Good for you champ .. Not easy to make money in this toppy market - congrats. Yest. I saw on CNBC that Merck bought IDIX for $24 & they flashed the stock quickly - was abt $9-10. Haha.. Didnt know stock so I had a quick look & nxt time I checked price it was $24!.. End of story..

Ouch.. Solars getting pulverised.. Obama's lack of conviction in curbing the big coal burners to reduce their carbon emissions is a bit of a setback for solar at this stage of the game perhaps. Chinese solars being harangued by Mr Short-Solar from Axiom, buy opportunity?

Solars getting whacked u think cause of lack of toughness from Obama on carbon emission reductions yest? Coal companies were jumping for joy it seems cause it wasn't worse than they expected..

So ur still very upbeat abt ur 3D short dogs to keep on doggin'.. 1 thing tho: if DDD has a good Summer - maybe possible - isn't there a 'danger' bein short that the likes of X1/ONVO/Arcam will just get carried upwards (once again) in the 3D slipstream..? If DDD tanks to low 40's (or possibly into 30's) again would make more sense to me that the lesser-likes will follow.. U seem very bullish on DDD, maybe ur outlook is longer term (rally again later in 2014)?

Good appraisal Lonnie of where we're at btw the 2 big players in 3D print.. HP seems to wind up with egg on their face constantly - thx to poor PR work from their CEO. Comes out & states they're gonna enter 3D print industry in June, pushed that back to Oct. & now say they're gonna focus on business sector mainly .. Project Ara has the potential to take 3DS to an entirely new level..

How we lookin goin into June/July with our solars & 3D printers mate? U just maintainin status quo - small positions & watchin..? Obama might help solars nxt week if he surprises with tougher rules on the carbon emitters. Word is he might increase the reduction on those fossil-brain companies.. Prob is that the powers that be on Wall St have turned the market into a casino of late. The momentum stocks have been whipsawed around & without rhyme or reason. JKS is definitely a stock for the future but Predicting it wud jump from 23 to 29 on an earnings report that didn't meet is anybody's guess..

Tend to agree with u Dutch. Further market turbulence may assist the shorts in getting one last ride down on DDD after this current run up in price.. It'll need momo stocks to get hit again tho to drag it down cause the shorts will have no joy if with DDD if market keeps surging thru 2014.. Unlikely but who knows

Few weeks ago - when sentiment on momo's was obviously very negative - they pumped Scty & said call options for June were v bullish. Since then it's dropped from 55ish to 49. & SPWR had a 9:1 ratio of calls to puts & it's fallen from 34 to 31ish. Spwr has to be the sleeping giant here going forward a bit longer perhaps

There u go.. Always happens like that. When they hype up abt a stock u can buy it just b4 & it moves 2-3%.. Unfortunately I don't get fast money in Switz. Some BS documentaries always come at 5pm
