I do not think that is accurate as many of them are not. That however is only my opinion. Any one call or email the TA for confirmations? I think it is Virtually impossible to trade the entire AS of a company twice over in one trading period.

I think the question is what type of shares are they? It says it is over 8% of the shares outstanding.

Makes me think that they purchased preferred shares. That would mean big money. Any person or company needs to report when they own more than 5% of outstanding shares.

That is all I know.
