I cna't believe that there was even a question of it being renewed when other shows not even close to AD were being picked up. That never-nude theme is soo funny...lol

just a personal opinion on whats been going on.....
They have carriage agreements in place and before they announce them someone is buying up shares from the float which has probably increased to accomodate this huge sale, this is probably leading up to some kind of buyout or merger from this big buyer....does this make any sense to anyone or is there a more logical explanation. comments please. (except BT..keep your comments to yourself)

Frank Olson Interview....must listen to. just listened to the interview and it sounds like the carriage deals are in place...this is big news. He said by the end of june we will be available to 34 million homes...WOW. The only thing that i didn't like was in the closing statement saying you shouldn't invest more than you are willing to lose(should of gave a more positive senario) and the other mistake is he said the website address was q television network.com??? Otherwise very encouraging.

well then we might as well sell all our shares, close up shop and call it a day....In other words "SO WHAT"!!!

Is Q still on Qxygen...don't they have a 2 or 3 months of paid airtime?

OK,All BS aside. I just called Direct Tv too because NSS_Boss did. I have a time before but the guy never heard of QTV so I just hung up. NOW,it has been awhile and this time a real nice lady searched Q Television for me and found nothing. I could tell with her pause she was thinking of something. She said may I ask what QTV is about? I told her it was a gay and lesbian network and that I am an investor of it. Then,like I sparked something in her mind she goes"oh yeah we had brought that up in a meeting last month! It hasn't launched yet with Direct Tv. But will(YES!BUT WILL!)" I asked her again,because I was crapping my pants and she confirmed it to me,maybe because I said I am an investor? She took my request and said it will automatically start on my Direct TV service when QTV launches!!!!!!!!
I promise this is exactly the phone call I just had!!!

update from gaydays orlando...

I just want to summarize my five hours yesterday at Gaydays and the visibility of Q Television. I went with another QBID stockholder-(over quarter mill.dollars invested-he doesn't post on RB but reads the boards).
We first visited the Splash party at Wyndham Palace but it was over by 5:30. There was a trade show in the hotel and Q had a table. They had given out all of the Q hats,chapstick w/Q and gaygames on the outside, and neck key chains with Q on the fabric portion. They had a full box of completed signup forms for- more Q info and a request to carry Q on their cable.
The Sheraton Orlando Hotel also had a trade show and our product and name were exhibited combined with Gay Games.
We stopped by Pulse nightclub downtown Orlando as we had been told that Q would 'have an exposure there'.
Sure enough as we drove in the parking lot, Chrissane was outside writing script for the broadcast of On Q Live.
It was still early, 7:30 pm, so the club was open but the staff, Q crew and the two of us were only ones there.
We spoke with Chrissane and Cassian for a good 30 min and watched them broadcast from the club.
Here's my summary and opinion.
The staff of Q know nothing about the stock. The hired staff at the tradeshow said they were told to say that Q will be broadcasting nationwide by year end.

After seeing the exposure, talking with Chrissane and Cassian, IHAVE NO DOUBTS THIS COMPANY IS GOING TO BE HUGE.

We have and use the studio in Texas. They had heard we would be aquiring one in Ca.

Folks these people, staff of Q, believe and act as though they are broadcasting to the Nation. I don't even think they know that it's just on RCN. They believe in their product, they believe in Q, they believe in their contribution to the GLBT community, and they believe in themselves. That confidence has given me a comfort level about my investment that can only be described as 'Q will be big".

Didn't see Frank but got his 'assistants' phone number and are attempting to line up meeting with him today. While I can not attend,my Friend and Bepop will be there and update you later. I have a few pictures and will post on Monday,(left cord at work).

So.. as a seasoned CEO yourself you must have extensive experience in the television network industry. How do you find the time to post your crap here, don't you have many successful companies to run...

tried to log on from 3 differnt computers..never had this trouble before.

Flare...I wouldn't respond to his posts...he probably gets paid by the number of posts and responses...just use the word loser and we will all know who you mean.

does anyone think there may be some kind of connection with Viacom, something is not adding up. I mean we have all this exposure and tons of programming and are buying studios and possibly another network and we have no carriers...or do we have someone waiting in the wings. Qbid is not acting like a fledging network(pps excluded) but more like an aggressive experienced company (or being backed by one). Logo seems like the fledging network except they already have carriers and hardly no exposure. My business sense tells me something is up, when and what i do not know, anyway june should be very exciting for all investors and maybe the breakout month we have all been waiting for....sooner or later we will be right lol.

June 1st is right around the corner....lets see, Q has programming and exposure and no carriers and another company has carriers and no exposure, hmmmm...sounds like the makings of a great merger...just withfull thinking.

as they say...you can't soar like an eagle when your flying with turkeys(bt)...and we are among the eagles here..lol

that might be easier said than done, remember we are talking about a guy who probably has no friends and very little family (at least the ones that still admit to being related to him). Every post shows his desperation to communicate with the outside world (other than his pet gerbles). He can't even committ a murder /suicide because he has no friends. I can oly feel sorry for a guy with nothing better to do and no where to do it...
