I did a search for VaporVite, and Yahoo, along with bringing up some results, suggested "Vaporites" as well. I checked it out. It's not our company, but I found it very interesting that on this page, this company sells a vaporizer similar to the one our company is selling, for about $120 retail. At $89, FRTD's unit comes in at a fair price, allowing a 25% markup to be at the same price retail as the competitor. Here's the site address, highlight it with your mouse, right click and select "open link in new tab". And by the way, besides the unit for $120, this company also has another one for about $150 that's also about the same size.

As far as retail markups, I used to work in a drug store when I was a kid back in the 70's as a stock clerk. I learned that this particular store marked up there overall stock by about 30% above wholesale. But they were also a market in a more well-to-do neighborhood. So I think 25% is about right. It will be much better for the retailer to extend the order for the extra $10 discount.
And it's a $60 markup, but once you figure in the cost of overhead, shipping, receiving, salaries, etc, then once in full production, the net capital gain on a company of FRTD's size should get them about 15-20% of the sale cost, or $13-$18 which ain't bad! That's using the infamous WAG formula and is only my opinion.
Excellent read. I've copied them to a word document and will keep it on the center of my desk top. I plan to read it every day and then work out a concise version for myself. And if you need a push to continue your authorship... well I'm doing so now.
You really hit home.
Thanks much,
Russ
Is there a list of current shell companies on line anywhere? If not, could you turn me on to your data source? I'd be much obliged. TIA

@ Schap, and the rest... Thanks, several came back and said those too! @ Taconacho. Yes, QBID! Thanks for reminding me. That was what, about 13 – 14 years ago? I hope you did well on that one. @doubleupfollowme, Thanks. So all I had to do was ask them? Those A-holes! Why didn’t they tell me that? And come to think of it, I think I read someone on the Mona board say that to that affect back on that Wednesday. I remember another poster saying “Shhhhhhhh, don’t tell anyone!” or something like that! LOL.
@ RidkNagra!!!! Beer just came out my nose!!! Thanks!! I needed a good laugh out loud!!
So yea, all you folks should follow me just so you know what NOT to buy! But really, things are looking up. I've changed my ways. I've giving up the old "buy high, sell low" strategy. Recently I had a stock double on me!! Hey, how about that? I sold half of it and doubled my original position on the next dip (FR!D). Also, I moved a few things around and got in M!NE yesterday, though I'm a little skeptical about Monday. If I can get a decent gain on either of those to justify selling some, then I'll be over here if there's a decent pullback. Here's to a Monday gapper for you folks.
Have a great weekend!!
A short story, good for a lazy day: It's been 15 years since I heavily traded stocks-- Or traded stocks at all for that matter. I quit after letting too many prize catches get away. The worst was a sub penny stock, a Gay/Lesbian TV network that was trading @ .0001 - .0002. I picked up 5 million shares and waited patiently. I sat on the damn thing for 9 months.
Now it was nearing the end of my trading career. I was looking through my portfolio, if you could call it that. It seemed like everything I bought went down, and everything I passed on went up. Some of my holdings I'd held so long, if sold, would not have even covered the broker fees they'd tanked so much. So it was with a deep sigh of despair when I decided I was just tired of looking at that particular stock symbol, there, in my portfolio, as it seemed to remind me every day of what a mistake I'd made. So I dumped it. Took a 50% loss.
One week later; BAM! the thing explodes -- up 500%. A couple days later BAM! up another 1000%. Within 2 weeks it was trading over 2 cents!! Had I held it I could have sold for over $125,000!
Well that was it. I was through-- until about 3 weeks ago.
Last year a friend told me about FNMA. I decided what the heck. My business was doing well, I was about to retire anyway and had a little scratch that I could "invest". I put a stake on Fanny from my Wells Fargo account and sold it about 6 months later for a decent gain. I was happy. I put the principal back into my bank account and decided to re-supply my regular brokerage account with the profits. That's one thing you never want to do is trade penny stocks with a Wells Fargo account, their commissions for penny stocks are insane.
So I was going to get back into the penny market on Wednesday, April 2nd. I had the day before off and so when Tuesday came, I spent the day getting accustomed to my broker's website and trading tools. It was cool. I put together some stock screens, did a few searches, refined the screens and so forth, and up comes MONA.
I looked it over. I looked it over along with a number of others stocks. I put MONA on the top of my list to buy when my funds became available for trading the following day.
Wednesday morning came. I put in a small order and it was refused. wtf?? I tried it again. Again, the same thing. I called my broker, Ameritrade. "There's a chill order on this symbol." "A chill order? What's that?"
He explained it. Said their company couldn't trade it. "But there are millions of shares being traded as we speak? How come you can't trade it?"
His reply was basically: "We're looking out for our clients interest sir."
I hung up the phone. tried another one of my picks, same thing, chill order. Finally I made a few purchases, was happy a little, but still frustrated.
So I think to myself yesterday: "Well my portfolio value is only down about a third from 2 weeks ago, I guess that's not too bad... Seems just like old times... Hey, I wonder how MONA's doing?"
I tell you, it's the story of my life. The one stock that would have doubled the entire value of my account was the one I couldn't get. I swear that seems to be the story of my life, but it's a story I'm determined to change.
Good luck to you guys, if you get any good tips like MONA again, please take a little pity on a poor old fool such as myself and pass them along? I could use a little sunshine. Have a great day and congrats on an exceptionally good stock pick. And also, how is it that you all were able to buy this when I could not? Which broker do you use? TIA, have a great Easter and All the best to you.

