well i dont care about ´´investors´´ that cant think deeper about company, because this company has long bright future for investors not for traders that watch only stock price, this company is not hype type i think it make serious business with profit and can only grow not fall, cloud is just in beginning,but we need reports and such things.

s&t ag is nice company, s&t czech subsidiary going to close cooperation with its business partner FastFlex BA to provide security and network services with european institutions -european commission,european parlament, interpol also in Haag, Strasburg,Brusel 3 citys where those most important institutions of EU reside. Its 3 mil deal but u cant wish better references, especially today when you have security issues in usa - i mean snowden and nsa(google,and all big companies) and also all us cloud and network companies , so here in europe when everyone turn to-usa companies most german for more safety and s&t can benefit from it with their strong position..

hmm this aquisition is like from fairy tale,im trying to find some info ffrom german sites with translator, but mostly of those redactors are wondering how can such small company as syai with about 2 mil. market cap(0,0005back then, and s&t is 80 times bigger can swallow such 100 mil giant,and syai has debt 6 dollars per share thats about 1,5 bil euros- thats what they write, and their manager do not care they has no money at the moment, maybe sayi have big investor in background ? anyway we do not know syai financial situation so its speculation.

well, i understand his teasing on ash a little, because most important is that syai has worst status u can get in otc market, even worse then pink sheets, they look like good serious company, but i dont get it why the hell they cant change status and provide real info for their investors , they showing big muscles i believe them but is that so hard for such company to update info ?

well , this stock is invissible for other, i believe with all company news, and truly slow long-term presentation this can be big company in few years, they have experienced finance president for aquisitions etc, and i think they are growing fast, some time before i even wanted sell but now i know its not scum.

but yes i agree thats insane such small company with so many new recruitments.But still i cant analyse company as others from any site, no ratios, no financial info or ho much cash they have, they must use huge debt to pay for s&t

ofc its important how many shares company has. 1 bilion and more is huge amount, blue chip companies have far less then half bilion, its just about math, syai have now about 40 P/E i think , and hardly u can calculate company strenght anything without enough info.

ofc i know what i cloud i own few tousand of share of syai and watch this message board for long time but without registration. Syai should show more info , its micro company that want buy bigger company , serious investor want see more info about their finance power etc..
