Yup, surprised we have not seen a bounce in IEVM PPS with the increase in oil prices...
Only reason we dipped is because oil tanked in q1. Everything is aligning for us at this point...
Oil is up, company is talking breakeven by year end... I see no reason to be this low still...
It's always nice to see the .06 and .08 on the ask side... It won't take much for us to hit those numbers...
Expecting a strong q2 report... Maybe that will do the trick for us! I will keep accumulating at these levels until then!
Another quiet day... Assuming l2 looks the same?
Thanks! I have another 500k at .0101..
Not showing at all this time on l2...
Happy Monday! How's l2 looking? I am definitely looking to pick up more shares at these levels!
Wow, that stinks man. I am in Tampa, Florida. The humidity here has been unbearable lately...
Stay hydrated!
No worries! Thanks! Hope you enjoyed your day off!
What's l2 look like right now?
Happens all the time. This stock is way undervalued due to the February oil crash to 25 bucks.
Should never have been this low...
Had a very positive talk with the IR contact yesterday! She reiterated that the company is still on track from year end breakeven or better.
Feeling very confident that we will all be sitting well very soon!
Based on reduced costs and new strategy in place the company only has to sell 130k gallons of excelyte a month to hit breakeven. They feel very confident they will be there by year end!
Based on my valuation that puts us around 30 cents.
The crazy thing is even at 130k a month we are still at less than 20% capacity in our current depots meaning the ceiling in way higher, especially as we add depots and enter new industries.
I am very excited about our future here.
I strongly suggest everyone reach out to her. Her contact information is on the bottom of the May 16 PR. She said they are working to start quarterly investor calls sometime this year which I think will drum up a lot of excitement!
How will your bid pay salaries?
Me either! Fairly confident they have people willing to take the infrastructure off their hands for a good deal... 25m minimum in my opinion... Likely closer to 100m...
The value of the infrastructure to a producer already in the field where the depots exist is astounding...
And that's just to an oil company... What if we divest the licensing for other applications such as agriculture and healthcare...
So many options... Even the bad ones are good at these prices...
I don't get it! I am really expecting good things shortly...
As we have discussed on here even in a buyout situation we will make money...
A buyout may limit is to 10-20x instead of 50x+, but profit is profit.
I feel at these levels we are so protected no matter the outcome...
Yup... Quite quickly... Surprised me!
Well he gave in! I'll take that deal!
Added 500k to my stash!
I will stand firm!
I think .012 is a fine deal, but I have enough shares, so I am a picky buyer right now. Just looking for great deals at this point.
If there is someone else looking to make an entry here or take a larger position .012 is a fantastic place to start!
That's my 500k bid at .0111. Hoping the ask drops to me. The size of the lot is big enough...
Bid moving up... How we looking on l2?
Thanks! So strange that my bid keeps showing as 10k...
Hoping we can get a PR soon to get an update to the first 5 weeks of q2. We have had another month of rising oil prices to attract more customers.
As Lavance said in the last PR customers were willing to straight to purchase order rather than a pilot phase.
Really curious where we are at...
Any input from anyone on the board?
How's l2 looking?
I still have to 500k bid at .0101...
Thin as usual... Oil markets are strengthening...
This is setting up nicely... Hope I can get some more cheap shares here!
How's l2 looking? I have the bid at .0111 for 300k...
Find it odd that the opening trade was 55000 at .0135 and skipped right over the .0134 that has been there for days...
Man, L2 sounds more and more like a crap shoot every day... Darn MMs still control the world...
Yeah, wonder why it would show that way...
Either way looks like we are coming off the low, so I will have to move my bid up I think...
Might have a few more weeks to test the penny, but with oil coming up I don't think it will be long before we get some good news here...
Odd that my bid at .0101 isn't showing for you again...
I have a 500k in there...
And it just changed again... That 73k has been moved all over today...
Bet they sell at the bid eventually...
Wow... Ask at only .0113... Only getting 73k... But that's a good deal!
