I wish I could get off work early to watch this webcast. I bet we get some good info today about what OncoSec is planning for the rest of 2014 and early 2015. If anyone watching can post a little about it that would be great. I'll watch the full thing later tonight.
Following the first cycle, 3 of the 4 treated lesions completely responded, including the untreated lesion. Following the second cycle, all treated lesions responded and by Day 180 this patient was disease free.
What indicators are you refering too?

I would think dosing and safety would be important information.
Also when a patent is prescribed an opioid that is abused, the insurance company then has to pay for any subsequent treatment due to further health problems. The insurance companies will lean heavily on ADT opioids being prescribed even at a slightly higher cost due to the amount of money it will save them long term.
I wish elite would do more conferences. It would be a good way to market and could help in finding a partner. Why have a great tech and not show it off.
The FDA needs to look at themselves. Everyone one of those drugs went through their approval process, and they want to blame the business for making money. Cost are going to be high due to the years of R&D, the slow process to get new drugs on the market, and the risk of high cost product failures. The FDA should set higher guidelines for what they approve. If they really want the problem to stop than they could quit approving non ADT opioids.
I have actually had to watch paint dry and this is on par with that.
If this trial is positive IMO we will see things really take off. It will prove the the 2 bead method can be plugged into any opioid. Two trials could be luck but its hard to argue with success three times. Risk will be mitigated due to eli-202 being a different pain medicine from the previous two instead of a different dosage. I am happy about the decision to test this NDA first. Also I would love to see lifetree results around the time the trial is completed. This stock is very volatile and difficult to watch sometimes, but I continue to add and see the light at the end of the tunnel.
You would see a line of big pharma reps out of the buliding offering to distribute and market the new standard of opioid.
Is this valuation for ONCS today, or would that be with the completion of trails and FDA approval? There still seems to be a lot of risk and expensive trials to complete to currently assign a value that high. We should also see the share count increase before the end of trails.
That would be a dream scenario for Elite. It would also be a big win for the FDA to get these opioids to the market soon. It would take a lot of heat off of them. Would you expect the trial to take about 2 months? I believe that's what we had for ELI-201.
Out of the upcoming conferences should ASGCT be out largest this month in terms of viewers and reputation?
Nice EOD bump.
What do you think is already factored into a 150mil market cap?
It looks like a low valuation to me, but you continue to express that this already has data and partnership factored into it.
We are sitting on a gold mine, and the results prove it. It's just a matter of time before everyone takes notice.
I only have a phone today. How does volume look? High or just better than the past week?
I'm hoping this will be enough to hold us near .8 maybe get slightly over it. That would create a nice base for future PR's. Maybe just wishful thinking though.
AHHH. You are correct. I assumed they would have released the PR on the day of. You know what they say about assuming.
The conference is at 1:30. Maybe we can get some EOD volume.
This conference is coming at an ideal time. It looks like a good place to get noticed by potential investors, and ONCS should have all eyes on them since they are the featured company. This should help us grab some attention a day before the abstract is released. The PR helps get this attention. We need as many investors looking this way as possible over the coming weeks. ONCS has a nice strategy in place.
IMO you are dead on. I also think ONCS has low visibility to the investment community. This might be due to the infrequent or lack of PPS pumping news. Also I’m sure being an OTC stock keeps some deep pockets away. But as soon as ONCS can grab some attention we will run up. When a ticker gets noticed things seem to just spread. These things just take time.
I know we are down but I like the volume today.
Only 6 trading days left of this. May 14th should be fun with much better volume.
Responding as well as the local tumor is nothing short of amazing. In my experience, one of the most difficult parts of cancer is the poisoning of the entire body to kill the cancer cells. Even if mortality rates were to stay the same, just the extent that this could raise the quality of life for a patient and their family gets me really excited about this treatment option. I enjoy investing in thing that I would like to see succeed. I have put a good amount of my money as well as family and friends money into ONCS and I believe the reward will be more than financial.
Don't stress so much on daily price volatility. Things will move along in due time. If I told you in January when we were at .12 that before the middle of the year we would be sitting in the .4s you would be excited. Just give it time.
It's nice to see people take notice of this opportunity. We should see more and more of these over the next year.
Pfizer missed earnings this morning. Anyone think it had something to do with lost revenues from Embeda? If so, I wonder where they could turn to solve this problem.
A new PR is a great way to kick off this run of conferences. I'm sure this is just the beginning this month.
New data released on mice. Same systematic response that keeps us long on this revolutionary cancer treatment.
I do not expect a drop. I think sellers have left and shorting would be a dangerous game. I'm just ready for this stock to be let loose.
Great idea. We should get some new members on this MB starting this week. Up to date material is the quickest way to help new investors make decisions. I'm am pumped for the next few weeks. It's like a roller coaster we finally made it past the line and up the hill. Currently have the anxious feeling before it drops, and hopefully just fun after that!
Everyone wants their shares heading into the weekend? Couldn't imagine why!
Good buying. A little more volume we could touch .8. If I had .80 cents more to my name I would put in.
Comes out of Treasury stock. You wouldn't notice in the pps.
A notice of effectiveness is a mandatory document to register new shares with the SEC. It shows no intention of how shares will be used if they even are used. It just makes them legal.
I would love to see some EOD volume to get us to .5.
He has been long this stock forever. Longer than me by far. He is just mad about the run up and run back down. Everyone will be happy in a year when we can see NH's plan fully executed.
Buy the pull back. This still has a lot of room to move.
4mil in volume is great. .6s look to be the next stop.
