing consumption markets almost exclusively on imported Industrial Hemp. According recent press, the EU’s largest economy expects to rely on imports to meet hemp demand for at least another decade.
That represents an enormous opportunity for new producers like HempAmericana. Canadian Industrial Hemp producers have already seen this surge pay off, with exports rising by 300% last year alone, driven by expanding demand from Europe, Australia, and South America.
HempAmericana CEO, Salvador Rosillo, commented, “This is one of the reasons we have moved so rapidly to ramp up high-capacity production activities early this year. Domestic demand growth is booming, but so is the export potential. We plan to be a major player on both levels, and to be the market leader in potency and quality along the way.”
R/S was close to a month ago with a post r/s price of $4.02.She steadily declined post r/s,to a bottom around 2.20 I believe the price was. We've seen a recent rise after post r/s sell-off amid fear and panic. Then we had a nice Fri afternoon spike following some good industry/political news.Hopefully this signals the start of a steady move upward for TRTC.No doubt they are the premiere public mj stock in my humble opinion,as this industry opens up.Good luck.
Really now, saying that if TRTC doesn't triple or quadruple in a weeks time makes the stock a joke?? The joke is in that post,my friend.
DAMN 21 out of my 23 stocks green for the day,not overall but it makes a nice looking DAY for sure. They're going in the right direction again.
I still say that what the industry needs is "states rights" protections, not necessarily a rescheduling FOR NOW.As long as "states rights" protections will prevent any type of fed crackdown on THE LEGAL BUSINESSES in the various states, the industry and those of us invested in it can breathe easier and the companies can move forward without looking over their shoulder.
Well I don't really think that a "reschedule" is absolutely necessary at this time.Simply getting protection for the "states rights" should go a long way in helping the whole mj movement.Removing completely the fear of any type of fed crackdown will be a tremendous boon to TRTC/BLUM and the rest.Eventually the fed issue will get resolved.Genie's out,the bottle is busted. There is no going back. The industry will prosper and TRTC will be leading the way.
Investing in TRTC may cause you to have to pay a lot of money to the gov't when the stock price goes up and you have to file taxes on your capital gains.Whoooo, beware of investing in TRTC and making too much money.
HempAmericana Secures Initial Hemp Material with Potential CBD Oil Sales Yield of $20 Million Date: April 12, 2018
Symbol: HMPQ
New York, NY -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- April 12, 2018 -- HempAmericana, Inc. (OTC: HMPQ) (“HempAmericana” or the “Company”) is excited to announce that the Company has now fully secured sufficient hemp input supplies to fuel extraction and processing operations at its state-of-the-art Augusta CBD Oil facility for 2018 CBD Oil production activity.
According to management, the Company has been working with farmers throughout the state of Maine to lock up sufficient supply material through existing farm capacity while avoiding initial overinvestment in pre-sale capital expenditures. Thus far, HempAmericana has guaranteed itself a minimum allocation of the yield from 85 acres of CBD-rich hemp.
The Company conservatively estimates 1 lb. per plant of flower for extraction, which suggests roughly 106,250 lbs. of input hemp stock for processing by this fall (or as much as $20M in total sellable CBD Oil production, according to current market pricing for 99%-pure high-potency CBD Oil products).
HempAmericana CEO, Salvador Rosillo, commented, “Having already locked up input materials to power operations this year is a big advantage at this stage. Going forward, we will be able to focus on perfecting the extraction process and fulfilling our promise of generating the new benchmark for high-quality, high-potency CBD Oil.”
The Company has been working with regional farmers over recent months, supplying them with seeds from CBD-rich strains in anticipation of locking in supply arrangements. Management notes that the Company will be testing finished stocks at harvest and purchasing at that time at market pricing minus cost of seeds.

They are so obviously teamed up with the russians.........I heard Derek and Putin are half brothers from a previous alien relatiionship, and TRTC is just a front to help Putin infiltrate the multi-billion dollar US mj industry.Honest,I read it on the internet so it must be true....
I gotta disagree with you there,BidnessMan.A Buffalo Bills tailgate is quite the experience(and NO,I don't jump through flaming tables, that's for the young'uns-google it if you don't know what I mean). And I always take the portable grill.Me and 70,000 of my closest friends.Subs or take-out just wouldn't do it, IMO.Of course I would NOT take any "bathtub gin".I'd buy my booze to take with. Cheers.
Well said.I certainly wouldn't order a bottle of "Crazy Joe's" rot gut whiskey online cuz it's cheaper than Jack Daniels.Nor would I buy edibles/smokeables from a manufacturer that I wasn't absolutely familiar with as being of top quality.
You are aware of the tax burden that these companies are faced with, right? They would be HEAVILY taxed on any profits shown at this time.Do a little research and get some education regarding such.Much more advantageous for TRTC to keep putting the money back into the expansion and growth of the company.EXACTLY what TRTC/BLUM has been doing. The gov't would take most of any profit right now.As legalization takes over I believe the black market shrinks.Like any other business, there will be some very dominant companies emerge.TRTC positioning themselves to be a leader in the industry.
Yes,growing mj is "basically" just gardening, but growing top quality ANYTHING requires a fair amount of work and dedication to your crops.Whether its fruits, veggies,or buds.YES,I agree with you that I can cook a better burger at home.BUT I'm not raising the cow and butchering it,are you?Major players dominate a lot of "basic"industries. All McDonalds does is basically fry hamburgers.Starbucks simply brews coffee.Tim Hortons basically brews coffee/makes donuts.Papa John or Pizza Hut simply bakes mediocre pizza. All KFC does is fry chicken. The list goes on and on.You get my point. As far as you saying that mj retailers have sub-par products,I say those that do will not be in business for very long.Consumers will want, and will pay for quality products,AND the convenience that dispensaries provide.Developing a national brand is the "homerun" that TRTC is looking for and Derek has mentioned previously,IMO.He's shown he's not looking to be just a regional player,he's looking to be nationwide. That is why New Jersey expansion is next. It's not going to be just about growing the plants and producing quality buds,I think the IVXX brand becomes a big part of what TRTC is looking to become. That is why TRTC/BLUM needs to stay at the forefront and BE THE COMPANY that the others want to be.As for the black market, that will be for law enforcement to deal with. They'll have plenty of resources to deal with that ,as opposed to busting citizens for smoking a joint in the park.
Thanks for the summation,IP.I for one, appreciate you taking the time to post your thoughts surrounding TRTC and the industry in general.Good stuff. Some really great insight, keep on bringing it.Thanks again--Grizz
Hey,hey, hey now.I can't afford to buy any more if it keeps on going UP.WTF.The crew told me it would get down to 2.00. Dammit Jim,I'm a doctor, not a stock manipulator.
Not gonna happen til fed laws change,IMO.Congress has to grab the bull by the BALLS and make it happen first.TRTC will be first in line once that happens.Derek has the company in the right position, but the FED laws aren't.
I do not know the status of that.
Yeah I think I'm gonna need a bigger bag.Happy trails BidnessMan.
