We don't need danny the showman, we need danny the businessman.
I'm hoping for on time and no CC.
Down she goes, fast approaching the day's low. Maybe set a new one? Hard to tell with all this red. How low do you think she'll get today Doc?
You don't get to buy profitable companies for .002. The idea is to buy a company with potential and then profit as it is realized. You can buy a profitable company, take your pick, but you'll be paying considerably more for it and will lose the opportunity to make big money on a potential breakout.
It ends when the next one starts. ;)
Another brilliant buy! I wonder how far this will fall today?
Hopefully, I'm trying to get a fill!
paint jobs on the buys and sells both. Too close to the numbers for anyone to make a big move IMO. Nobody knows if danny is oging to pull a rabbit out of his hat or step in a turd with his target shoes. All we can do is wait.
.0014 is cheaper than .0022. Happy to help!
Buy high, sell low! Any more pro tips? lol
Funny. Every time I go to the liquor store, beer is on sale. I guess they're all going out of business, which is understandable since alcohol is such an over saturated market!
Sarcasm aside, beer will always be safe because it's something that people always want. Not everyone of course, could you imagine selling a product everyone wants? Something that's been around even longer than alcohol? How about clothes?
Shareholder interaction isn't exactly one of his strong points. I think it's best that he keeps his mouth and his ego out of it and let the numbers do the talking.
If the #s are bad, I'm out. Can get back in August or later and go for the next round. Totally agree on the buyout option, may be BRAV's best hope assuming there's an interested party.
And why would he? If he can't convert his own shares and he doesn't want to go back to dilution (would kill this stock IMO), why worry? He could make a statement, release a pr, but would it really help? Not unless it's something of substance. The question is whether he is waiting to announce something big, or if there is simply nothing to announce. Once the #s are out, we can see where the share price belongs. God willing, it's higher than where we sit now. GLTA
But what about the entertainment value? This stock is so exciting, I spend all of my free time here! GO CYIO!
That is just business, Nabbbs. Yes, he's been doing that for years and this is where we are. If that's all it took, we'd be flying high by now. danny does a lot, but it isn't enough. If wants to thrive, he needs to act like a REAL CEO and do the things necessary to bring this company forward.
We've heard this every year for the last 5 years. "This is the year!", but it never happens. Something BIG has to happen for this to be BRAVs year. What specifically do you think danny will do differently this year?
I agree, which is why I'm so supportive of the lack of PRs & CCs. Some people seem to feel they are necessary, so I thought I'd help them get their questions on the table. Assuming that's what they really wanted.
So in a theoretical Q&A, the key would be to ask what action has been taken on "x". This is all just fun of course, we know danny won't do it and this is why I'd rather him just come out and say something AFTER it's been done. In the meantime, I'd prefer to see what the numbers say and avoid danny's whole smoke and mirror dance. GLTA
Too true. We'd have to phrase the questions to avoid the forward looking statement trap.
Ok, to rephrase, what steps have been taken to actually complete the audit?
Maybe we could list some questions we'd like answered. We know he reads the board, maybe it could sway him. It may also allow some of the more seasoned Bravadians to answer some of the newer folks questions. How about we start with one apiece? We don't need a 55 questions to ask danny list.
My question:
1. Are there any plans on getting the numbers audited?
Would be nice, but I wouldn't count on it.
Totally agree. Lets see what the Q4 looks like and go from there.
Yup. I'll be the first to tell you that danny is the big problem with this company and IMO is the reason the price is where it is. The numbers will tell the real story and that's what I'm interested in.
People buy "failing" businesses all the time. You get the company (inventory, location, websites, members etc.) at a great price and make the changes you feel would make it successful. Or danny could just keep working at it until he gets it right. It is my opinion that money can be made here, but it's so exciting I can understand the entertainment value as well.
I thought the CCs themselves were problems. They never helped. It was just danny saying how the economy sucked and then listing plans for the future that never came to pass. Ultimately, they just further damaged his already shaky credibility. There is a chance he is quiet because something is brewing. If so, let's just hope it's something substantial and not another announcement to an announcement.
Please look up how a buyout works. Anyone looking to buy can do so at any time. Good to see you here on a Sunday, so very entertaining! GLTA
Found this site. LA leggings at $80 a pop! BRAV styles suddenly don't seem so silly! Maybe one of these places would be interested in a buyout. Can't get a better price than this!

It is both a blessing and a curse. Those who were/are looking for cheap shares have their chance. Unfortunately for those who bought in the 1-3 cent range, these are dark times. It's completely understandable that they'd be upset and continue to brood about, but I feel that the numbers will let us know what's really going on. For better or worse.
While it's true that revenues have dropped when we moved from adwords, the cost of getting that revenue has also dropped. If it made more sense to stick with adwords, I think we'd still use it. In this case, it seems like the bottom line is better without it. We will see for sure when the numbers come out. Let's just hope danny doesn't drop the ball by not getting them out on time. GLTA
The numbers are the only thing worth discussing IMO. We all know danny is a bit of a Dbag, the world is full of them. Maybe his ideas aren't the most original, maybe there are too many sources for leggings, skirts, etc. I don't think anyone here feels this business is revolutionary, the question is if it's viable. Market saturation? What about alcohol? Pretty easy to find just about everywhere, yet small privately owned liquor stores always have and always will exist and turn a profit. I don't think anyone here is waiting for this to get up to $20 or even $5, but if it can get to 5 cents, everyone would consider it a success. I'm not here to find the next google, I just want to make a little money. Considering what the company has going for it and it's current share price, you'd be a fool to lose money on it. Just my opinion. GLTA
Waiting on those numbers. No need for a q and a. As Pire mentioned, danny just spits out dozens of forward looking statements and doesn't actually follow through. Again, I think that if danny is doing his job, the numbers will tell the tale. We don't need to see anymore of his Mr. Hollywood act. Not sure why some here would want a Q&A, especially considering their mind is already made up one way or another.
lol, yeah, some big player made an exit! Can't wait for Friday! BRAV!!
This is how I viewed it as well. BRAV has plenty of typos, but this isn't one of them. GLTA #waitingfornumbers
Maybe on Friday?
Gonna ride this baby down to no bid!
increased revenues are good, combined with spending less to get them makes for a nice bottom line. Lets hope the numbers support danny's claims.
Waiting for the numbers to tell the real story. Go BRAV!
This is what BRAV needed IMO. Slow and steady growth based on low cost advertising and return clientele . No blind direction changes, d-list celebrity endorsements or ego stroking, non-airing commercials. No fluff, no hype, just business. As usual, danny talks a good game, but the numbers will show if he's actually on it. Revenues may not be as high as we've seen, but with the advertising costs significantly reduced, we may actually see greater profit. A healthy bottom line could bring this stock back to where it belongs, assuming danny keeps his eye on the ball. GLTA
