Another tweet from this morning.
$MDCN @MedicanInc is more stuff coming for $MDCN?
Replying to @EDSon_rowse
Yes, of course. There is a method to the madness
Tweet responses to me.
From Ken
If we have 60 acres with many caregivers, we could ask them each to pay no fees for a certain time period if they install greenhouses/structures permanently. We want to keep a part of the land without any greenhouses/structures to grow some strains in the spring/summer.
Another one
Every caregiver is allowed to have 5 patients that is alloted 12 plants
Another one
MDCN owns a stake in the dispensary not me!
My mistake Beer, it's spelled correctly. My apologies

I like to be accurate and I didn't see this before I spoke.
Ok, thanks. Check spelling.
I ask questions via Twitter regarding different PRs. I asked him today about the grow limit that Medmorized LLC. is allowed. I asked Paul first, the MA consultant and he referred me back to Ken.
I will get an answer one way or the other.
Who is going to call Medmorized? They should be open still and I am about DD.
I just got a tweet stating that he already has an Illinois dispensary D. It's in the PRs. I forgot about it.
Ok but I would be more taken back if he spelled his home state wrong.
Thanks, I read all of this already and you spelled Michigan wrong.
@Dj and M Fondue
I will inquire on both things right now.

Ken Williams, CEO of Medican Enterprises Inc. (MDCN:OTC), states,”in addition to owning supply from our Jamaican acquisition, we can immediately produce medical marijuana as I am a caregiver under the State of Michigan Medical Marijuana Program, which gives me the ability to cultivate marijuana plants. In addition, Medmorized LLC has appointed me as their caregiver which means that we can grow their limit of marijuana plants as well. Once hemp is legalized for commercial business in Michigan, we may change our focus.”
Updates will be forthcoming
Let the rest run right now. Have you ever seen a car spring compressed and under tension? That is what is going on right now with this stock. Catalysts and timing and release...
New strain, so am I. I think the official PRs will be interesting and if he has grown something that other companies might want, who knows where the pps will go?
Tweet in response to "The glue".
Yes, i'm glad. Wait until I announce the "glue" that will bind all of our holdings. This will be our true competive advantage.
Response to someone about the tweet above.
no, as the "glue" is a marijuana strain that I have been working on for years.
Tweet response at 7:17 am
Joe Cazz
How are we looking going into this week???? Should we keep our eyes peeled for any filings or PRs????
Ken
You should always keep your "eyes peeled" as the company now has more momentum than ever before in its history.
Yes, I saw that discussion yesterday. I think the fins/prs are going to make it really interesting soon.
I like Ken's response to your tweet.
sounds far fetched but we have more assets/production/progress than many marijuana companies out there.
Now that is a Tweet I missed and I am really glad you posted it here.
I have actually thought about that exact senario.
What about my response to him? ;)
Can't stop, won't stop on any punks complainings. Your post history is entertaining. Hey, that rhymns!
Glad to have you here Pat and on Twitter. I pay attention.
Why am I posting tweets to people here from Ken? You all should be letting your questions and answers be seen. Post them so they all of our new arrivals can see what is happening.
Question on Twitter
If/when industrial hemp legalization happens, does MDCN plan to grow high CBD hemp on that land? If so, do you plan to process and sell the CBD or sell the hemp raw and unprocessed?
The answer
We are looking at a few options. We can also grow medical marijuana.
This is some pretty nice stuff to read, do you not agree?
Are you not entertained??!!
Couldn't resist "The Gladiator" quote, lol

Thanks for your loyalty. https://t.co/zFGAE1GyCR
I posted the Tweets I found this morning. Please feel free to get on Twitter and ask Ken that question.
Morning Tweets
1. We have no plans for a reverse split in the forseeable future for EGOH or MDCN.
2. We have plans and are working on PRs via official wires. In terms of the company diluting shares, the company HAS NOT issued shares to any funding groups.
3. What type financing will you use for these land purchases?
Convertible debt that I hope to cancel with cash flow.
Tweet regarding (Financials)
2016 has been completed and 2017 is three quarters completed.
I have at least one tweet for you all this morning.
As of December 31, 2017, and December 31, 2016, the issued and outstanding is 5,536,941,030
That is straight from Ken to someone on Twitter.
Thanks for weighing in Scott.
I am a Medican share holder. I have seen several people make posts regarding this stock taking off if or when certain catalysts come into play.
Does anyone want to hypothesize on short, mid and long term price projections for the stock given all of the positive speculation? I'm curious to hear from some of the more popular IHub folks that have joined us recently.
And this is who they are. Pick a Google search result. I'm not exactly sure how current their holding is but I'd guess it is current since they are market makers. https://www.google.com/search?q=kcg+Americas&oq=kcg+Americas&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i60j0l3.17177j1j7&client=ms-android-blu&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8
I came across this on Google. If anybody wants to dig with me while we wait for updates, I think it's a good way to pass the time.

You're welcome, nm
That's a good question, I'm not sure. Someone with more education than me on financials proposed that solution to him. I do however tweet Ken everyday now. He said he wants a billion dollar market cap. I'm ok with that if it happens. Makes the upcoming PRs seem interesting if he is looking at the company like that.
Tweets regarding the company.
This strategy? "The better approach to litigation is to take steps now to restructure your company, remediating the debt via new equity classes, and position your company to attract more conventional, long term capital." Seems most logical if it doesn't include a R/S of commons.
Ken's reply
Also, another strategy that the m&a consultant has cooked up is that we added a poison pill in case any of these past financiers play dirty. One has a default judgement against us but we were never served. We contacted them and no response whatsoever. Very sleazy way to operate
@MedicanInc Hi Ken, Do you have an official PR that you put out for the Zennabis deal not going through? Thanks again, Mike
Mike, no. The disclosure statement that will be posted will show our current projects/assets.
Here are your morning tweets.
https://twitter.com/MedicanInc/status/1035526327263285248?s=19
The Tweet I received earlier today regarding the Zennabis deal.
No, the deal is dead due to non-performance/non-payment by MDCN. This is the reason that I now only sign deals where MDCN gets an asset immediately. The company lost millions of dollars on the former. I trusted unqualified consultants/advisors at that so I am solely to blame.
Yes, I'll ask him.
