Yes they can, but when I first bought the stock was back in December 2004. But I did not purchase all at once. Once I became more educated with the stock as time I went then I made my decisions from there.

I disagree or I could be wrong in answering your remark.

If I owned GZFX I would want the PRs, I want my investors to know we are making strides. This builds confidence in the investor and attracts other investors as well.

This also increases the wealth of the company to do more things, such as acquistions, DCs, other agreements with retail stores such as Target, Wal-Mart etc.

Thats why companies go public to build capital no other reason. They want to grow and make money for us and GZFX.

For them not to care about a PR is insane. They know the investors need to be informed about this CC deal. Look what happened when they announced the pilot.

The only thing or things I can think of is the CC and AAFES deal.

Looking at last year's sub count and the way GZFX is not advertising this does not warrant opening more DCs.

Also in amendmant to pilot extension which was not in first agreement, mention of The Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002,this is why maybe we have seen SEC filings, just FYI, here are the major provisions include:

Accelerated reporting of trades by insiders

Criminal and civil penalties for violations of securities law

This from the pilot agreement, read this below, has there been changes to other pilot stores? new placement of material? Changes in ad? Strategic locations of marketing materials? This below states every month they will review and see what new or changes to make to bring in more business.:

F. Monthly Business Reviews. The Parties agree to conduct monthly
business reviews during the Pilot Program (or the National Rollout)
to discuss operational issues and innovative solutions for issues
impacting the Pilot Program (or the National Rollout). At a minimum,
the Parties should continually strive to consider: (i) proposals for
gaining sustainable competitive advantage; and (ii) opportunities to
drive growth and best practices for the Pilot Program (or the
National Rollout). All plans for business opportunity growth and
best practices shall constitute "Confidential Information" under the
terms of Section J of this Agreement.

Something I noticed on the pilot extension.

The dates on the names of both parties, Chip Gallents is 12/22/05 and Clif Denney is 12/28/05, does this tell us that GZFX initiated the extension of the pilot program? Maybe to have the site ready etc? look at the dates below their names.

Just 2 cents? I will not be happy with that. This moved to .025 on the pilot alone. If this is a concrete deal this PPS has to go higher no ifs, ands, or buts. I want to see a jump to .06 to .10. In my opinion.

I just wished I could read the charts better. I am still an amateur. But I have come to understand alot about the market being on this GZFX board.

By the way is there any really good books or websites to learn or to get started understanding charts and markets?

I do have a basic understanding but I am no way and advanced trader.

I know one thing for sure is that GZFX has the potential to become a successful business.

I have the service and will admit in the beginning it was slow but it has definitely changed over the past months, the service has been alot better.

You really sound unhappy with your subscription and I can understand, you should contact customer service via telephone, email etc.

I have contacted via email and they always replied to my questions.

Also remember in the interview they are in growth mode.

This happens with new businesses you fall you get back up. How do you expect to learn? You learn from your mistakes.

Success does not happen over night. You hear about all the deals that GZFX is working on, AAFES, CC, new website etc, these projects or deals take time.
