It's the AGC building which has office space, but doesn't hurt to check it out. http://www.cbre.us/o/seattle/properties/agc-building/Pages/the-agc-building.aspx
I noticed sharebuilder had that restriction too (I tried firing up an account there to avoid waiting 3days to get money into my Scott trade account, plus this was before I realized the ridiculous amount of extra charge they had on penny stocks, screw that!). Just goes to show how many folks may be held back on playing this stock at the moment and should add fuel to the fire when the restrictions are lifted.
On vacation on phone, not gonna dig right now.
Registers in MI. Non-MJ stuff have been being shipped from NY. The MJ stuff will be made at Kush. NY is not a Medi state so the incorp is in MI instead. This all came up months ago ( with the Kush partnership being stated later to note where that was coming from).
They are registered in MI since its one of the medical MJ states, all common knowledge to those who have been around a while.
Analogy is how cruise ships register in other countries to take advantage of favorable policies.
Your posts are the only SCAM being attempted here troll. You are a joke.
Good luck with that here. No one is selling prior to S1 at this stage and drops just make loading more appealing to those here, not the other way around.
I did find your comment that NOT cashing a potential drop and instead just holding steady was being GREEDY though to be delightfully hilarious.
Yeah where were those earlier for me? ;)
Time flys when you are tired I guess!
Just wish I had these funds 2weeks ago when I picked up a block at .0456, would have been sweet right now! I am strapped in for the ride now...
That was me. That actually averaged up my position (its not huge) but wanted more skin in the game.
I may. I'm finally on top. Whats the L2 after the 5k on the ask? I wanted a bit more than that.
Ah, yeah I was. It finally filled so its all good.
Not seeing my bids showing up... its higher than what is being displayed.
I am still waiting for mine to be filled, my MM isn't doing his job today on both this and another stock. I have orders over the bids and in this case over the ask and nothing is being reflected.
That certainly is a real factor. You can't even buy the stock with some trading platforms, I know on sharebuilder you can't for instance. My funds are locked up until tomorrow, hoping this isn't running away by then... Though it put a smile on my face when I logged in this morning and saw the change in my account caused by the gtrq shares I currently have.
Get what you need/want, no worries. Wish I could have lined up powder sooner but hey that's life.
Damn. I finally got some cash into my account but its locked up for 3days, guess we'll see where things are then.
And here come the tantrums again...
Its priced like an 1/8th. Which is ~4 average sized joints. However only the habitual users would be able to sit down and smoke a full joint, stuff is strong these days (its not mexi seeds and stems). Casual folks are smoking one-hits and stuff. It may not be sized for a single dose but if it isn't its gonna melt some folks who may treat it that way... Who knows, need details, just speculating.
And stocking away 5000, 50000, etc. would all be good too.
The entire point was that a 500share transaction on a .08 stock seemed fairly low unless that is all the buyer could muster in entirety. To me it makes no sense though if it was part of someone accumulating in general.
It does seem high in my mind (no phun intended). I'm not sure what the cost on edibles is off hand but I do know an ounce of quality weed in the medical shops in CO tends to run $125-200. The recreational shops have extra taxes so its more there. An ounce is going to last most folks a good while. Then again one bottle of this stuff might make for more than 1 serving for folks w/o a huge tolerance.
Yes if you bought/sold at those numbers you'd technically make $400 and change. But hardly seems worth the commission though unless you only have $50 to go in with which was my point. 500shares at .08 with commission is effectually more like .096 so assuming one was buying more that just 500 it would likely make sense to get it all in one transaction even if it was slightly higher per share. I just didn't seen the temptation for a 500share transaction unless that was all someone could do.
Hell who buys it for that matter. Way to much commission versus the purchase.
Sshhh let it walk down for those of use that want more. ;) Boom time will come either way.
Whats the L2 looking like on bid? Are you driving the price up on yourself of is there a chase going on?
Overall considering this isn't a PR pumped stock its pretty surprising we were in the 4s last friday verse 8s now.
Which is a bummer, I couldn't free up more to load up more earlier in the week. :( Well good news is I'm averaged down to right around .08 so at least its green for me from here, just wish I had a bigger slice.
I could have sworn originally over in Kirkland but currently the site says: 1200 Westlake Avenue N.; Seattle, WA 98109 That restaurant is on the first floor of a ~10 story building. I'm familiar with the area (lived there for 8yrs).
Still crying about pizza? Yawn, you're a tired broken record...
That is what I did friday to get my mid 4 order, the bid was .004 and the ask was mid 4s, I didn't want to mess around and wanted it filled.
The bit buy buying pressure the folks here did may have spiked it slightly since a ton of folks aren't selling. Looks like its back down into the 5s, did you get some more? I'm still tied up...
I picked up 15k of mid 4s earlier in the week, tiny play I know but I didn't have much free in the account. Waiting/hoping some other stuff frees up in the next few days, I'd like to add more.
You're upset he's not catering to your timeline to flip some shares. Who's delusional?
I was happy to pick up some mid 4s Friday with what I was able to free up. Ideally I'll have some more available later in the week, hoping there are some folks unloading cheap still then... That 100k bid at .005 would have gotten slapped on friday, today no bites so far.
I'd agree, but I don't mind the lag/walk down because its giving me a chance to add/average down in the short term and I'm hoping this one will be a more stable LONG play. I'm a smaller player but ditched a couple other piddly holdings to add on a bit more today at these prices, averaged down to .08
If this holds a few more weeks or walks down more I "should" be able free up some larger value shares to add moderately and I'll walk away from my account for a while to wait for things happen.
Anyone else tired of the whiny posts? Stop throwing tantrums like children. If you have something useful/insightful to post go for it! The current drivel is old. We don't care. As soon as I free up another position (hopefully soon) I'll be adding on more.
Plastic containers DO NOT seal off the smell of actual buds from dogs. However the extraction use to make this product may completely remove the odor aspects that dogs trigger off, no clue on that.
Private parties can not legally transport any products outside state lines to the best of my knowledge. Denver airport is a weed restricted zone for instance. Not sure if they have tighter scrutiny with drug dogs, etc. I would imagine they might as they don't want the federal heat for allowing drugs to leave the state. That's one of the warning points the feds have laid out in what they'll tolerate verse crack down on.
There was some incorrect basis for that assumption at least verse complete lies folks like to tell. Currently for the buds themselves the dispensaries have to have their own grow operation (that's how it was under medical as well). They are opening that up though, October if I recall right.
Someone else pointed out it didn't apply to edibles which makes sense because it would be entirely practical for operations to make their own.

Current CO laws have dispensaries coupled to grow operations, the same way it was under the medical only way. But that is just this phase of the change. I believe its in October that they allow the dispensaries to decouple from the grow operation. There will then be a wholesale marketplace where the growers can sell to any of the store fronts.
Mind you that is for the buds. I'm not sure how edibles have been handled to date, each and every grow op isn't likely making their own but perhaps they have to supply the raw product to a producer making product for them??? That part I'm unclear on off hand.
