In addition, I've never screamed how awesome Michlex is. I've noted that they have potential. You seem to be the one who is concerned about short-term price fluctuations, as evidenced by your attempts to prop up the price.
Whom are you referring to? You seem to be rather clueless as to what I have posted. I have made it very clear that IMHO, it will take a year or two for Michelex to fully 'mature' (to use a phrase of Saleem's). My posts have predominantly focused on what Michelex' mgt. needs to do for the long-run rather than clamoring for 'news' that will raise the price in the short-term.
Funny, you bought at, or above, the ask on Friday in an attempt to prop up the price. Also, take your condescending attitude and .0012 pennies and buy yourself a share.
It's obvious that the pressure is downward, the purchases at the ask have been of low volume both today and on Friday.
Harr, but you know the charts don't mean much of anything IF mgt. does not get its act together. Everything is predicated on mgt. running a functioning company. No news or bad news, and it sinks, good news and it goes up. Let's hope that mgt. has finally started to understand how a public company must be run.
LOL...Jackalopee...Is that you w/ the 911 share purchase at .0021
Hope you hit the lotto...
I still don't understand why you bumped the bid up and bought at .0014 when it was trading in the .0011 - .0012 range if you wanted to load in the triple zero's.
Unless we go another week or so w/ no news, or rumors of bad news, I don't see it hitting the triple zeros.
I think Michelex has great potential. I guess I'm not as sold on management doing the right things going forward as most here seem to be.
I don't think we get a big reversal to .0005 Looked like we might hit trips then buyer upped the bid to .0012 and then someone (you?) bought at .0014.
B/c the trades were for 5,911 shares, 5,000 and 10,911 shares
it would take till hell freezes over to load up w/ buys at that volume. Those trades were just an attempt to prop up the price. If they wanted to load up, they could have gotten hundreds of thousands of shares for much lower. JMO
LOL...people buying at .0016 and .0021 in order to prop up the price w/ 'signal' buys.
Looks like it will not hit trips today as it appears there are enouth buyers in the .0011 - .0014 range to keep it in the 00's
My guess is that the buys at .0014 have are attempts to prop up the price. Not sure why someone would do that given the current situation. Don't think it will matter....LOL...already another 300K at .0012 The person who bought at .0014 just wasted a few bucks for nothing.
I wonder if the UBSS bid at .0012 is an attempt to prop up the price or if someone is just trying to grab some shares.
If you believe Michelex will be successful and if you believe it will take a year or two for that to occur, the price in November of 2011 is irrelevant.* Thus, all the true believers should be hoping like crazy that it tanks into triple zeros so they can load up.
* In and of itself, the share price is irrelevant. The reason that the share price is so low (e.g., mismanagement) is not. However, most of those who post here seem to think mgt. will get its act together. If that is what they truly believe, they should be salivating over the though of picking up shares in the triple zeros.
Go for it...for those who believe, they should want it to tank so they can get cheap shares/average down.
Not sure why people would want to sell at these prices and although MM's are supposed to provide liquidity and make a market, they only seem to do that when they are providing shares to hedgies in order to short a stock.
Even w/out news I don't think it hits .0001 I hope it hits .10, but my guess is that if it does, it will not occur in 2011, and maybe not 2012. They've got a lot of work to do, hope you have a lot of patience.
The Bid/Ask L2 listings are 'incomplete' or 'preliminary' before 9:30 EST. Soon as 9:30 hits, they usually change.
Sure, IF Michelex management is competent. If not, one just might be averaging himself down a sink-hole.

Obviously, you do not have to agree with my assessment of what Michelex' management needs to do in order to increase the probability of long-term success and maximization of share price and market capitalization. However, if you are not satisfied with management's performance, let them know. Again, here is my quick take on the actions that management should take*:
1) Provide details of the corporate structure and the responsibilities of each organization and each principal executive.
2) Provide information regarding any outstanding debts.
3) Provide audited financials, filed w/ the SEC.
4) Provide a complete breakdown of the share-structure, including restricted shares, warrants, options, etc., along with an un-gagging of the TA.
5) Provide an overview of short-, intermediate- and long-term goals and the plans by which they hope to attain those goals.
6) Have a phone number that works and a process by which shareholders and potential investors can contact the company and receive timely and accurate responses.
7) Ensure timely filing of all appropriate forms w/ the SEC (e.g., Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, etc.) and adherence to SEC guidelines (which will make it easier to, hopefully, move from Pink to QX/QB to a listed exchange). Hopefully, this will be part of the goals/plans from #5 above.
When 1-7 are in the works, then we'd love to see an effective PR/Marketing campaign. However, a PR campaign that is not tied to 1 - 7 above is basically a pinky-momentum play.
* Information should be provided to all shareholders and potential investors via dissemination on the corporate website(s), not just given privately to certain investors.
If a family member,co-worker, friend, etc., came to you and asked you to 'invest' in their new business venture, you'd probably say something like, "Show me your business plans, market research, financial statements, contracts, etc.". Why should Michelex be held to a lower standard that what would be used with someone you actually know!
I believe it has had the STOP sign for quite awhile, but I could be mistaken. I know that I'm not mistaken when I note that mgt. has been derelict in their duties!
It's hard enough to get people to invest in 'good' pinks (e.g., 'current information'), let alone 'STOP' pinks. Of course, we are not really investing so much gambling.
I know I sound like a broken record, but mgt. has been derelict in regards to the most basic corporate functions of a PUBLICLY TRADED stock.
Spread closing...
If mgt. hires an IR/PR firm to solely put out 'mature news' and they do not do what is required to become a transparent company with a sound business plan that has the potential for profits and growth, we do the pinky roller-coaster. If they do what is necessary to position themselves as a company that has the goal, and requisite plans, to move beyond Pink-status, they will have loyal shareholders (and many new shareholders) and Michelex will have the real potential to be a very profitable investment for all involved.
Michelex management:
DO IT THE RIGHT WAY, AND EVERYONE PROSPERS!
In fact, they have been derelict in their duty to provide information regarding the status of company operations, plans, share-structure, etc.
Can they improve? Absolutely, as there's no place to go but up. Will they? Time will tell.
I seriously hope they understand that shareholders and potential investors do NOT want a slick PR campaign, at least we do not want a 'stand-alone' PR campaign. What we want, make that, what we NEED is:
1) Details of the corporate structure and the responsibilities of each organization and each principal executive.
2) Information regarding any outstanding debts.
3) Audited Financials, filed w/ the SEC.
4) Complete breakdown of the share-structure, including restricted shares, warrants, options, etc., along with an un-gagging of the TA.
5) Overview of short-, intermediate- and long-term goals and the plans by which they hope to attain those goals.
6) A phone number that works and a process by which shareholders and potential investors can contact the company and receive timely and accurate responses.
7) Timely filing of all appropriate forms w/ the SEC (e.g., Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, etc.) and adherence to SEC guidelines (which will make it easier to, hopefully, move from Pink to QX/QB to a listed exchange). Hopefully, this will be part of the goals/plans from #5 above.
When 1-7 are in the works, then we'd love to see an effective PR/Marketing campaign. However, a PR campaign that is not tied to 1 - 7 above is basically a pinky-momentum play. We want Michelex to be much more than just a typical pinky and if management wants to Michelex to be as profitable as possible, they should also want Michelex to be much more than a typical pinky.
JMHO...
No arguing that mgt. has done a pathetic job of letting shareholders and potential investors know what is going on.
?? What are you referring to?
1) Please buy.
Then
2) Please Sell.
TIA from the rest of us ;)
