Nobody said they would try to take over all the oil production in the world. The net effect is that a new competition would come into the market at a much lower price thus reducing the cost of oil in the market as the oil companies try to compete with the newcomer. It is a win situation for us. The big thing is will the oil companies try to buy out Joulle so they can squash the technology or will they try to steal the technology for themselves?
Whew! There for a minute I thought you were talking about a few posters here on this board! LOL
O.T. Excretes Liquid Hydrocarbons
I wouldn't expect an answer from them as ERHE has probably sent their elawyers after them to inact a gag order as they usually do when anything of consequence comes to light. I bet DK is monitoring this board and automatically puts the hit out as soon as he sniffs something positive is about to happen!
That report looks very much like a report we have seen before. Maybe they just recycle it. They never fail to mention the raid and the allegations of bribery. Someone definately is trying to push this down again. When was the placement? Wasn't it around this time?
looks like OVIAWE FRIDAY either sold or bought 85,000 shares (see bottom line):

We have enough dots to make a 16 mega pixle picture of an oil rig over our blocks showing a major blowout with elephants shooting out the spout! LOL
you cannot erase a friends info as you have to put in the email address and it has to be confirmed via email.
when you put in your name then the url is posted in your address bar. then right click to copy then go back to the page asking for the url and paste it in.

AC can you ask LP if he can confirm the oil and gas structures that were found in the JDZ that are mentioned in the Sinopec prospectus that Krom posted earlier? Are they found in three blocks or are they just three stuctures? Since Sinopec has mentioned it in their own prospectus then it should be ok for him to comment on it. Is there actual oil and gas found or is it condesate?
Thanks. S2R
I like this part:
Akpo, a big gas/condensate field in commercial production since early 2009, has a peak capacity target of 225,000 b/d. It is in OPL246, the most prospective deep-water block off West Africa, and has more than 1 bn barrels of recoverable condensate and 4 TCF of gas. Akpo is near the boundary of the Joint Development Zone (JDZ) set up by Nigeria and Sao Tome. It may extend into the JDZ. Its development has cost over $5 bn. Its partners in this are CNOOC, China's largest offshore oil firm (45%), the local firms Oando (30%) and South Atlantic Petroleum, NNPC and Petrobras (13%).
Sorry Ebbi, I did not see your post earlier.
There are several reasons Offor might not react to the letter:
1) Maybe he does not watch the sp daily
2) Maybe he cannot do anything except vote his shares when something is put before a vote
3) Maybe PN has something on him that could be very damaging to him thus he stays out of the daily business and lets PN run the show.
4) Maybe the board is receiving some Nigerian presents to let PN do whatever he wants.
These are all just conjecture and some wondering. Sure wish I knew what the real story was. Offor just has 5 million dollars invested in the company. That is a drop in the bucket for a billionaire. He probably just stays out of things and doesn't worry because he knows the company can't get sold without him and he is waiting for the production and is not in a big hurry. If he wanted the company to grow it would have plain and simple. Maybe PN should talk to the CEO of HDY to see how they did their private placement with Blackstone.
Personally, I feel BB has done an outstanding job of DD analysis and trying to put some sense in our confusing world of ERHE! I may not always agree with some of his points but I do appreciate his diligence in trying to get to the truth despite our companies smoke screens. Has anyone been right on this stock so far as to its real direction and purpose? No. Just a lot of supposition and assuming. The beauty of this board is the iggy button and maybe you should exercise your right to use it in his case. I have used all of mine up and it has made my reading experience here more tollerable. Perhaps you can achieve nirvana by doing the same!
Merry Christmas and a Happy and profitable New Year.
I think you just did! LOL Imagination is way greater than the spoken word!
Oily got those member marks at the front end of his merry-go-round ride and has milked it ever since. I think he may have dropped a few marks also. I would not even venture to say anyone is even listening to him anymore. He cried wolf too many times and now is the class clown. your other guy though seemed to prefer fly-by's and make unfounded statements. I take them with a grain of salt just like many others on this board.
Yes, it was just a flyby comment that Krom chose to latch onto and run with it. I think Krom is trying to get the sp lower to load the boat some more.
I'd be willing to bet HDY doesn't have the megladon sharks and ball busters that we have here on this stock. It is reacting like it should. Meanwhile we are doing our annual circle the bowl trick while getting naked shorted into oblivion.
OT: Just heard that my cousins 22 year old son was killed last night while driving home from a party. Please everyone enjoy the holidays safely and sober and give your kids a hug and tell them you love them! You never know when it will be your last chance.
If you ever wondered what Limbo felt like congradulations you have finally achieved it!
sounds good mark. good luck.
Good Luck. I tried reaching him via Chrome Services and Chrome Oil. No answer period. I believe he is unobtainable.
Better yet why doesn't he tell us what they found in the 11 sands they refuse to comment on?
Hello Mark. I think the real question people want answered is did they find oil/thermogenic gas in addition to the Biogenic Gas. How much did they find. Will the JDA give Sinopec another extension in March when they get stonewalled again? Is Total in talks to buy ERHE? Those would be good starters. Hope your sources don't throw you under the bus again.
but you forgot to factor in the cost of buying ERHE thus lowering their profit considerably!
If you are so smart tell us why they have taken 1 1/2 years analyzing Biogenic Gas! They did not say they did not find oil or thermogenic gas. Biogenic Gas is worthless so why take so long. Smoke screen getting thicker.
For years we have been asking about the directors putting some of their own money in the game and now they have. I see this is a real positive development! You think maybe they are expecting some good news between now and March 15?
Thanks!
I wouldn't call 15,000 ft depth a post hole. Also the five were drilled over a 6 month period not one month. It is what they are not telling us that is keeping the sp so low. They drilled thru 13 sands and only reported Bigenic Gas in 2 sands (Biogenic Gas is usually not found that those depths, it is usually found in shallow depths). They refuse to say what they found in those other 11 sands. They do admit hydrocarbons were found. That is what they are supposedly analyzing for 1 3/4 years! Sinopec has stated on their website oil was found in block 2 and it is commercial but ERHC Energy refuses to back that statement as they say the translation is incorrect! What a joke.
perhaps you can rephrase it to:
Sinopece has stated on their website that block 2 has oil and is commercial. Do you agree that it is an accurate statement? Since they are the operator and they have posted that information on their own website it should be ok to confirm that it is truthful and accurate.
has anyone here straight out asked Prazares if there was any thermogenic gas or oil found in any of the wells drilled in our blocks? Since Sinopec has stated that there was oil found in block 2 and is commercial on their website then he should be able to address that at least. Just asking.
not only just gas but worthless Biogenic gas. He refuses to say anything about thermogenic gas or oil.
according to one of Kroms earlier posts they have not left ERHC Energy. They still have them as a retained client. They said they are not Nomad yet because ERHC energy is not listed on Aim yet (Whatever that means). Still looks confusing to me.
:), you got that right! And TamTam I agree. I am still waiting their answer. Just trying to put the puzzle together. It looks like a picture is emerging but need confirmation first.
TamTam, Yes. here is the email reply she sent me (I underlined the word worked as it is very telling:
Thank you for your enquiry. I have forwarded this to the account executives who worked with ERHC and they will respond to you directly.