@ TheWizard... DJCNews. The head line read: "Super Stock Profits Top Five Small Cap Focus List:" IT was released on the PRNewswire at 11:25. It came up on my TD Ameritrade just when MINE started to take off almost an hour ago. Sorry for my ignorance, but what do the letters "GD SH" stand for? Thanks. I would have posted the entire article but I couldn't copy and past it; I had to type it, so I just typed in what was said about MINE in my earlier post. I looked over the last 200 posts or so to see if anyone else had posted it; didn't see it so thought I'd share it. Thanks for your interest.
MINE mentioned in NEWS just moments ago. Hit my TD screen a few minutes ago which started the spike. See my last post (129574)

Mr. Reiter, WolfofWeedStreet's COO, mentions FRTD on interview. Here's the header included on the site with the video:
"In this episode of The Cannabusiness Report, Fusion's chief cannabis correspondent, Ryan Nerz, talks to Amir Reiter, a representative of the mysterious "Wolf of Weed Street." The Wolf of Weed Street is both a website and a human being, and both entities specialize in evaluating the value of stocks from marijuana-oriented companies. The Wolf himself wishes to maintain his (or her) anonymity, but Mr. Reiter operates as his spokesman and chief operating officer. Nerz asks Reiter some pointed questions, including whether we're experiencing a weed-stock bubble, and what will happen to pot stocks if the next presidential administration cracks down on marijuana."

FRTD is mentioned at about 4:16 into the clip. Unfortunately, Mr. Reiter was not given a chance to elaborate on the company like he did with the previous one mentioned, but due to his enthusiasm I'd venture to say that he might be at least part of the end of day buying that we've been experiencing these last couple of days; along with our supporters here.
@ SkySoldier82d Yes! Thanks much eom.
News on 3/31 made mention of a conference call to be held the week of 4/14. Has it happened yet? Is that the reason for the price turn around? If it hasn't, does anyone know when it will? BTW, great recovery. Green roads ahead. I'll be in tomorrow. TIA
It's true, I have TD Am and no sign of news at all. If I hadn't been screening stocks last week I would have never gotten a clue about this stock. Once I found it, I looked it up on "Canada Stock Watch" and they news was there. Since then I've been reading all the posts here and have been verifying the Twitter posts by subscribing to their Twitter feed.
The graph trend at the moment, the way I read it, lends me to speculate we could see .0004; maybe tomorrow or the next day; due to the way so many other graphs like this have acted. But also, I didn't want to miss out on what, in my opinion, is a good opportunity. So I picked up some today and will add some more in a day or two, probably Thursday, in the hopes that I'll be able to pick some up at a better price. Remember, the market will be closed this Friday. Good luck and have a great weekend.

