Actually CBD is endorsed by the FDA as an accompaniment to IV during select surgery.
The idea of cannbidiol being legal more and more each day isn't as appealing/exciting yet as cannabis legalization. Cannabidiol being approved as medicine by the FDA would help, yeah and the financials here..,,
Yesterday's news was pretty damn good....see what happens next week.
I like these leafly write ups because they're usually unbiased and best. This one sums up everything that can be found out there, that I see anyway.
He did rule against a dispensary in a case a couple years ago but went on to point the conundrum between state and federal laws, especially the tax hang ups. So I guess that can be taken as what it is. Could be good or bad, maybe good.
Gorsuch just confirmed- many say he's very anti pro marijuana.
Until*
sheesh, sometimes you just can't escape autocorrect.
Didn't even notice that news out u till now- pretty darn good.
I agree fully. And much of what I've learned about the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA trading biotechs and drug companies is dusting. I'm not at all saying cannabis shouldn't be federally legal I just don't see it happening soon, and if it does I'll bet there will be all kinds of restrictions. Certain potency guidelines....only certain products...etc, etc...too much of an issue- much so much easier to keep it state by state, or at least just a few states....I don't know...neither do they- that's the problem.
Those states make some good wine too, but no state in the US beats California wine. and anyone whose ever tried it knows CA weed is hands down the best.
Not only that, California has many stains that are only for now sold here and only grown here, blackout, OG Kush and its variations, Cali Gold, orange, and purples...the list truly goes on....not to mention cross breeds...these are the strongest and best strains out there....Californias been doing it for ages.
Oh, I'm holding my shares, but I own no shares in anything recreational. I fully agree and you see it, yes, politicians are a breed of their own. But these don't care what the ppl think or what's best for people, imo.
good luck to you also.
Not only that, but I feel that eventually California will supply our country with weed, they already are growing and buying dispensaries in other states.
As much as I feel Trump would like California approval, I don't think he's getting it. And I don't see him wanting to make California richer and more powerful because that would also give California more power against him.
They like money yes, who doesn't, but they are already filthy rich. They see cannabis as a drug, a drug that's as bad as heroin, they have a 1950 mindset.
Not only that, but as I've said before there are no countries that I know of that HAVE legalized recreational in a federal level. It's just about the U.S, legalizing on a federal level would involve NATO and acceptance for other countries etc. I don't see it happening- of it didn't happen under Obama- I really don't think it's happening under this crew.
What about the states that don't want recreational or medical legal in their states? There are still plenty of those.
Sorry, to those who disagree, but I see the trump admin as a major step backwards.
That's a pipe dream- trump (and crew) love to hate. I could see them not legalizing cannabis federally just to piss people off- really it's that simple- ppl need to open their eyes!
Stem cell research- not sure if ppl know how big it is. I've been reason in the news they're turning spinach leaves into actual beating hearts using stem cells.
Next step research on ways to make other organs for transplant. This is big stuff here!
You too, and thanks!
Gonna be a good year I have a feeling.
For that reason MJNA has multiple catalysts. Federally legal happens- this company has that covered. It doesn't happen, this company has that covered too.
That's my opinion anyway.
I believe California will keep acquiring land and brick and mortar to grow and sell California weed throughout the United States., and probably other countries. MJNA has already said when the time is right they will start offering THC products. Smart move, I like my weed money here.
I don't fully trust anything associated with the OTC, my thoughts are- it's a better catalyst to do the whole 'will red gain federal approval' thing. Easier to do that if companies like MJNA are painting in a bad light.
People can go ahead and paint them that way. I'll just keep adding shares.
That's why I've been so quiet lately. Also, anyone wants to play the rec federally legal thing with this clan of very unpredictable, spiteful republicans that are in office- that's just dumb to me. Even if that group wasn't in office- market far too saturated for any money in rec, all privately held too because of its (cannabis) been illegal for so long.
I've been setting a low too, not filled yet, missed the other time. Thought you were just joking, haha. But yeah, hopefully ppl have some by now. Those earnings should be coming soon.
I analyze with doubt before I readily believe anything.
All in the span of two weeks the company goes from being the next GWPH to having a stop sign on OTCmarkets. Something doesn't make sense to me about that.
As far as the trading goes- we should all be used to that. Besides, this sector is lagging entirely in my opinion.
And as far as hypocrisy goes MLC&? Really? The company that a couple years ago came out and admitted they were a blatant scam?
From your posts you seem to be on the rec side of things...so your posts here....I see why....
I don't think there's any need to worry about a stop sign here with MJNA- I think there's a little too much going on with this company for them to have something so ridiculous grind things to a halt- for all we know that sign could be the result of an angry investor that lost money because of a bad trade and complained- could be hate- could be anything.
Does that ever stop you from buying? I bet if I went through your posts there'd be a couple tickers in there that would make you look like a hypocrite? No?
Maybe even touch 14, but again- hurt a guess.
Quick pop over 13 tomorrow in my opinion, but I wasn't watching today. I didn't even get out of bed for the day until 10:30.
I'm just going by EOD electric ticker tape.
'States could sell marijuana grown in. CA greenhouses'
'Eventually real estate will look for cheaper grow space'

More eyes coming to the CBD arena- people are getting interested http://www.latimes.com/local/abcarian/la-me-abcarian-cbd-20170402-story.html
Too much buying into EOD Friday for that to be at all true imo
Yeah, I read about that lawsuit. I say good, they deserve to be sued. Glad to hear you took action too.
The FDA also is casting a very dark spot in my mind. It's obvious it's just easier and makes for an easy monopoly for them to just not let cannabis become fully accepted.
They're saying they can't find any medicinal properties in marijuana BUT they're making synthetics from its composition, okay, because that makes sense. Interesting turn of events, although not like this wasn't seen as a possible outcome, so far.
The clinical trial for AXIM date for wrap up of the study I believe is 8/2018.
AXIM has more than one product they're focusing on now though, at least that's what the latest press release said. A competitor for Marinol, a natural version.
Actually thinking about it- these companies like Insys could be one of the strongest reasons THC isn't federally legal....if you think about it.
Besides- what if natural marijuana eventually does go federally legal? AXIM has a product either way.
Cannabis gums are the top edible as of last year- I don't imagine that has changed in a few months.
People, and companies like Insys repeating the same old bull are only good for companies like MJNA and AXIM. What's gonna happen and where will people turn when kids start snorting these new fake THC pills, or the first OD?
AXIM is already trading higher than that POS Insys anyway, as it should be. Not sure people will easily get over insys lying and paying doctors to prescribe their opiates to people that didn't truly need them just to make a buck. People are sick of having their lives ruined.
AXIM and MJNA are the change people are looking for, most folks just don't know these (AXIM,MJNA) companies are out there right now.
This is perfect place perfect time, imo.
All the more reason to load up on MJNA and AXIM. It will take people a while to realize why natural CBD and THC are much better.
The FDA will be a problem Im sure, because they don't give a F about anyone/thing but their wallets. But people are sick of their lab drugs the country over.
When AXIM (and I believe it will) does get an approval on one of their products it'll be the strongest natural cannabis bio out there imo. MJNA also....just a matter of time.
Up she goes!
Haha, yes very nice!
Price breaking up .093831 etc..doubt it holds these levels.
