Whenever I get anxious about my investments here I just use my grinder feel so much better
Ahhh the grand exit of the all in club continues and all I can see is a buying opportunity. Reality deflated excessive self feeding short term expectations that had ballooned to astronomical levels. 12,000 units sold in first two months isn't a bad start. By the next quarterly release I would imagine that number will have grown. Nothing has changed more then missed unreasonably high expectations. I love my grinder. The product is the best on the market and demand will build. Funny how nobody seems to be placing a value on the simple cork which just a few weeks ago was bigger then the grinder and was going to revolutionize the wine industry. The next product that just obtained a French patient protecting itself from knockoffs bringing it one step closer to being released. Sorry so many got their panties in a bunch I'll miss your input. GLTY
While the truth demanded is sobering it sets realistic expectations vs the hype from overly enthusiastic investors feeding frenzy leading to self inflicted disappointment. Great product, the demand will come.
The termination of this partnership and bringing in in-house is also news to me. How is this old
We have terminated our agreement with Alesca Life Technologies, under this agreement Alesca was obligated to deliver us two Eden Grow Monitoring System for our clients initial order. Alesca has failed to deliver the monitoring system and has not been able to give us a date of when they will be able to deliver. Under these uncertainties the Board of Directors of PodWerks has vote unanimously to terminate there contract and move in a direction where we will develop our own system in house and not depend on out side vendors”
First confirmation that the initial two pods have actually been delivered and installed. Sounds new to me:
Franjose Yglesias “Chief Executive Officer” CEO of PODWERKS stated; “The delivery and installation of the two P40 Podwerks grow container is accomplished. We will receive an additional order for 4 containers in the weeks to come from our client, once they have done there initial quality assurance and additional requirements for the next order”
Old news ? Seriously ? How is this old news, where was this released earlier, first I learned of it.
"We have also initiated the design of a new home Pod system called the P3, this unit will be marketed to home consumers. The unit will weigh less then 200 pounds, have a Bluetooth monitoring system app for IOS and Android phones and tablets, it will include a hydroponic and HPS light system, carbon air scrubber, UV anti-bacteria light for the hydroponic system, water filtration system, all inclosed in an industrial polymer. The target market price will be around the $2,000 dollars retail”

What did you expect asking for insider information. The response you got was the the appropriate one. I would of been disappointed with any other response as it would of been unethical and unbusiness like. We are just investors.
Looks like next week will be a great time to buy. IMHO
Absolutely, if 3rd qtr fails to meet expectations I'll be looking elsewhere myself. This is just noise and drama right now. One good PR will turn all these frowns into smiles. My only expectation, the only thing that I demand, and the only thing this company owes me is the continued execution of the business plan followed by an obscene ROI. GLTYA
My point is the "All In" club seems to have lost sight of what they are invested in. Society of instant gratification trading on pure emotion fail to understand the potential of their investment on terms longer then a month or two. The sky is not falling.
I am a proud owner of a gold Easy Grinder. My order number was in the 44,000 range and was received on June 9th. I would gladly pay the $150 should I order again. I have yet to recharge the battery. I use it daily and still marvel at how well made it is, how powerful it is and how well it is engineered. My manual grinder has been collecting dust. I know what I hold in my hand is an award winning cutting edge product that will become a must have by any true herbologist. In just a few months I witnessed a product be developed and realeased with growing distribution channels. Sales are happening at an exponential pace from which revenues will come. Whether revenues are reported in 2nd qtr or 3rd matters not to me as it is happening and this is just the beginning. What I hold in my hand is as solid and real as my investment.
Can't we just keep the train off the rails until next Wednesday when I'll be funded.
Exactly........ nothing has changed in the business model nor progress except unfounded expectations
Well done, thanks
That's the million dollar question......... your guess is as good as mine as we are all basing estimates on tidbits of data and volumes of rumors. For a new product only on the market for a couple of months personally I find the progress amazing.
Time for an update on this:
KUNMING, CHINA / ACCESSWIRE / July 3, 2017 / Santo Mining Corp. dba PODWERKS (the “Company”), (OTC PINK: SANP) a pioneering and first-of-its-kind cannabis co-working space and ecosystem for cannabis entrepreneurs in the U.S., has entered into talks with China’s only government authorized and leading industrial hemp company, Yunnan Industrial Hemp Inc., to discuss exclusive joint venture projects for the United States.