Looking better; buys are coming in. WE're pusihin' .018. Anyone else think it's safe to get back into the pool? Crossed .0183! here we go!!
@ Buffalo2222. Sorry for the late reply. Thanks very much for the data. I can hold out for that long and may add to my position if I get "lucky" in other arenas. All the best.
Dmi looked like it was recovering. + was over 60, - at 20 with an average nearing 25. Now it's reversing. Just when you think it's over...
Yea, I spotted it too. Graph flattened out and trend should reverse. And I just put my money where my comments are. Closed 3 other positions to double my existing position here.
Thanks!! EOM
Thanks very much for your post, that's good to hear. Some folks won't even answer the phone so your post was a good indication. I haven't been reading every post here, that would take too much time. However one poster a couple weeks or so ago said that he had called the radio station that had the broadcast, and was told that they (the radio station) would follow up the following week either Tuesday or Thursday (last week). Was there any indication when they would be publicly commenting on new developments?
TIA

Closed half on a double. Riding now on free shares.
Earthworks mentioned in FBI stock fraud sting: About 11 paragraphs down: However the two names listed, "Humphries" and "Epstein" are not listed on the company snapshot (second link). So maybe the guilty party got dismissed? Or maybe not and they're at it again? I have no idea. Does anyone have any more data? I'll keep looking around. TIA
"A pair of executives at Texas-based penny stock companies Earthworks Entertainment Inc. and The Fight Zone Inc. paid illegal kickbacks to a purported trustee of an employee pension fund so the trustee would purchase 40 million restricted shares of Earthworks and 200 million restricted shares of Fight Zone stock. John “Buckeye” Epstein and Steven E. Humphries attempted to conceal the kickback by entering into a consulting agreement with a phony company the trustee purportedly created solely for the fraud. However, the corrupt fund trustee and the trustee’s friend who helped arrange the deal were actually undercover FBI agents. The company was actually a fictional entity created by the FBI for the sting operation. Epstein resides in Addison, Texas, and Humphries lives in Plano, Texas."

EPAZ came up on my radar today so I looked it over. Average daily volume, using a 5 day period, is up 190x (276M/day) when compared to the beginning of the year (Jan 2-8, 1.4M/day). The average trade size today is 2.3M, back then 278K. Trades per day today, about 120 ave (Trailing 5 days), with about 3 times that last week, but back in Jan there were just 5-6 trades per day.
There's been a steady increase since the beginning of the year. Then, around the last week of February, things really took off.
But the price is still pretty much the same in spite of such a huge increase in volume; at least for now.
I can't get anything from the releases; a company can say they're making twice what they were, then one finds out that what they were making wasn't very much to begin with.
I read the last 100 posts or so, looking to see if anyone had any insight as to WTF was going on with this one, and was surprised to see just a handful of posts for the day. Other stocks with this much volume have had hundreds of posts every day, with most of the posters having hundreds of followers. But I did see one poster here make a conjecture about the possibility of this company getting into MMJ, which we all know is a budding market. That would make sense.
But what will it take to get the price up? Ah heck, I don't know, personally, buying at .0002 or 3, or even 4, then getting out with a 50% gain is very attractive. Bearing that in mind, my guess that is what most of the folks here are doing. But once we see volume of a billion / day, with 1-2000 trades/day, along with getting 300-600 posts on this board per day, THAT's when I think we'll really see the price break through the resistance. And if my volume graph maintains it's current rate of assent, that will be in about a month.
What's my position? I don't have one yet, I just transferred some funds into my trading account and they haven't cleared yet and won't until Wed. And then I'll only risk a few hundred; I'm not a heavy player by any means, especially with these types of stocks. When dealing with any stock under 5$, one doesn't make an investment-- they make a bet! Good luck.
Re: Mr. Statler. Good afternoon folks, I'm new to "Investor's Hub" as of about half an hour ago and this is my first post. I'm sure most have seen this as it's already been read over 5000 times but in case you missed it (I wanted my first post, even though a long shot, to have at least a smattering of a chance of being helpful to someone) here it is:
