There has been discussion of 2 pharmacists at mav, that is incorrect. At mav, there is currently 1 pharmacist.
Also there has been discussion of scrc flat or red? Facts support it's gone from .11 dec 12th to jan 2nd .164 up approx 50%.
Thanks.
My group of people has stock at .10 to .15 and are very pleased, especially recently at .165. A cost basis of
.50 is just absurd as no one should have or even has an average price there with so many opportunities to average down. This year's low in 2014 was .085 with a high of .20 and a vwap of .1125. Thanks.
sure they did I get PM's and request just like you do!
Yes 28m shares. I see that specific # for the last 9 months, yet it is still 28m. My understanding 6m shares were at 0.0 two yrs ago. Assuming those were sold so 22m. I read somewhere that of the 22m weeks ago, 11m were sold. Hence, the 28m would be down to 11m at this point, given the tale of the historical tape.
I requested it.
The shorts will GET FRIED
just recently Triumph put up a $4M LOC as conducted thorough due diligence. I would think if they had concerns regarding january 15th scrc would have not received a 4m loc from a bank. I also believe that the bank looked closely at the orders at mav. Given Triumph put up a up $4M LOC, I am not concerned
They've suggested the coverage will stop jan 1 (they say it's been threatened before but this time is diff).
They also say some pharmacies say 1099 is illegal in medical (just Google it and it'll talk about it) and so some have started to w2 salespeople. I don't think small private DME distributors are a target but here u have a "public" company so I was just curious. Obvioulsy they're comfortable with the structure if that's how they do things.
The only thing that worries me aside from the coverage aspect is the FDA getting involved.
I know the congressional act last year that affects compounding sought to limit the amount a pharmacy can ship out Of state to 5%.
Do we know what % of the main Ave pharmacy is currently shipped out of state? That would be interesting. And if they have a plan to deal with the federal limitation (unless it's all in-state biz).
Two questions - First, will compounding coverage change drastically as of today? I've heard a lot of private payors indicated their new formularies won't cover compounding.
Any thoughts on long-term future of pricate payor coverage?
and Second, are all of the sales generated by "employees" or independent contractors? If employees, any idea how many? And if contractors, has there been any discussion about the practical legal risk since it's not a safe harbored transaction?? I know 1099 is common in medical sales but also heard I could be considered a state or fed kickback... Any thoughts? I have not yet invested in SCRC. I'd like to know these two things before deciding to do so. Hopefully someone on this board knows more.
Because of the holidays I think we will do between 4.5 to 4.7 million for December with our compound.
That is a great month considering the limited days we had in December.
I will be more than SATISIFIED with .75.
I am also sure many of SCRC's shareholders will be also.
I will state it again. Mr. Robert Scneiderman has my vote for ceo of the year.
Clear skies ahead.
IMO I THINK WE WILL BE AT LEAST .75 CENTS IN 2015.
Not to shabby for someone who doesn't know what he is doing
they are actively paying off debt without dilution
SCRC is the best listed company on the BB in compounding
Bob Schneiderman is now called a scumbag and should go to hell? I guess turning around a company in less then 18 months making them profitable as well as cash flow positive warrants that illustrious distinction.
I will join him as well.
Interesting how would someone know who is buying or selling? I look at the historical tape and can determine the key moments, places, who is buying and selling. Very good question. Clearly as has been outlined here for 18 months, we know who exactly who is selling at least that's what I have read here. Regarding the buying of specific HFs, the historical tape will show you that just the same way it idenifies the sellers.
The tape doesn't lie- it always knows the buyers and sellers, very 101.
Bet the jockey not the horse
but the cost that they are paying in commissions is absurd
I can't thank him enough for calling the audible at the line of scrimmage with compounding earlier this year!
Bob S. has truly done an amazing job and he does indeed deserve a well deserved raise. Personally, he is CEO of the year as well as the comeback player of the year.
When you look up Bob Schneiderman in Webster's dictionary, you may as well look up the word persistence
I know from the trades today there was another HF in buying.
If we do .01 cents eps for Q4, which seems very likely, SCRC will be eps profitable for 2014.
I believe that we have about 375k at 24%. I would think at some point we will see an announcement stating we will pay down 24% and replace it with 8.75%, which is obviously far better.
They should have bought some more at .10 and they could be singing and dancing along with me and Juanita.
I am not sure if it is MY house, Your house, or House of Pancakes.
He hasn't talked about a Reverse Split and that I would entertain at a later date.
we hear 6m shares destroyed SCRC. The 87M shares we don't speak about, just the 6M. Since 18 months ago, the float has grown from 8M in 2013 to 94M. So the 86M shares added to the float yet the discussion of 6M shares causing duress is but much more ridiculous.
Ludicrous.
according to the OTC SCRC is short some shares! Go SCRC! Tut

He may have purchased 5000 sh. at 90 cents and another 5000 at 70 cents for an average of 80 cents or $8000. He then buys 90,000 sh. at 9 cents for a cost or $8100. Now he owns 100,000 sh. for $16,100 or a cost 16.1 cents per sh. and is not a loser .
05 shares are in friendly hands.
All pipe shares have already reached the 6 month period to sell
thrre has been very little sold out of the 21million issued.
From one of JOSEPH ZAMPETTI’s “gut-less” criminal CORE PIPE-holders:
This is the last time I will post any reference to CHP.
His efforts to bring down SCRC have failed tremendously.
He and his misfit cohorts have stated on countless occasions that SCRC will be a .05 stock. Last I saw it was at .15.
This comment was paid for by me because I BOUGHT ALL MY STOCK and can say whatever I like.
I actually bought at .70 and .90 the past 2 years ago and my overall cost is now far lower than it was because I bought a lot more shares at much lower prices where it had been trading. I am very pleased with the recent/current performance as well as my friends who are now actually up overall!
Everyone had the opportunity to buy in Sept at .088 - .095 or in Dec for that matter in the .11 range and if they had done so, like many did, they would would be very happy with a nice return from where it was.
Forget Rapimeds. If it happens, great. If not, so it does not. It’s well off its lows and moving higher because of Main Ave., profitability for Q3, Q4, all of 2014 and a positive outlook for 2015. Nada to with Rapimeds dude, nada.
By your dates of enforcement, 16 years have elapsed since a conviction.
It appears that the SEC no longer cares and will not get involved. As they say "Much to do about Nothing".
JOE ZAMPETTI deserves credit for this stock closing at.1575.
Juanita told me to buy many many shares around the .10 range
Its hard to say where we would be sitting today, if not for the assistance of Joe Zampetti.
mr joseph zampetti has truly done a unbelievable job for scrc
Joseph Zampetti, Has my vote for consultant of the year.
both companies have promising future...the first one to get expenses and interest under control may buy the other one out, imo...
SCRC will triple at a minimum in 2015.
SCRC will make all it's shareholders profitable in 2015.
