They should exercise their MMPR option once marijuana is legalized in Canada.
Once this temporary selling is over due to the new shares issued (the OTC site is current), this will start flying. I'm so surprised were getting the shares this cheap. No complaints here.
These offerings are amazingly cheap. Love it!
Website was taken down. Updates coming soon.
I have alerts set for changes on redlightbakers.com and efftec.com

Put your party hats on. New Years is coming early this year in EFFI land.
If I built a legitimate iHub-like site that used machine learning to rid the system of bashers, would you use it? Would it be popular?
I would not block negative comments, just the obvious serial bashing scum that ruins this company.
I found this to be a good explanation and interesting read regarding form t trades in this case.
https://incrediblepennystocks.wordpress.com/2013/06/25/incredible-penny-stocks-what-is-a-form-t-trade/
Specifically:
"To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day."
That another form t trade?
This may be the last 20min where 2s are available hah
Bid support will come. It's too undervalued now.
This is too easy. Just keep buying. No need to look back.
See you all in the multi cents!
Added again! EFFI is set to launch. Patience is key here.
Same. Loving these dirt cheap shares!
Great advice

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Dec 17, 2015) - Efftec International, Inc. (OTC: EFFI) is pleased to announce the reverse merger of Red Light Bakers, LLC and its complimentary "sister" companies (collectively RLB). RLB has no debt and is currently generating positive cash flow. In consideration for this transaction RLB was issued 160 MM restricted common shares of stock making it the majority owner.
The newly merged company's core business focus is on sales of hardware and nutrients into the hydroponics and indoor plant growth markets. I'm also surprised by the movement. However I think it's completely understandable given the posting sentiment and the tiny float.
Nice load and lock day!
Close green?
Damn I wanted those 2s
Definitely still great news. With the tiny float and not a lot of eyes currently, there just exists a great buying opportunity whereby people here are the ones in the know and know how to get in at low prices with the low float and small eyes by bid sitting. Once eyes increase and updates start coming in (inevitable IMO based on the clean filings and new mngmt), all buys now are golden and this will fly quickly.
See you there man!
Everything now is a dead steal. Wish I could take out that 2.5m at 38. Already snagged my mm's though. Holding tight for this company's updates and acquisitions.
These swings just may be the pains of having such a small float. It takes longer for sitters to get shares and that dead time scares weak hands. Thoughts?
EFFI holders should just hold and wait for crazy jumps when chasing happens on a tiny float IMO.
Just need at 310k limit order at 0054
Same, been here for over a year. Have my shares locked up so MMs can't play games with the weak hands. Not going anywhere. This should be an exciting ride.
It's wild in the OTC how you can get buying opps like this randomly.
Same. Seems to be scared sellers and should clear out soon. Not worried at all.
Couldn't be more awesome. So excited about this company.
The ASK is basically empty. EFFI Rocket Time!
Crazy spread manipulation here. Shaking will move this higher fast.
Yeah, this is purely locked up. The 300k left is a gift.
Hah they're struggling to find any. We've got this on lock down. The share structure is unprecedented for the OTC.
EFFI
Did not expect this buying opp! The OTC is crazy.
Oh! I thought you meant the official OTC page. This board should be changed to reflect the OTC website. What you read on a forum board intro should be inconsequential. Look to where the official information is for your DD. Intros are often outdated as they are updated by moderators and are not official.