Currently on a 10-day trade mission to China’s southwestern Yunnan Province at the invitation of Yunnan Industrial Hemp, PODWERKS‘ Co-Founders Frank Yglesias and Matt Arnett have been meeting with high-level executives and touring the facilities to get a first-hand look at the array of hemp and cannabidiol (CDB) products being produced in China.
The long-awaited trip and meeting between PODWERKS and the Yunnan Industrial Hemp, underscores the importance of American firms partnering up with foreign-based companies at the forefront of research and technological development of hemp/cannabis byproducts. “We look at a country like China where no one would expect a big hemp industry, but the fact of the matter is China is quickly outpacing the U.S. in hemp related R&D and patents,” says PODWERKS Co-Founder and CEO, Frank Yglesias. “This trip to Yunnan has really been an amazing opportunity to sit down with the Chinese and discuss a framework on how we can together provide more affordable CBD healing and hemp products to patients and consumers in America,” added Yglesias.
The popularity of CBD products has been on the rise in western countries thanks to the many miracle healing testimonials highlighting its medical benefits against various illnesses such as chronic pain and the more serious ones like epilepsy, a neurological disorder. As more and more states in the U.S. pass legislation to legalize medical marijuana, CBD sales are expected to skyrocket, and by 2020 reach an estimated $2.1 billion in sales.
“We’re are honored to have a leading American company visit us in China to discuss ways of cooperation in bringing our unique CBD patented products to western markets. Here in China, we hear so much how CBD is making positive contributions to people’s daily lives, particularly in America. We believe together with PODWERKS we can help bring new CBD products at an affordable price to the average citizen. We look forward to a long-term work commitment with PODWERKS,” summed Mr. Andy Suo, General Manager of Yunnan Industrial Hemp, Inc.
Forming a strategic alliance between Yunnan Industrial Hemp and PODWERKS will provide both companies a competitive edge in the global hemp and CBD marketplace. PODWERKS will benefit greatly from the only organic hemp farm in China, an area of more than two kilometers of planted certified organic hemp with a capacity to produce more than a ton of CBD oil, while Yunnan Industrial Hemp will gain access to new international markets.
“Today is a good day in U.S.- China Hemp relations,” added Matt Arnett, PODWERKS Co-Founder and Chief Community Officer, also taking part in the trade mission. “We have some big things planned in the coming months back home and here in China with Yunnan Industrial Hemp. We realize we can’t do it alone, so we look forward to getting other businesses and auxiliary partners in our PODWERKS ecosystem involved,” emphasized Arnett.
About Yunnan Industrial Hemp Inc. (www.cnhemp.com)
Yunnan Industrial Hemp Inc. (founded in 2001), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunnan Hanpu Health Products Co., Ltd., is currently China’s only government authorized institution that can plant, process and deal in industrial hemp products on a large scale and is China’s first enterprise exclusively engaged in the development of industrial hemp. They specialize in the development, research, breeding, planting, industrialized production and marketing of industrial hemp.
PODWERKS, a recent entrant to the cannabis space, has already been featured in leading cannabis, technology and co-working trade publications such as Leafly, Tech.Co and All Work; for its unique community driven workspace and continued efforts in positioning young entrepreneurs and start-ups at the forefront of cannabis innovation.
"EASY GRINDER sales exceed one million grinders in first six months" ...........now that's a PR I can look forward to.
That's orders, not grinders. One order can be for several grinders.
On the bright side VPOR did file on time without an extension..........
SSSSSSshhhhhhjhhhhhhh
If only I had powder I would be buying the crap out of this. Nothing has changed except revenue won't be reported until the next quarter.
Appreciate it
Those 40k sold were retail pre-sales not wholesale should show on financials IMO
Grinder back on Amazon as Prime with limited supply.
Trip to Beijing coming up ?? Next week will be 4 weeks, time to roll out the plan and sign on the dotted line.
KUNMING, CHINA / ACCESSWIRE / July 6, 2017 / Santo Mining Corp. dba PODWERKS (the “Company”), (OTC PINK: SANP) announces today it has signed an exclusive joint venture MOU with Yunnan Industrial Hemp for the US Cannabis market. Under the terms of this joint venture MOU both companies will work together in developing an international brand for all the hemp and CBD products Yunnan Industrial Hemp manufactures. The company is scheduled to sign a definitive agreement during the next 2 to 4 weeks in Beijing and outline a roadmap to market.