Still no word from Strand Hanson on whether or not ERHC Energy is still a client. If they are not then we have to take a look at all the puzzle pieces again.
1) Black Hole on info. Why? What is so double super secret?
2) Sinopec states on their own website block 2 is commercial.
3) Three holes are drilled in Block 4. Only 2 were originally scheduled. Why the third hole?
4) ToTal enters the JDZ and no one knows what was paid for the block. Has existing commercial structures 15 kilometers away in Akpo with pipeline and FPSO and drillships etc.
5) Consortium partners being mentioned several times from ERHC Energy etc.
6) Weird 10 million share private placement done at a big discount for no reason (except Strand Hanson now has us missing from their brochure. Was the placement their payoff?) Was the placement a shot across the bow to show potential suitors that we can hold out for commercial production?
7) JMC meets last week and they said progress is still ongoing but still will not give out info? Why?
Many other pieces to the puzzle. But the picture I am seeing (now that Strand Hanson has possibly left the picture) is that the Aim listing is no longer going to happen and that the company most likely has a deal working for either a buyout or a merger with a consortium company that may be getting put together as we speak. I think that Offor did not want to be constricted from selling for 1 year after the Aim went into effect. The Chinese have had a year and a half to analyze the 5 wells and have only acknowledged Biogenic Gas in 2 sands. What happened on the other 11 sands? I think the JDZ is a huge extension with the same chemistry of AKPO thus making it possibley a Gahwar size field and that their is going to be one big consortium set up to exploit it like was done on Saudi Aramaco. JMHO of course.
Here is DK's reply on the Nomad:
Mike:
I am not aware of any change of NOMAD in the AIM listing process.

Funny, I sent them the same message and got the same reply! LOL Still have not heard from the account manager.
I think we caught them with their pants down again and they are looking for spin control. BOHICA
Is the market gearing for a drop this morning? My LVII shows bid .18 and ask .205 in the mm listing.
