BSQR has been moving back up lately.
CPSS Does appear cheap and has nice sequential growth. I don't really like financial stocks so good luck with this one.
No doubt. I sold down about 5% from yesterdays close. People selling now are taking a 30% hit.
Agreed on that. TPNL BDR and NGHT got me on just 1 great quarter. Some people want to see 3 good quarters before they invest.
Full of shit or really bad at guidance until proven otherwise. A lot of these management teams are very shady.
Thanks for the alert. I wasn't expecting that and I was able to get out of my shares in the $1.70s and it's now in the $1.40s. Big talking no delivering management will get you.
Agreed it had to have been leaked with that type of numbers guided. Management over there is definitely junk. Oh well definitely could've been worse. We can move some money into some of our more trusted stocks.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/fsi-announces-decrease-second-quarter-200500935.html Turns out management were just big talkers. Sequential decline in revs in a supposed seasonally strong quarter. I bailed out of this one.
Agreed there are still some bids out in extended hours if you have shares left. I should've taken profits up 120% but I settled for the 40% gain. Management was super bullish and sequential decline in supposed seasonally strong quarter means they are just big talkers.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/fsi-announces-decrease-second-quarter-200500935.html FSI bad quarter. I dumped it.
FSI That's a bummer. They were talking super bullish too.
I agree with you on WLDN. Nice article on it came out today. http://seekingalpha.com/article/3322945-willdan-group-is-a-coiled-spring Personally I think it's worth mid 20's or so but I'll wait it out until next year if I have to.
NHTC 3K invested back in 2010 makes you a millionaire today. Management has executed perfectly on this one and it still has strong growth as a smallcap.
FSI Here's a article and conference call. A lot of good info in both. http://seekingalpha.com/article/3216776-flexible-solutions-core-business-performing-above-expectations http://seekingalpha.com/article/3192116-flexible-solutions-internationals-fsi-ceo-dan-obrien-on-q1-2015-results-earnings-call-transcript
WLDN Sounds very bullish especially from a conservative CEO.
WLDN - Willdan Awarded New $7.5 Million Contract from Southern California Utility for Energy Efficiency Program
ANAHEIM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Willdan Group, Inc.(WLDN) (“Willdan”) announcedtoday that it has signed a new contract with a major Southern California utility to help reduce energy usage in small and medium non-residential facilities. The program has an initial budget of $7.5 million through June 2016 and will focus on bringing energy-saving measures to small and medium non-residential facilities with a monthly average demand of less than 200 kilowatts.
Willdan's (WLDN) Chief Executive Officer, Tom Brisbin, commented, “This win further expands our presence into the Southern California utility market, an area of historic strength for Willdan(WLDN). In the first half of the year we have seen strong ordering activity from both our energy and engineering clients, and see a robust pipeline of new proposal activity.”
“The new Southern California utility program offers an opportunity for select small and medium non-residential customers to both understand and quickly improve their energy efficiency, and receive utility incentives,” said Tom Kouris of Willdan(WLDN). “This market sub-segment historically represents a significant, energy-intensive sector. By reducing their energy consumption and utility grid peak demand, business owners will enjoy lower operating costs.”
Willdan (WLDN) currently supports electric utility programs nationwide that provide technical assistance and financial incentives for reducing energy usage in many types of facilities, including public and commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, laboratories, hotels, data centers, restaurants and resorts.
Not to worried about that. Only adds about 20% more shares. 6x fully diluted annualized earnings. Definitely your concern about them keeping up the pace is more important. If they can't do that I would just take the hit and move but I'm banking on management teling the truth about growth accelerating. If that is true this could be a multibagger several months from now.
FSI- This is one with strong 2nd and 3rd quarters. Those are seasonally strong because they have agriculture and water saving products. They are accelerating off a nice quarter in the 1st quarter even though 1st quarter is seasonally weak. Very bullish commentary from management.
SYEV Bullish commentary from management. They expect growth to accelerate.
I like this stock as well. Nice pick. I'll have to figure out one of my positions to sell some of Monday to pick some shares of this one up. SYEV 5x annualized earnings with huge growth. Possible 200% or so upside.
There's been some revenue preview PRs this week. It's starting to pick up a bit.
LPTN That's a interesting stock. I don't invest in biotech without solid revenues like this but people who do will bid them up to net cash or further sometimes. I think you should make a solid profit on this one.
$BRM.V $BIRMF Over 100% growth with margin improvement and a growing backlog. 2x annualized earnings. Main problem is they have to restructure or pay off some debt including a couple convertible notes. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/biorem-reports-increased-revenues-earnings-200000979.html

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/omni-lite-reports-orders-strong-130600070.html OML.V OLNCF Nice preliminary numbers. The Canadian shares are trading at roughly book and the U.S. grey listing trading well under book.
OLNCF Nice growth on that one. Even better it's around book value.
Thanks for posting the video. There are truly some idiots out there.

I agree another nice quarter should push the stock up.
BLGA going up slowly on low volume. Too bad low volume means like $250. This stock should get discovered eventually. Still think it's worth .10 or so based on current financials.
Microcap stocks are creeping down on low volume it seems like. I do see some buying opportunities too.
You can find growth stocks with less than a PE of 10 if you look around. Maybe not smallcaps but if you look at <100 million marketcap they are there. Not sure where I'm being ambitious with my assumptions. Simply pointing out facts.
LAKE Brazil operations were a fiasco. Also LAKE has lots of bagholders from the huge move last year. Has a few problems still. I probably won't buy it I was just pointing out it had less than a PE of 10.
PYDS is OTCQB not Pinks. Low liquidity stocks are where you find the best deals. WLDN-I only pay attention to fundamentals not technicals. LAKE-I agree it has some problems that's why it is on y watchlist and not in my portfolio. I would tend to agree that since you are looking for liquid smallcaps with low PEs you can't find any. I don't worry about liquidity. I worry about how good the business is. That's why I sometimes invest in low liquidity stocks and OTC stocks, and always invest in microcaps because that's where the best deals are. Plus since you are running so much money I would stop using margin. You don't want to mess up and blow up a account on a market pullback.
VEIFF I agree the with the article. I like the acquisition strategy.
I agree with you on BSQR. As for the others the only one that looks good is UVE but I don't buy smallcaps. I try to stick to buying microcaps usually under $100 million market cap.
Stocks with PEs of 10 or less. WLDN PYDS BLGA ALXXF(I own these) LAKE SLGD(On Watchlist)Not all that hard to find if you look hard enough.
I agree with you this is a flat to moderately up market. If you buy the right stocks you can make some money. The right stocks aren't low growth stocks with 20 PEs. It's either low PE microcap stocks with decent growth or high growth microcap stocks with around 20 or so PEs. If you can get PEs of 10 or less on high growth stocks even better. The move to smallcaps plus the search for "relative value" is what is hurting his returns.
