The FUD is for real with this one. It is kind of the whole point of decentralized crypto currency and the market is loving it. There are some centralized cryptos like XRP too. Bottom line is the need for crypto mining is increasing and NVDA and AMD are the two GPU creators leading that rally. Both will benefit and the bitcoin market will take off in 2018. Everything you said is straight up FUD. Keep on thinking that bubble is going to pop
Might as well jump in on the hype right. I just threw down 400k on XRP and IOTA after the FUD scare earlier today. I'm sure many companies will try and hop on the bandwagon just like they did in 2013 when pot stocks were hot. Only difference, getting registered with alt coin brokers like bitrex or binance. Coinbase will never administer poor little GDSI and GDSI can't really get far trying to push cryptos in the OTC. They can't even get far if they tried to push cryptos in NASDAQ. Only 2 stocks stand a chance and they are NVDA and AMD. Even those are a toss up.
This is more GDSI FUD. Buy the rumor sell the news. GDSI will go nowhere in the cryptomarket
The judgement is far from fake. Nothing is priced in. It's a penny stock with no volume. It's been painted up day after day but good try
Tick Tock Bill
Ever wonder what his super secret project is? I feel like I can write a children's book about Bill.
This is Bill
Bill likes to talk about they
Bill doesn't want to work hard
Bill blames they
Don't be like Bill
You can just google "pacermonitor GDSI" and find the cases. Then click the parties tab. No subscription needed unless you wish to request some of the motions
If legal was the issue then using those words like "soon" or "very close" would not be in his vocabulary. He is stringing along the few people who are willing to give him more money. He has to or GDSI is dead
I'll be a buyer again if it hits 11c too. Those fins were not very good but if SRNA can get 15M in contracts I think they can offset some of the debt. If not I think this thing bounces back for a quick 15%
It shouldn't, especially since people are getting educated by Bill's "Lack ofs'". There is so little volume here though, Bill has to do something or his company and employees will continue to suffer. That's saying there even is a company to begin with but we will give him the benefit of the doubt there
Bill 100% reads these posts. This where the majority of his investors dwell. He will string them along like he always has
It hasn't been updated in over a year. No quarterly report has been posted with the SEC so therefor, nobody knows the SS
I'm sure they are diluting to pay off lawyers. It's their only way to pay and has to be done. It is the reason companies go public to begin with
I make money where money is to be made. There is a difference though. Flipping a stock based off the chart and telling people this is a stock worth buying just to make more money. I could honestly never recommend this stock to anybody. I could tell from the first day I read the Rontan filings that GDSI made promises it could never deliver. Remember them pricing their shares at $1 a pop for the Rontan Valuation? Rontan would have never agreed to that. It was literally a middle finger to them. Their 15 million would have been 15,000. It was so obvious but people chose to turn their cheek the other way.
I was negative back then just like I am negative still because I have the education to figure things out for myself. I don't ever trust a skype group or a penny stock CEO. Financials and filings tell it all. I will be positive if this company actually has something positive. Right now it's all lies.
100k+ in damages means that the courts found enough merit. But surely that's already priced in too, right? And who says the SEC has any merit. Bill will say whatever he can to keep this stock afloat. They don't make a dime. How else is he going to pay off this increasing debt and pay himself his 100k salary?
Gotta love those 10k paint jobs. Somebody is paying more in commission than stock just to keep this thing up
Look out for these warning signs of possible microcap fraud:
SEC suspended public trading of the security or other securities promoted by the same promoter;
Increase in stock price or trading volume happening at the same time as the promotional activity;
Press releases or promotional activity announcing events that ultimately do not happen (e.g., multiple announcements of preliminary deals or agreements; announcements of deals with unnamed partners; announcements using hyperbolic language);
Company has no real business operations (few assets, or minimal gross revenues);
Company issues a lot of shares without a corresponding increase in the company’s assets; and
Frequent changes in company name, management, or type of business.

At around noon yesterday there was a 250k block that entered the market at a split price of 1c. I only have one post a day so I couldn't reply but if you watched the trade ledger, it indicated that the 250k had no cash ties. In other words, obvious dilution. It won't show up on OTC markets because GDSI is non-filing
GDSI has nothing to merge. I'm sure they would happily look for someone to take on their increasing debt and litigations but who in their right mind would do that? It's financial suicide
Oh and by the way, 250k shares of dilution today.
