So we have 3 of us asking the exact same thing. Checked his post history, never posted to APDN board before. He is one of those, "har har, your stock is dropping, I better drop a witty and unsubstantiated comment" type of trolls.
Well why don't you enlighten us?
Um...yeah? Isn't that something that will eventually come with profitability? Or are you on the boat thinking they will do everything to keep the stock price depressed (which makes no sense) in new offerings even after profits hit?
Speaking of SA, I got a notice that one of my posts was deleted from comments for "using bad faith" against another user.
What a friggin laugh. The entire article is bad faith. All I was doing was asking why his website and twitter handle where no where to be found.
What I dont understand about yesterday is the absolute speed and volume of the sell off.
News of this had to be coordinated in some way. Yesterday was extremely high volume.
Without the news, we wouldn't have had so much of a directional change either way. But what retail investor says, welp, better sell everything I have at the gate upon reading a news piece about the new offering.
That is not a valid citation of proof.
Can you please provide a valid citation and source for this claim?
You and AG say the same thing, but have never provided proof that this is the only reason why the company exists.
I contend that it is not as they are company with customers, contracts, partnerships and shipping product.
Now if it was only vaporware, I would possibly agree, but that simply is not the case. Revenues are ramping up, income, going up, expenses may soon be eclipsed and outpaced by both of these soon. When/if that happens, would they keep issuing sales like this, what would be the motive, if the stock hit $20/share again, would that not be more valuable to what they own, rather than issue more at such a drastically reduced rate?
We had a nice little jump at the end and touched $3.21.
We seem to be resisting massive downward pressure after the hammer strikes, else we would be sub $2.8 so we bounced a little.
Wonder what profitability will do to us on the day that is announced.
Anyway, like I said I got 1000 shares at $2.99 this morning, so I am up a nice amount on that. Most of my buys for APDN have been at the wrong times, which is why I started the 100-250 shuffle trades on our swings and snagging a couple $100 in profit here and there to chip away at the losses.
I am now down to $6.65 / share average.
At current, this is our 11th highest volume of trade days.
I would like you to prove this with valid and cited sources.
"just don't get caught up in this fantasy that this company has answers to counterfeiting,"
Then what is it that this company does? That is their entire basis of existing. What is the point of them developing and shipping a product that companies are adopting?
Why would cotton/DLA/MDA do this at all if it was not to protect against fakes?
Uhhh....just a guess, that when it hits profit, it will be more widely attractive to regulars and the price will go up over $10 and the longs that bought at prices lower than that will be able to sell at a profit.....just a guess.
Am I doing this right?
Sounds very similar to what happened shortly after the split.
Added 1,000 shares at $2.99, and up to $3.05 already. Eh, only needs to go up 50 cents and Ill be up $500 on that lot.
What does them buying at that price, do to adjust us to $2.97?
Id see that as a good thing, but then why drop the stock $1.30 and below $3 on that news?
Why such a massive sell off "again" at the gate? Its been only 20 minutes and already 790k shares have traded.
Who was as the gates waiting to set sell orders at the open?
Would this be considered "dilution"?
Why bother fighting false statements when they are false. Let the facts stand on their own. Let the income/revenue prove them wrong.
Even better, let the fact that pumpstopper.com and his twitter handle are both dead. Why would they be down/inaccessible, if everything was true?
Yeah, hitting over $9 a share recently is pretty poor. It should never have gotten that high.
"We estimate our marks will last at least 350 years." This is based on accelerated testing.
Just listening to the conference today at the 28:06 mark.
WOW
Did you see the other info? "the forensic IT investigation revealed that one of the suspects has a background in finance and has been previously fined and ordered to cease and desist operation of an unlicensed investment advisory firm"
Already fined! Already told to stop it! The SEC will not be happy to see this guy again.
Twitter is deleted
Site is down.
He is on the run!
Former could just be a P.I. Dick.
The good news is that PumpStopper is on the run.
His website is not only down, you CANNOT resolve his domain name in DNS. He has ALSO pulled his twitter account.
If everything he said was true, why pull that stuff down?
Im OK with that!
Well remember, we have a product that isn't exiting, and doesn't do much, and has no retail value. ^__^
We hit $4.39! Seems like people like the latest info!
NICE. The little bastard is on the run. Seems he has emerged unscathed when others went after him, looks like the lawdogs we have employed are a bit more toothy.
Because I want to buy a new Tesla Model S 70D. :D
Pumpstoppers site is down and we are up 47 cents!
Lots of great developments today! Exciting to think we may be profitable so soon!
I wonder what that will do to the stock, will it take us instantly over $9? Or will it be a "meh" response from the market.
Would be happy with a jump to $27.50 in one day! ^__^
Just 300? :D
Is there a transcript?
Profitable? Really? This soon? That is awesome. Kind of unprepared for it, as I didnt think we would have anything until late next year/early 2017. Sooner the better!
That video interview a few days back mentions how something like counterfeiting is a victimless crime.
Well for watches and handbags, sure, I can see that. But he stated about how when it affects drugs and medical supplies. Thousands of people are injured or die when using fake equipment or bogus drugs.
This alone is where APDN can come to the rescue!
Watching that interview video, Hayward says multiple times that they are close to profitability. He would not be able to say this if it was not true, less he be subject to intense scrutiny and investigation by the SEC.
1 quarter? Um, 4 consecutive quarters of growing revenue. Where are you getting your information?
If the DLA was a failure, why extend it another year? Why are they still pursuing 66 FSGs?
It's hardly a pump when companies that I have no interaction with are paying customers and new ones signing up as well. We have more now than 3 years ago. More revenue as well. That is not opinion or speculation. It is a fact.
If nobody cares then why are you even here? Why are revenues best they have ever been? Why is LD Cotton a $63 billion dollar company involved? Why is Pimacott involved? Why did they mark 100m pounds of cotton? Why did the DLA extend anothe year? Why are cops starting to push home asset tagging? Why is BMW involved?
" it is clear that technology is not all that great"
You keep saying that, yet we keep getting more business and revenue, so if it isnt all that great, why is that happening?
If we were .305 cents which is $18.3 split adjusted, with nowhere near the income, contracts or customers a few years back, then we should easily be at the $20 level or higher now.
Really wish this train would get a move on!
Finviz.com news alerts is showing me 7.
To me this points out the self acclaimed ambulance chaser type firms.
Another vulture announces an "investigation" What are we up to now, 5 lawfirms? Is APDN going to have to engage these idiots and waste money on these things?