What's l2 look like?
You always drop your bid and never actually let it get to you...
I am all about getting a good deal, but if you always lower your bid then how do you ever expect to get any shares?
I am a buyer right now. I have made plays everywhere between .0101 and .022. I will even buy more on the up with the right news.
The downside is priced in here. I don't see this stock getting any worse. Your only hope is a large shareholder who bails out with a market order.
A buyout would get us at least a nickel a share (minimum - likely a quarter or higher in my estimation). I just don't see how we lose here... If you want to make some money, you have to get in at some point...
Yup! I am feeling good! We should have some peak months here to keep IEVM good from a cash flow perspective!
This gives us more time to close longer term deals and gain market share. We have to convert these short term guys for the long haul.
And of course it gives the oil market more time to stabilize for the long term. Although we all like cheap gas, prices cannot stay this low forever...
I would have to think with the infrastructure we have built that we are at least worth that amount.
Probably worth way more to a producer who could take over our facilities and reap the benefits instantly if they already have wells where our facilities are.
I saw something a whole back that estimated around 250m (someone posted an article on this board), but that has likely taken a hit with the decline in oil prices...
I will be happy either way, but we are talking worst case scenarios here...
I still think we can make it on our own and have a PPS of a few bucks within a few years...
We just have to weather this oil price storm! It has presented a buying opportunity for us, so for that I am thankful!
Makes sense... I was just looking at breakeven from the operating costs that are quoted in the filings...
It looks like we are around 3m in operating costs...
At 2 bucks ppg for excelyte we need to sell 1.5m gallons (likely more because expenses will increase with sales).
The real tough part to nail down is how much product we can sell per well. I was originally banking on 500 gallons per month or 6000 per year, but stripper wells and lower producing wells need far less.
If all wells were high producing wells then breakeven could honestly come somewhere less than 400 wells, but if we assume a mixed bag of wells i am still guessing it is somewhere around 600 to 800 wells.
The bigger caveat is whether we have lowered our price point to gain market share. Based on the revenue figures from q1 it looks like we may have.
I am still very bullish... Even finish it means we are acquired...
Any estimates on market cap and PPS for an acquisition???
It doesn't change anything... Lavance said profitability by year end... That's what we are banking on...
Well count is pretty irrelevant... Also wells count is secondary to the output and thus maintenance/gallons needed for each well...
Some wells may need a few hundred gallons of excelyte a month where other could use more than a thousand...
Based on the well count/gallons Lavance stated from the first 5 weeks of the quarter it sounds like although we have fewer wells we are selling more product per well by a long shot...
How did you figure the 2000 wells for breakeven? I am estimating something way lower based on only 2.8m in annual costs now with the cost cutting measures.
I am thinking something closer to 800 wells...
This is assuming the previously mentioned ppg of excelyte of 2 dollars... Did they drop their price recently to capture market share?
Honestly the scariest part of this stock is oil prices. If we were up around 80+ dollars like we were for the early part of this decade IEVM likely would have grown quickly and be a few dollars a share by now.
In February we hit a low of 25 dollars a barrel on oil. We have recovered to 50 bucks a barrel now so things are looking better. Largely this is why our first quarter this year was so awful.
But, it appears Russia and the United States have permanently damaged OPECs price control abilities and we may never again see the oil prices of the past.
As a result our customer pool has dropped off, but in a market where price is more important than ever we should be in a good position by being the low cost provider and having a superior product.
It may also be time for the company to begin exploring the other industries where the product is also useful.
I truly don't see this as mismanagement by the company. It truly has been a series of unfortunate events that have delayed this company from taking off, but in the end we will all make some good money here.
Are you gonna get more now that it has dropped?
Did you sell all of your shares?
Well those are by far my cheapest shares... Happy to get more this cheap!
I'm happy! Figured if I would get them it would be Friday
Still got the rest of my gtc with 844k left sitting there!
Guess someone wanted out before the weekend! Only 165k but I will take them!
Just got 165k at .0101!