Mr. Frank Yglesias CEO stated, “the fact that Yunnan Industrial Hemp can produce over 2 tons of high grade CBD a year is enormous, we will be developing a team in the weeks to come of professional Marketing and Financial Experts to create a goto-market plan for the US. This joint venture will be a subsidiary of PODWERKS, this new business structure will be defined during the weeks to come and we will be announcing the structure and new directors.”
Additionally Mr. Matthew Arnett CMO added, “The Hemp Business Journal estimated that the CBD market will grow to a $2.1 billion market in consumer sales by 2020 with $450 million of those sales coming from hemp-based sources. With this joint venture and partners like Yunnan Industrial Hemp we can be a force to recon with in the CBD market. Our first goal will be to develop a delivery system for our CBD to make us unique in the market.”
Mr. Andy Suo, General Manager of Yunnan Industrial Hemp, stated, “We are impressed with the harmonious understanding of China and its culture that PODWERKS executives have, this is the foundation of this joint venture and its success, we are committed in making this joint venture a win-win for all.”
I understand my friend, I also understand the business plan:
"Under the terms of the Merger, Vapor Group will immediately explore the spin-off of each of Vapor Groups subsidiaries as an independent, publicly-traded company, wherein the first spin-off would occur in 2017 by a share dividend to existing shareholders of record on a given date of own-ership. The first such spin-off will be Total Vapor, Inc., which is currently expanding its product offering into vaporizers and related products suitable to the growing market for legal Cannabis products sold..."
PPS issue addressed by spinoff of E.G. with low float and PPS will soar to muti dollar land. High revenue low float. Each spinoff gains new share structure. VPOR shareholders benefit from each spinoff that they gain shares in. This was the business model that attracted me to this play in the first place. I'm waiting for what's next beyond simple cork.
Next week should be interesting. First two units are committed to be delivered and installed at the customers location by the end of July. Say what your going to do and do what you say. Investors are waiting.
A new day finds VPOR at #48 on the breakout board ............time to rock ?
I'm saying it's all speculation, as was pointed out there is no way of knowing how many grinders are ordered per order. While tracking the order number is a great gauge of how we are doing but to use that as a predictor of revenues and profits is just speculation. Too many unknown variables to use it as a model.
It's totally possible that wholesale orders have a different order number sequence so to differentiate them from retail orders. Gauaging sales dollars based solely on order numbers is purely speculative. Looking forward to getting actual numbers.
The first two pods ordered, built and shipped were due to be delivered and setup by the end of July. After which four more were to be ordered pending customer satisfaction. Near term milestones. Tic toc
I've got time
Perhaps pulled out of being prime listed to avoid competition with own distributors. Listed now in Amazon with three other sellers all at $99.99 with different shipping costs. Selling through distributors vs in-house is far more efficient and cost effective. It will be interesting to see if more sellers are added after the next trade show.
Zero volume = zero interest = WTF
Numbers would be nice ......

DORAL, FL / ACCESSWIRE / April 20, 2017 / Santo Mining Corp. dba PODWERKS (the “Company”) (OTC PINK: SANP) Announces first-of-its-kind co-working modular space for cannabis entrepreneurs. Podwerks are designed using modular pods made from modified steel shipping containers, providing cannabis entrepreneurs with a complete turnkey solution for growing, marketing, and selling cannabis related products in approved zoning areas in accordance to local and state laws. Podwerks spaces feature multiple pods ranging in sizes from 10 to 40 foot containers, that come with fully equipped growing stations, office space with Wi-Fi, a coffee shop, and retail cannabis outlet; creating a diverse stream of revenue for the Company and its owner-operators.
Inspired by today’s millennials and their continued participation in shared economies as a way of life and business, Podwerks is on track to becoming the WeWork of the $7-billion-dollar cannabis industry. “We’re really seeing a tremendous opportunity to help and empower young cannapreneurs to be successful in creating their own start-ups businesses. We clearly see the demand for these type of co-working services in the cannabis space, and we’re excited to be bringing this concept to such a robust industry,” says Matthew Arnett, Podwerks’ Chief Marketing Officer. Cannaprenuer is a coined term referring to cannabis entrepreneurs. “Our co-working space coupled with our business resources and community concept, is a unique value we bring to our customers and owner-operators,” added Arnett.
