Let me say this ONE MORE TIME...the NUMBER 1 rated stock for 2018 by the OTC DOES NOT PROVIDE AUDITED FINANCIALS...nor does the #3 rated stock! Enough with the "unaudited financials"!

$IFXY Know what you DD So here it goes again; we do not have any debt, no toxic debt and dilutions (since we have no shares to free up even if we could)

$IFXY For your information, this week we had to increase the authorized common shares of the company so we could process the FINRA corporate action for the merger and the name change. Prior to that all the common shares, 90% of common shares, were in the float so the merger could not be possible since the company would need majority common to process the merger with FINRA. This was the main delay. After the merger is done, we will retire most of the authorized. Meanwhile, for those not familiar with SEC Rule 144, insiders basic hold for IFXY would be a min 1 year and max 1% of Holdings every quarter thereafter. So for this purpose, the increase of authorized is really meaningless since there exist no exemptions for anyone to free up the shares. I personally hold little shares.

So, regarding the made up revenues...I guess the last couple quarters when IFXY was running to a penny and IFXY was reporting NO REVENUES, they actually I guess made that up too? So, now they are showing revenues that are "made up" according to your DD...would lead me to believe the ZERO REVENUES the last 2Q's since I've been here were made! Please provide me the information so I can better understand why the revenues this Q are "made up" when they are generating revenues through two ICO's? It was stated somewhere that those were not going to happen either??? I believe they did happen and I believe they are generating significant revenues through those two ICO's. Please provide your source or link so I can better understand. I, also, believe they have staff...at least from some of the information I'm seeing including some of their day to day operations! Maybe you can identify for me where you know they don't have any employees??? I seem to have all the information about IFXY...just cannot find the information you are stating!

Interestingly, on the eve of IFXY releasing their financial statement for their best quarter in as long as I have been here, I am reflecting on how I got here. I was looking for a company that checked ALL the boxes for the hottest markets...cannabis, AI, IoT and blockchain. I found IFXY! They weren't into crypto at the time, but after understanding the market and the industry, I soon realized they needed to be in that space since traditional lenders/ banks were not funding medicinal cannabis. I soon realized through this forum that there were many here years prior and were scared by the anticipation of the market and development of the businesses in the market for many years prior to this industry finally emerging. For those still holding or those that just got into IFXY in the last 6 months, congratulations! Obviously, Sam Talari lost some friends trying to grow this business and keep it a live as the industry was still not as widely accepted as it is becoming on a global level. That's the nature of the beast and being an entrepreneur! It's funny how people claim Sam has 5 or 6 businesses when the President of the US has 500 in his name and many aren't solvent! The fact is that Sam has built his business units around this emerging and exploding market...cannabis and blockchain...brilliant! I am taking some personal pride, and it has nothing to do with the pps 2 months ago or 2 months from now, just knowing that in the next day or so, IFXY will release it's best financial quarter since I have been here and I found IFXY through research and just plain good old DD! IFXY is just getting started so I'm not going to waste much time admiring the work or patting all of us on the back who found IFXY through the same hard work and research! One thing is for sure, when IFXY keeps getting knocked down by all the baseless claims, they always come back...their work will continue to speak for itself! They don't need an endorsement from me!
