The SEC proclaimed CAVEAT EMPTOR as far as pot stocks are concerned after the initial run, thereby ( maybe ) washing their hands concerning the subsequent carnage. I'm sure you have an open mind, does this not make sense? I'm sure they are very busy in the real world, and that is why 1 out of 10,000 can make money ( as a shareholder or CEO in the pinks). This is the first time I have ever owned a million or so of anything. I bought high as a result of talking to someone who scored on the initial BOOM. At that time I opened my first retail account. Needless to say I lost almost all that I could afford on this MJ ticker and others. Since then I've spent many hours trying (with some success) to figure out the OTC. I went through the Chris thing which sucked. I'm going through the FIT?, thing the FFF? thing and a couple other WTF'S, but w/ all that I can't see anything bad about James. His silence confounds you. The way I do business is not to speak unless I know the facts. I do see progress emanating, but not in the way you I and the duk would like to see. As I stated before nobody can call this a pump & dump cause there ain't no pump! Last week somebody bought 42 mil shares.The cool thing is this a part of my IRA, so I still have 5 years to play w/ this stock or soon to be shell. I'm here to discuss not to be lectured.

This is a good sign. Awhile back I left this open on my browser. About an hour later I heard someone talking. When I opened that page I saw someone playing with some equipment, speaking to another person by mic. I'm pretty sure they were doing broadcast tests.

I guess you can't label UTRM as a pump and dump as there is no pump. I see this as a positive sign. I agree James is focused on his business plan versus PPS. If yesterdays 41m play is to be factored the PPS will take care of themselves. IMO

Could be the MM's are manipulating by taking the stock down to scoop up shares from stop loss orders in the 160 - 180 range. IMO
