I think, just breaking the resistance levels in this case might be good enough for PPMIQ to repeat last weeks show of 3 digit % increase. Many are curiously watching it and waiting on to make their move. If it can break 50% before lunch, no one can stop it after that and 0.20 is within reach by the end of Today..IMO

Good thing about CLNT being a licensed supplier to Chinese National oil Company (CNOOC) is that they are going to stay busy and may get back their past glory of $60.00/ share. CNOOC recently acquired Canadian based Oil company named "NEXEN" (www.nexeninc.com) which has a office in US (Houston, TX). That's going to bring a lot of business to CLNT.