I think the big player here is that NVDA failed to come through on the model 3 issues. Tesla looked to both intel and AMD and they chose to work together to combat the 81% market share NVDA has. Apple may be interested in the thinner GPU for MacBooks as well but the teamwork between AMD and intel is pretty huge. It is a competitive sector, NVDA won't back down easily
Wait until the dilution comes in order to pay off those toxic loans and lawsuit damages. This isn't a kickstarter, it's a share selling scheme. It just so happens to work out now because the SEC has GDSI by the neck and they are playing scared. GDSI literally has no income other than shares to be sold. Volume is very small
Price may go up but if nobody buys your shares from you then you don't make money. Duh, right?
Have you even looked at bitcoin? It's at 7200, it didn't stall out at 5800 at all. AMD isn't about crytocurrency mining either... sure you can use the GPU power but that's not what they are targeting at all. Anyone can right an analysis just like anyone can be wrong
I'll be waiting for the PR in how they plan to pay for the damages. Over a year into Bills "Saga" and they still don't even have a business. Can I just say I'm worth 10 million, sell shares of me and then sit on a couch for the next 10 years too?
Maybe one day GDSI could find a dimes worth of business too! That would be the day
She said Q4 would look ugly in a conference call. Can't blame her for being truthful but you can call her stupid for saying something that didn't need to be said in the first place.
Lawsuits are not priced in. It is the stock market, nothing is priced in... stocks go up and down based off what you are willing to pay. This volume says people aren't willing to pay this much for this stock. Nothing to do with lawsuits being "priced in"
Kind of stupid to be excited about quarterly financials when my 2 year old niece makes more money selling lemonade for 25c each. Bill is still paying himself 6 digit salaries and hasn't brought a single dimes worth of business since it was his turn to step up to the plate. GDSI also has toxic loans and is continuing to pay them off by taking more toxic loans and selling off common stock. GDSI is also scared to PR, the SEC has them by the noose.
People can pump this stock all they want but REAL DD hits you with the baddie stick from all angles. Has anyone actually seen anything good that can back it up with real research? No " I trust Bill bs" because Bill hasn't done sh*t
Got another 1k shares averaged just above $13. My Dell friends think they can step up their game up but the market is too ripe for GPU adaptions
Agreed boz. No actual facts and all speculation. Real great research, really goes far in penny stocks. $10 coming tomorrow
Well there isn't a whole lot of people buying this. People who held and didn't sell during last run regretted it. Expect the trading nature to be different this time
Very wrong. It is still a very big issue and is the very reason this is only a flip of the chart. Negative money is negative money in any light. The business sucks, the chart is good for a penny stock. Bag holders belong at Walmart
I think it does whatever NVDA does. Have you seen the daily charts recently? they are almost identical
MYEC- technology is now obsolete. Decentralized currency is about to be institutionalized. BTC market is hardforking and altcoins make their presence. My suggestion, move your money over to Ripple. My Merrill Lynch report indicates the greatest risk/reward.
It's time to move on ladies and gentlemen.
To be fair it did drop to $93 from 110 so it was a pretty good call
So if you know, what is it?
Do you even have a gaming pc? That statement is beyond untrue and should be disregarded. Different products have different functions and AMD makes a quality chip. They just weren't first
Ouch. Stepped away for a few months and looks like dilution took its course. We all knew it was coming, question was will there business model benefit or will this become a recurring issue? Starting towards the recurring issue side
It's conflicting. Some sources say the rumor shows merit some sources say they have done no business. More than likely the rumors are true.
AMD- the budget NVidia
And why should we do that? Do your words carry any weight?
Think they could be trying to ditch paying the judgement?
"It can be difficult to collect from fly-by-night businesses, however. If the business has no identifiable office or headquarters in your state or has already filed for bankruptcy, you may be out of luck when you try to collect."

They may not have any chairs to sit in here soon. My bet, that rumored loan goes into paying damages and we see bunches'O stock being poured into the company cereal bowl to pay her back.
I wonder if they are still happy about that. They would have made another mil if they waited until today
